CHAPTER XII

For one week, Rafael continued to try to restore the company's condition. Although the assets in Japan have returned to his hands, but he still has to solve the problems created by Firdaus before. Rafael is also trying to negotiate with the Japanese government for the sale of the land.

While Delia, who decided not to continue her studies, was always busy in the kitchen of her apartment. The woman continued to learn to cook in order to serve a different meal each day to Rafael. Sometimes Delia also contacts Emili to teach her how to cook.

Delia also frequented Rafael's company to deliver her lunch. And today too, the woman intends to visit Rafael's company again, but she does not tell Rafael in advance because she wants to surprise her husband.

Delia's arrival to the company has become commonplace for company employees, even company employees are very happy because after the presence of Delia in their superiors' lives, Rafael's attitude changed drastically. The previous one was very arrogant and frightening, now it barely existed anymore. Even their CEO is friendlier when meeting with his employees.

Delia was welcomed by several employees at the company when she just got there. The woman commented on her smile as she headed straight for the elevator door. She went straight to the 8th floor where her husband's office was located. When the elevator reached the 8th floor, Delia immediately stepped out. The woman sees Rafael's secretary who is still busy with her laptop until she is unaware of his arrival.

"Siang Melia," said Delia.

As Melia was shocked, the woman raised her head and stood up.

"Sorry madam, I don't know if you're coming."

"It's okay, just relax Mel. It's there, isn't it?"

Melia shook her head, "sir Rafael went with Jodhi sir to meet the client outside. Didn't you tell me if it was coming?"

"I intend to give him a surprise, but it doesn't seem right."

"I'll call Rafael to come back soon."

"Don't. if you call him, it's not a surprise his name."

"But Rafael could have eaten outside. Then you..."

"It's okay, if I'm lucky he'll come back. I'll just wait for him in the room."

"Alright madam, if you need anything, just call me."

Delia smiled, "thank you Mel" she said as she headed to her husband's room.

After entering the room, Delia immediately arranged the food she brought on the table. She hopes her husband will return to the company before lunch. The woman patiently waited for Rafael's arrival.

Two hours have passed...

Delia was very disappointed because her hope was dashed, Rafael still has not returned. The woman came back to clean her food to bring her home.

"I forgot that if my husband was a busy man, I should have kept in touch with him before coming here. A surprise? I was thinking too much, I was the one who was really surprised because he didn't come back either" Delia grumbled.

The woman immediately went from there to the door of the room, when she wanted to get out the door opened first. Rafael returned and was surprised to see his wife standing there.

"Delia. you came.." he said.

"I want to go home, you just continue with your work" Delia replied with a disappointed face.

Rafael looked at the hand of Delia who was carrying food. Raphael hugged his wife.

"Oh my God, you should have called me first, baby. I met a client outside. I'm sorry to keep you waiting here for so long. You must have told Melia not to call me, right?"

"I'm wrong, I forget you're a busy man. I was thinking too much about it because I wanted to surprise you."

Rafael let go of his embrace, "but you did Delia, I'm really surprised to see you."

"Stop comforting me, I want to go home now."

Rafael took the food that Delia had in hand, "why are you in such a hurry before I eat the food, miss?"

"You must have had lunch, so don't push yourself Raf. The food I brought was cold."

"Who said I ate? I haven't eaten anything at all" Rafael replied lying.

Of course the man had already eaten with Jodhi and his client. But to make his wife happy, he had to pretend he had not eaten anything.

"You're crazy, what if you're sick? What time have you not had lunch?" hardik Delia's.

"Maybe it's my feeling that you're coming, so I decided not to eat out."

"But the food I brought must have been bad at eating because it was cold."

"Your ice-cold meal must still be delicious" Rafael said as he pulled Delia's hand towards the sofa.

Rafael immediately opened the food assisted by Delia.

"Wow.. Just looking at it must be very delicious. How could I miss my wife's cooking" Rafael said, making Delia smile.

Rafael began to taste the food, "you're getting smarter cooking baby, it's really delicious. Thank you for always being the best wife for me."

Delia smiled wider, "i haven't eaten either" he said.

"Oh my God, you rebuked me, but you were also naughty" said Rafael as he began to feed Delia.

