CHAPTER XV

Delia could not sleep at all, she continued to flip her body back on Huda's bed. It's almost dawn, Rafael has not contacted him again after last getting word about the location of the discovery of his kidnapper's car.

He wanted to contact her first, but maybe he would bother Rafael. Delia's head was very dizzy as it had not been able to rest as well. He kept trying to close his eyes, but still couldn't.

A few minutes later, her phone rang, and Delia sat down and answered the call.

"Hows it? Have you and your mom been found?" ask Delia.

"Oh my God, hearing from your voice, surely you haven't slept, how about you get sick?" Rafael.

"I can't sleep. Tell me, have you found mom's dad?"

"I'm sorry, Delia, you and I haven't been able to find you yet."

"Yes God... What if something happens to them?" delia said sadly.

"We're working on Delia, it looks like the kidnapping plan is well-constructed, there's another car that's taking mom and dad from here. But the motive and the culprit we don't know yet. I'll go home and ask Hartanto Widjaja. If he did, I would not hesitate to punish him" Rafael said.

"What if it's not your father, what if the kidnapper doesn't ask for ransom, just wants to kill and take the organs in the mother's father, how can I deal with it?" delia said back sobbing.

"That won't happen Delia, you calm down. Don't worry me," said Rafael, "listen to me, if you want to see father and mother soon, you must follow my wishes. Now that you're asleep, after you wake up, you should eat the food Huda gave you, if you don't obey me, I won't help you find your father" he threatened.

"I'll follow your words, but you have to promise to bring them back today."

"I will try Delia, as much as I can I will bring them back today. Now that you're resting, I'll call you back if there's any news" Rafael said, hanging up.

After Rafael hangs up the phone, Delia's fear returns. He cried loudly because he was very worried about his parents, he was finally able to sleep after fatigue.

Rafael parted ways with his best friend. The man went straight to Widjaja's mansion.

Arriving at home, Rafael went straight to Hartanto Widjaja's room. The man knocked on the door of the room hard.

"Come out, old man, where did you hide my in-laws? I know you intend to separate me and Delia. But not as low as this" cried Rafael in anger.

"Hurry out...!" yell Rafael again.

Helena opened the door of her room quickly. Seeing Rafael's angry face made Helena confused.

"Oh my God..What's the matter this morning you've been shouting, Rafael?" ask Helena.

"Wake Hartanto up, how dare he fall asleep after committing this crime," said Rafael.

Hartanto was already awake after hearing his son's scream, he immediately got out of his bed and went to the door of the room.

"You child who does not know manners, your cry has awakened the whole house. What more do you want, haaah!" hartanto.

"Don't pretend, let go of my in-laws. You're the one who kidnapped Delia's parents, right? I know you intend to find a way to separate me from him. But should it be criminal like this?" Rafael.

"You're crazy, I'm not that low. Why would I kidnap your in-laws, what good would it do for me to do such a criminal thing. Widjaja has a high self-esteem and reputation, do you think I will destroy my own reputation, is not it enough you destroy it," Hartanto said again.

Hearing his father speak like that, there was a point as well. Where could Hartanto ruin his own reputation by committing a kidnapping. The old man greatly upheld his dignity. It is impossible to do something this low.

"If it wasn't Hartanto, then who would have acted this far?" think Rafael.

"You screamed early in the morning and woke your parents up just to make this accusation. You really have been blinded by that woman" Hartanto said.

Rafael gritted his teeth, "this time I believe your words. But remember, if until you get involved in Delia's parents' disappearance, I won't let you go" she replied, leaving them behind.

Hartanto felt a tightness in his chest. His beloved son, who had grown older, grew even more distrustful of him. Hartanto was wrong in the past for not telling the real reason. But Rafael can't forgive him.

Helena, who saw her husband almost down, immediately helped Hartanto rest back in his room.

Rafael keeps thinking about who the real culprit is who kidnapped Laros' family. He was not at all out of thought, why one day after his wedding would happen something like this.

Rafael's phone rang, Rafael took his phone and immediately picked up the call. The detective he paid for was really quick to get the information.

"How's it?" ask Rafael.

"Boss sir, I found the thug's whereabouts in the Bogor area, there was his extended family, I've investigated it, the man is still there at the moment" the detective said.

"Good sir."

Rafael hung up, just minutes after the address had been sent by the detective. Rafael immediately contacted the police, the police immediately responded to Rafael's report and rushed to investigate the whereabouts of the thugs.

After contacting the police, Rafael immediately contacted Huda.

"Hello Raf" replied Huda.

"Is Delia still sleeping?" ask Rafael

"Looks... He has not yet come out of his room. Do you want to talk to him?" ask Huda.

"No need, I'm afraid to interrupt his break. It seemed like he couldn't sleep. Please just tell me when he woke up Hud, I found the man who kidnapped his parents, I'm with the police will be going to Bogor soon, they have also informed the police in Bogor," said Rafael.

"Raf, are you sure you're going there by yourself? You'd better go with Jodhi, you haven't slept since last night either. Dangers of driving a car alone. You don't have to worry about Delia, I'll explain, she'll be safe here, too" Huda said.

"Thank you Hud, I trust you with Delia. You're right, I have to ask Jodhi to accompany me."

"You be careful on the road, call me anytime you need anything."

"OK.." replied Rafael while hanging up.

Then Rafael contacted Jodhi to accompany him to Bogor.

Rafael picks up Jodhi at his house. Time shows at 6am. He felt tired and sleepy, he did not feel at all. All he thought about was quickly finding his in-laws. He did not want to make Delia continue to worry.

Jodhi was surprised to see the face of her superior who was so tired at this moment. Rafael hands Jodhi his car keys.

"Go to Bogor, Jod.." Rafael's orders.

Jodhi nodded her head, "sir should you sleep, later I will wake you when it arrives," said Jodhi.

Rafael nodded. They also went to Bogor. As Jodhi wished, Rafael closed his eyes during the journey.

Derry wakes his wife who is asleep in his lap, "Emili. We have to find a way to get out of here" Derry said.

Emili repeatedly blinked her eyes while waking up from her sleep.

"Is this place really far from the residential area? Why haven't our kids found us yet? I'm really scared of my husband."

"It seems so. We must be patient, God is still with us Emili. You can untie my hand, can't you?" ask Derry.

"Here let me try" replied Emili.

The two tried to untie their hands, but the rope bond was so strong that they both exhausted and gave up.

"Are you hungry? You haven't eaten last night" asked Derry.

Emili shook her head, "it's better for me to die than to eat this way" Emili replied.

Derry looked at her sadly, "Don't say it's dear. I'm sorry, I'm getting old so I can't do anything. I should have been able to protect you," Derry said regretfully.

"Do you think you're aging alone, I'm old too. But look, now we're exactly like in the soap opera. It's not your fault my husband" replied Emili, chuckling.

Derry chuckled, "having a beautiful daughter is scary, isn't it?"

This time Emili let go of her laughter, "I missed when we were young my husband. And when we have Delia, the happy feeling of having a beautiful daughter is infinite, but you're really scary" she said.

Derry smiled as he kissed his wife's forehead, "i'm sure God is with us, I'm sure we'll be safe baby."

Emili nodded her head, they re-thought the present fate and continued to pray to God that Rafael and Delia could immediately set them free.
