CHAPTER XXVIII

The two enjoyed their breakfast, but Delia continued to avoid looking directly at her husband's face. He continued to feel embarrassed when he remembered the incident last night. The woman lowered her head more.

"You why?" ask Rafael.

Delia raised her head, "i want to go to college," he replied asalan.

"Are you sure you're going to college today? Better you don't walk much, baby, I know you still..."

"I'm sure, I'm fine Raf, '" said Delia.

Rafael sighed and then approached Delia, he crouched down in front of his wife who always looked down. Raphael held Delia's hand.

"What's up, baby? Is something wrong with me? Did I hurt you?" ask Rafael.

Delia looked at her husband, she shook her head.

"You're not at all wrong, it's just that I'm embarrassed to remember last night. I've been holding myself in front of you Raf, ever since" Delia replied.

Rafael chuckles, "my wife's ataga... What is it that makes you ashamed, dear? I'm your rightful husband. Even many lovers sometimes do it before marriage" he said.

Delia's face grew red, "you perverted man, you can usually say that casually. I avoided that discussion. You're talking about it without sin" he said.

Rafael laughed and then kissed the back of Delia's hand.

"I'm so happy to tease you, I'm so happy because I was the first one for you. Whatever it is, baby, I'm so lucky to have you."

"Your words are just to make me happy."

Rafael pulled Delia to her feet, the man pulled his wife into his arms.

"I'm being serious Delia, your presence really makes me happy. I won't hesitate to say I love you. The more I say it, the more my heart is happy, baby. If you have to, you can split my chest and see for yourself. Try to feel this moment, isn't my heart beating so hard?"

Delia closed her eyes as she felt the beating of her husband's heart, but what was heard was the sound of their heart beating. Delia smiled broadly, hugging her husband even tighter.

"Do you know, I'm so happy to hear your expression."

"Then I'll keep saying it so you're happy Delia. Stop being shy of me, I'm your husband, we didn't do anything wrong. We're just proving to each other that we have the same feelings."

Delia nodded her head.

"Since you had very little breakfast, enjoy the food. If you're sure you want to go to college, I'll drop him off" Rafael said.

Delia sat back in her chair, the woman began to calm down and relax.

"Does the food suit your taste?" ask Rafael.

"The food is so delicious Raf."

"Repeat the food if it's delicious."

"You want me to be fat like a pig, right?" delia.

Rafael laughed, "if the pig is like you, then it's adorable" he said.

"Freak man, only this time I heard a husband liken his wife to a pig."

"I told you pigs are adorable, miss."

Delia shuddered at hearing that.

"But at least now I already know the size of your clothes. So I won't buy any more big or small clothes for you. I've measured it every inch of your body last night" said Rafael.

Instantly Delia choked on her food, "you're perverted and annoying Rafael Widjaja."

Rafael simply let go of his laughter hearing Delia's annoyance.

Breakfast is done. Delia began to be confused because she had no clothes to go to the campus. Realizing this, Rafael approached his wife.

"We'd better go home to Widjaja's big house, baby, but if you don't want to, we can go to the boutique alone" Rafael said.

"It's better to go home Raf. There's been a lot of clothes you bought before."

"You sure?"

Delia nodded.

"All right, let's go now" Rafael asked.

Delia followed her husband out of the apartment. The two headed for the car and headed straight for Widjaja's mansion. Halfway through, Rafael's phone rang.

"Help me lift him up, baby" asked Rafael.

Delia picked up Rafael's phone and pressed the speaker button.

"What's up, Jod?" ask Rafael.

"Wire Mr. Rafael. Firdaus made his own decision on the handover of land in Japan for the construction of casinos. The shareholders are angry, the share price of our company plummeted by 45%" said Jodhi.

Rafael immediately pulled his car over. He disconnects Jodhi's phone and immediately picks up his laptop and a rude swearing by it comes out of his mouth.

"Calm Raf" said Delia.

"I take a taxi, you can go straight to the company" said Delia.

She could even read her husband's mind.

"But..."

"I'm fine Raf."