Both of them ended up eating the cold food. Rafael continued to try to finish his food even though his stomach was no longer fit. But seeing Delia's happiness, made her happy. Rafael has always wanted to be a wonderful husband to Delia.

Two days later...

The journey to Japan was finally completed. After all the problems were over, they finally set out for a honeymoon for a whole month in the country.

7 Hours had passed, at exactly 5pm Japanese time, the plane finally landed at Japan's Haneda airport. Raphael immediately woke Delia up. Delia blinked her eyes and looked out the window of the plane.

"We have arrived in Japan dear," said Rafael.

"Oh my God, it's beautiful" said Delia.

"It is still less beautiful than my wife" said Rafael.

"It's a dreadful thing."

"I'm serious, miss, you're prettier than anything."

Delia simply grinned in response to her husband's words. The two left the plane after the plane stopped on the airport runway. They're getting off the runway. As he exited the room, a man raised his nameplate. The man was none other than the guardian of Rafael's Villa in Japan who welcomed their arrival.

"That's Akeno Villaku's keeper" whispered Rafael.

Delia nodded her head, the two of them approached Akeno.

"Irasshaimase Widjaja San," said Akeno. (welcome Mr. Widjaja)

"Arigatou gozaimasu Akeno San, kanojo wa boku no tsuma desu Delia," replied Rafael. (thank you Mr. Akeno, this is my wife Delia)

"Irasshaimase Delia San" said Akeno again. (welcome to Miss Delia)

"Arigatou gozaimasu," replied Delia. (thank you)

Because that was all Delia could say, they were immediately taken to Rafael's Villa which was only an hour from the airport.

An hour later, they arrived at the villa. Delia was wide-eyed when she saw the beautiful building, many cherry blossom trees in her yard, but unfortunately it was not spring, so the tree had not yet blossomed. Delia did not expect the villa that Rafael said was previously that big.

"What's Delia?" ask Rafael.

"It's really yours?"

Rafael shook his head, "no, but this is ours."

"Are you not ashamed to marry a woman like me?"

Rafael looked up, "what do you mean, Delia?"

"I don't seem to deserve to be with you Raf."

"If you dare to say it again, I'm really angry with Delia. You are more than worthy of me. You just saw my assets here, I even have a lot of assets in some other countries. And all of that is yours too. Never say you don't deserve me. Stop thinking no-no" Rafael said, holding Delia's hand and taking her inside the villa.

The servants of the villa welcomed their arrival, there were at least 7 people there. After Rafael greets them, the man immediately takes Delia to their master room. Again Delia was wide-eyed when she saw the beautiful room.

While Delia was still admiring the room, Rafael hugged her from behind. The man kissing the back of Delia's neck made her shudder.

"I want you now baby" said Rafael in a raucous voice.

The man turned out that since earlier he could not resist his desire, Rafael turned Delia's body while kissing her lips. Delia was finally swept away in the touch. The woman began to unbutton Rafael's shirt and felt the burly chest.

Rafael's breath grew more and more hunting as his body was touched by his wife, as the two almost lost control of the sound of knocking on the bedroom door destroyed everything. Rafael swore loudly making Delia laugh.

"Open the door" said Delia.

Rafael cursed again as soon as he buttoned his shirt again. The man immediately opened the door of his room, two servants delivering their luggage. The waiter also offers a dinner menu on Rafael. Delia continued to listen to their conversations that she did not understand because she used Japanese.

After the conversation was over, Rafael again closed the door of his room while carrying their luggage. As Rafael returns to approach Delia, the woman stops him.

"We have to stop" Delia said.

Rafael let out a long sigh, "it seems so, take a shower then we get ready for dinner dear. After that we just continue what's pending."

Delia frowned, as soon as Rafael hugged her tightly.

"I love you my wife" said Rafael.

"I love you too my husband" Delia replied.

After being satisfied to embrace, they also let go of each other.

"Can I ask you something?" ask Rafael.

"Say."

"Can you not keep calling my name, I mean you can..."

"I get it baby" said Delia.

Rafael was surprised to hear it, "say Delia again."

Delia's face again blushed, "honey.my dear husband."

Instantly Rafael rained kiss after kiss to Delia's face making the woman giggle amusedly.
