Arjuna walked with long strides leaving Carnations behind him. Carnations. spread his gaze, to all directions, amazed by the luxurious house of Arjuna.
Yes, Arjuna now brings Anyelir to be introduced to his mother who is very eager to know the figure of Anyelir when he said his intention to get married.
From behind a door, a pair of eyes peeked at the arrival of Carnations. Who else would have owned those eyes if not Haris. I don't know what Arjuna said last night, to make his sister agree, but he said he would not appear at the wedding and would stay in the apartment for an indefinite time.
"Can't you speed up the road? don't just talk about what you can fast!" reprimanding Arjuna while looking back.
"Hey, don't blame me! but blame your long legs!" Carnations pursed her lips, annoyed.
"Don't protest too much! hurry, mama's waiting for us. Remember don't talk too much, you just answer as necessary!" Arjuna reminded me again.
"Yes, yes! bring ah!" sumpul Anyelir while running a small approach to Arjuna.
"Eh, Mr. Juna, your home is so big. Unlike my house, which from the kitchen to the living room only, not up to 15 seconds. Lah, this will go to your mama's room, we have 10 minutes of walking not yet," said Anyelir, between praising and complaining mixed into one.
Arjuna chose not to answer, and continued his steps.
"Mr Arjuna, why are you silent? you ...." Carnations stopped talking because suddenly Arjuna turned around and stared intently at him.
The sultry carnation shuddered at the sight of that gaze. The girl suddenly understood that the man in front of her was staring at her, hinting to stop talking.
"Yes, I'm silent! come on, walk again!" concluded the girl with her sour face.
Not long after, Arjuna stopped right in front of a door that was very beautiful and elegant carvings. Anyelir was convinced that the room was the one where he would meet his mother Arjuna. The feeling of the Sontak Carnation was not calm. The shadow of an antagonistic middle-aged woman, like the mothers of rich people in the dramas she watched instantly flashed in her mind.
"Bodo. I just hope that his mother doesn't like me, and refuses me to be his daughter-in-law" Anyelir whispered to himself.
Arjuna knocked on the door slowly and waited for a response from the mother.
"Just enter!" a woman's voice came from inside.
Arjuna then opened the door slowly and turned to look at Carnation.
"Let's go in!" his word gave way to the Carnations.
With a heartbeat that can't be compromised with, Carnations enter slowly inside.
"Remember, don't talk too much!" whispered Arjuna, reminding him.
"Ma, this is Carnation. The girl I said last night," said Arjuna as soon as they had perfectly entered the room.
The elegant-looking woman, standing in a glass window, turned her back to Arjuna and Carnations.
The woman then turned around and immediately looked at the Carnation.
"Shakila!" exclaimed the middle-aged woman with enlarged eyes looking at the Carnations she thought were Shakila.
"Shakila? I'm Carnation, Auntie is not Shakila. I don't even know Shakila" said Carnations with furrowed, confused eyebrows.
The woman stared at Anyelir intensely, then looked at Arjuna with a sharp look.
"Damn! I forgot to say that Carnations are similar to Shakila, "the inner Arjuna who understands the meaning of the gaze of the mother.
Arjuna then swung his legs, stepping over to the mother.
"Ma, she's really not Shakila. He's a Carnation. It's just, they have similarities, but try to pay attention well, they are different" whispered Arjuna, so as not to be heard by Carnations.
"Please sit!" tell her mother Arjuna, without the slightest smile on her lips.
Carnations, waiting for his mother Arjuna to sit first, then he followed to sit down.
"Say my son, you're getting married, is that right?" asked the woman in a cold tone and did not introduce herself first.
"Why do you look so doubtful? what's the reason you want to marry my son? is it because of the treasure?" knock that woman out, to the point.
Carnations do not answer directly. He turned his gaze towards Arjuna, as if to ask for help. However, she sees Arjuna has no intention of helping her.
"Tan, if we say, don't need money it's very hypocritical. I know, if life is not just a matter of money, but if life is without money as well, it is very impossible. So, if I deny Auntie's accusation, I don't think Aunt would believe it, and assume I'm just pretending I don't see the treasure in front of Auntie because of an alibi like that, I'm sure Auntie hears it often. So, I just want to admit that I'm not a hypocrite, I want to change my life, by marrying my aunt. Even if Aunt thinks I'm materialistic, it's up to Auntie, but obviously I'm not matre but realistic. I'm a money lover, so work for money. Carnations at length without pause.
