Alana was sitting behind the driver's seat, she closed her eyes with a sense of tightness.she already felt there must be a certain intent from behind the invitation of her mother who asked her to meet him. no way his mother met just because it was limited to giving up longing.

The words of his mother who spoke of Ken, ringed so clearly in Alana's ears. Alana wiped away the sudden drop of tears as well as Caleey's words a few days ago. Alana again confirmed those words.

Alana's phone that has been changed to ring mode. now rings many times, Alana tries to reach for her cellphone which is still tucked inside the bag that she currently crosses on her body .

"Mommy?" when I found out it was an incoming call from Brianna. Alana immediately refused the call.

"I'm sorry, Alana, Mom. Alana was just disappointed in Mami." muttered Alana in heart.

Shortly after, the taxi that Alana was riding stopped right in the courtyard of the house. Alana paid the taxi driver with some money she had just taken from her wallet.

Alana got out of the taxi and walked into the house.

incidentally, the door of the house was not in the key.

so, Alana went straight in there without needing to knock or ring the bell.

With a gloomy and lackluster look on her face, Alana walked towards her room.

and in the room, at that time, Ken was sitting on the sofa with a laptop. Ken's attention was seized towards the door of the room that had just opened.

Ken who saw Alana had gone home so quickly, he was surprised.he moved his laptop to the table and immediately stood up to his wife.

"You're home yet? why didn't you call me?" asked Ken. however, Alana just kept quiet. both eyes for a moment looked at Ken, as if there was so much that Alana wanted to convey at that time, Alana immediately hugged Ken's body tightly while closing her eyes.

"Where?"

"You why? are you all right?" ken asked, but Alana remained silent, making Ken even more worried for him.

After his father, perhaps at this time, only Ken's embrace was able to calm himself like this. yes, so soothing.in fact, his heart and mind that had raged incoherently. as if the inner turmoil that had fought in his soul subsided by itself.

"Alana, speak! don't worry me!" exclaim Ken.

"I'm fine, I just want to hug you. Please hug me!" Alana tightened that hug. Ken returned the embrace of his wife and also hugged her, his mind again wondering about Alana who suddenly returned with a state of not being as happy as earlier.

"Speak, what's wrong with you?" ask Ken. Alana remained silent and tried to gather her cheer back.

"It's okay, Ken." Alana took off her embrace and tried to smile.

"What were you talking about?" ken asked as he lifted Alana's chin.

"Talk between Mother and Son. We just let each other miss." Alana avoided Ken's gaze.

"If that's all you're talking about. why are you suddenly sad like this?" ask Ken.

"Who is sad? I'm not sad, I just wanted to hug you!" refute Alana with a smile, however, Ken does not believe it all. he has memorized the attitude and look of Alana's face if you are experiencing a change of Mood.

"You don't want to talk to me?" asked Ken. now, he raised Alana's face and didn't let her move at all.

"Speak! did your mom hurt you?" ask Ken. Alana just shook her head.

"She, my mom. Where might it hurt me, Ken?" alana said with a smile. Ken let go of Alana.

Ken, upset that he did not get the answer he asked, walks out of the room and leaves Alana. At that instant, Alana dropped her body limp on the bed without taking off the bag and also the shoes that were still attached to her body.

"I think Mami came to see me because she really misses me. I think Mami came to see me because she wanted to come back to live with me and Daddy."

"Why did Mom leave Daddy?" alana muttered in her heart while closing her eyes.

The next night, after dinner, Ken returned to the room. Since then. Ken's mind was still filled with questions about Alana. Alana just kept quiet and just spoke as necessary. Ken could read his wife's face.

While Alana, as usual, went to Holmes's room first to make sure his father was resting.

Alana is seen sitting next to Holmes and helping his father to take medicine.

"Alana, are you okay?" holmes's pale lips spoke with a voice that sounded not so clear, he noticed the look on his son's face that looked unusual.

"Yes, Daddy. Alana's fine." Alana smiled her sweetest smile in front of her father.

"Daddy, can Alana ask?" ask Alana.

"Of course, son. What's alana gonna say?" ask Holmes.

"Very, Son. Daddy loved your mother very much" Homes said.In fact, Holmes' eyes suddenly glazed over as if they were harboring so much sadness there.

"Then why did Mami leave Daddy?" asked Alana who was currently enduring her grief.

"Your old mama never lived hard, son. Mommy can't live hard." Holmes's voice grew louder.

"But, Alana can live hard with Daddy" said Alana.

Holmes was silent for a moment and looked at the look on his son's face with a meaningful look.

"Why did Alana choose hard life and live with Daddy?" ask Holmes.

"Karna Alana loves and Loves Daddy so much that Alana doesn't want to leave Daddy." Holmes smiled, he suddenly closed his eyes and fell asleep by himself due to speech fatigue.

Alana's tears suddenly flow when she finds the answer to her question to her father, "Mommy never loved Daddy? why did Mami leave Daddy? then, why would Mommy want to marry Daddy?" muttered Alana by looking at her father's face.

Both of Ken's eyes were directed towards the door of the room that had just opened. Alana was seen entering there. Now, the woman walked up to the bed and laid her body beside Ken.

"Is Daddy asleep?" ask Ken. Alana nodded her head.

"I'm so tired." said Alana. Ken put his hand on Alana's body.

"Rest," Ken commanded. Alana changes her sleeping position facing each other with Ken. she looks at Ken with questions.

"Why look at me like that?" ask Ken while brushing Alana's hair.

"Can I ask you something?" ask Alana.

"Of course ask!"

"Have you ever loved a woman?" alana asked with a soft look at Ken's eyes.

"Early.." replied Ken.

"Who?" alana's question was filled with curiosity.

"Mama and Jesslyn" replied Ken.

"Other than that, who else?" ask Alana. Ken was speechless by looking into Alana's eyes so deeply. Ken already knows where Alana's question leads.

"Sleep, it's night!" ken's orders. Alana was silent and just looked at Ken. she was really disappointed because she did not get an answer to the question that currently filled her mind.

"Don't listen to what anyone else says! believe what your heart says!" ken.

"Sleep!" ken orders while kissing Alana's forehead and hugging her. Alana nods her head, she holds Ken's hand and sleeps by turning her back. Alana started closing her eyes.

"Where?" call Ken.

"I'm sleepy, sleep!" alana Saut. Ken rubbed his face rough in confusion because Alana suddenly turned her back on him.

"I don't know how you feel about me, Ken. You've always treated me special without ever knowing what it all means! I don't know how you feel about me. Are you nice to me only Kasian? if it's just Kasian, you don't have to treat me like this." I'd love Alana to say that to Ken.