"I'm sorry, honey. You don't have to be afraid of Helena. I'm sure Hartanto has already left for the company after knowing this. If my job's done, I'll pick you up."

"You don't think about me, you just finish your business" Delia replied.

Rafael got out of his car and so did Delia. The man stopped a taxi there.

"Darling, you can't make your phone die. I'll call you at all times" Rafael said as he looked at Delia's forehead.

Delia nodded her head as she got into her taxi. After the woman left, Rafael drove back to the company.

Rafael contacted Hartanto in a fit of rage. The man immediately rebuked his father in annoyance.

"Did you see what your son did?" rafael snaps at his father.

"We have to listen to Raf's explanation first" Hartanto replied.

"You've gone mad, you're going to destroy the company that I've built so hard for so many years, just because of your selfishness in handing over the company to such a stupid kid. If the company's condition doesn't improve, I won't let you go" Rafael said angrily as he hung up.

Rafael returned to driving his car at high speed, he finally arrived at his company. The man ignored every employee's greeting and went straight to the chaotic meeting room. He rushed in and searched for Paradise.

"Where's Firdaus?" shouting Rafael.

Everyone who saw his arrival was shocked and frightened.

Jodhi immediately approached Rafael, then whispered something. Rafael rushed straight to his office without caring about the meeting that was going on.

Rafael rudely opened the door of the office, he saw Firdaus casually talking to Hartanto Widjaja. Raphael clenched his hands, he approached the frightened Paradise. The man pulled the collar of Firdaus' shirt and directly hit him many times.

There was no resistance at all, Firdaus fell to the floor with a battered face. Hartanto could only sigh. He got up from his seat while holding the hand of Rafael who wanted to continue his blow again.

"Quite Rafael, this is a company not a boxing ring" Hartanto shouted.

Rafael stopped and looked at Hartanto with anger.

"Is this the kind of person you rely on?" snapped Rafael.

Firdaus groaned in pain, "I'm doing my best here. I sold it for five trillion. Where's wrong?" ask Firdaus.

Rafael wants to hit him again, but this time is held back by Jodhi who turns out to follow him.

"Don't dirty your hands sir. Everyone is looking at it" whispered Jodhi.

Rafael looked around the office. Jodhi was right, the commotion was being seen by all the company employees. He has to hold back his emotions.

"Aren't you studying the company's valuable assets?" hartanto asked Firdaus.

"That's what I learned, and the offers offered are very high. What's wrong?" firdaus replied, he still did not understand. For him, that money was already a lot.

Rafael gritted his teeth, "foolish base... You know that land is worth over a hundred trillion and you take it off at just five trillion, you don't understand the market price and you don't see where the assets you're selling are, either," his yell.

"The land was once bid by the Japanese government to one hundred and fifty trillion, because of its location near the old Japanese kingdom. The value of that asset could already reach three to five hundred by now. So those five trillion, are they really big right now?" yell Rafael again.

Firdaus looked up at Raphael's explanation. He did not know it turned out that the land was always contested by wealthy businessmen in Japan. But he already sold it. It's worth it all going berserk like this.

"You know the biggest assets of the company are there. You sold it and now the company's stock is down. How do you get our shares back, huh?" snapped Rafael.

"Just...!!!" rafael called his secretary.

Melia immediately went into the room, "yes, Raf."

"Where are the documents I asked for?" ask Rafael.

Melia immediately handed the documents to Rafael. The man opened the document briefly and slammed the document in front of Hartanto.

"You look at those documents, that's what Firdaus has been doing for the past two weeks. How much company money he used to buy fake land" Rafael said.

"Fake land? How could I do it, I..."

"You shut up Firdaus" said Raphael.

Firdaus closed his mouth. Hartanto looked at the documents one by one, the man kept staring with his mouth gaping. What Firdaus had done drove him crazy. The company can really be destroyed in its hands. Hartanto grabbed his chest and fell unconscious.

"Fire.." cried Rafael.

For the first time Rafael called his father like that after all these years.

"Quick call an ambulance.." ask Rafael.