Arjuna's eyes grew bigger, hearing the reply thrown by Carnations. He did not think that the girl could talk like that. "Damn! why is that the answer? he should have denied it and tried to convince Mama that he wanted to marry me not for treasure. But, why did he get the impression that he married me for treasure? really, piss this woman off!" Arjuna grumbled in his heart, cursing at Anyelir.
Her mother Arjuna, was silent for a split second with a flat facial expression and was hard to read. The next second heard a long sigh and the mouth of Mama Arjuna.
"Well, you can get out now! I'd like to talk to my son!" tell the middle-aged woman coldly.
"Well, Auntie!" Carnations, standing up from where he was sitting and bowing his body slightly before stepping outside.
"You don't go anywhere! you wait for me to come out!" arjuna said before the Carnation was completely lost behind the door.
"He's gone, right?" the attitude of Arjuna's mother changed instantly. The middle-aged woman who had been cold looked cheerful, to make Arjuna squinting her forehead, confused.
"Mama really likes it. From her answer, I knew that she was not a hypocrite like most girls who tried to attract your attention. You have to marry her immediately, mama sure this house will be crowded with her," said her mother Arjuna with a very cheerful tone, to make Arjuna more confused.
"Mama seriously likes it?" ask Arjuna to make sure.
"of course! does your mom look like she's joking? didn't you? but remember, don't tell him first if mom likes him. Mama must keep the image in front of him first and must look elegant," said her mother, Arjuna as she passed away.
Not yet at the door, the middle-aged woman, stopped back and turned her head towards Arjuna. "Remember, you're getting married! Well, I'll finally have a daughter-in-law!" mama Arjuna looks cheerful when opening the door, to make Arjuna fixated astonished with his mouth slightly open.
The attitude of his mother Arjuna suddenly turned cold again when he came out of the room and saw the Carnations standing outside the room.
"You guys, you're getting married soon. So prepare yourself!"
The mouth of the Carnation opened, completely shocked by the words of his mother Arjuna. He thought that Arjuna's mother would definitely reject him as a daughter-in-law, but it turned out that his thinking was wrong. It's totally beyond belief.
"So-so, I'm still getting married to Auntie's son?" ask Carnations to make sure.
"Yes. Today you join Aunt to the salon, you have to do body care, so you are more beautiful," said Mama Arjuna.
"Emm, can't you go to the salon tomorrow Tan? I have to go to work because. Because today's the last day of the month, and I'll get a salary. So, I want to take the salary first, then I can't go to the salon," Anyelir tried to subtly refuse.
"Wage? how much salary will you get?" arjuna's mother scrunched her forehead.
"Three million, Tan. That's pretty good!"
"Three million you say?" his mother Arjuna clucked his head.
" Maybe for a rich man like Auntie the money is not much, but for me it is more than enough. At least my mom and I can still eat,"
"All right! you come with aunt to the salon. Aunty will change your salary tenfold,"
"No need Tan. I love money, but I also appreciate my energy and effort. That three million salary might not be much, but it was a result that I worked on myself, so I have to appreciate it. Not because something is bigger, I forget something small. So, I'm sorry, I'd rather choose the three million money than the offer from Auntie."
Arjuna's mother was stunned, hearing the words of the girl who had drawn her heart. To him besides being hypocritical, the girl was also very principled.
"All right! then we'll go to the salon tomorrow. You do what you're gonna do now. But, tomorrow you have no reason to refuse to go to the salon anymore" concluded his mother Arjuna as he passed away.
"Jun, whose name is your mother? if I want to find your mom, I don't know her name?" asked Carnation in a voice she thought was whispering.
"Aunty Name, Goddess. You just call Aunt Goddess for now," not Arjuna who answered but his name Arjuna who apparently still heard the question of Carnations.
"Kok Aunty can hear? wasn't I whispering?" muttered the Carnation that made the Goddess already could not help herself anymore to not laugh. The elegant and cold attitude shown by his mother Arjuna was yawning somewhere, looking at the face of Anyelir which he thought was very funny. Now replace anyelir who is confused to see the change in attitude of his mother Arjuna. The girl's eyes did not blink and her mouth opened slightly.
