OUR EARTH

OUR EARTH
CHAPTER 13 "Make And Sell"

After the garbage is weighed and collected, now there is only the last stage, namely collecting. Trash that has been deposited and weigh live on sale to collectors. Actually it was Frank's job but out of curiosity we all went to the garbage collectors. These garbage will be processed into useful goods for us by the besieger himself.

His name is Mr. Solehun, he is a garbage collector plus a snake recycling garbage maker. When we all arrived, we were amazed by beautiful things. It is unexpected that all of this comes from the garbage we throw away. I and others asked directly to be taught how to make these beautiful crafts to Mr. Solehun.

"Father kie kabeh (this is all) you made?" I am impressed with his work.

"Yes Den, assisted by bojo children also lan (and) other stairs e," he replied.

"Which is good, I'm karo kancaku (my friend) who tries to make it possible?," I asked Mr. Solehun.

"May Den please," he said permitting.

"Mr ajarin mbok (kan)," Budi pinta to him.

"Yes Den" he replied.

"Let's not take you to the place of manufacture," Pak Solehun invited us all to go to his factory.

There it turns out that not only one person but there are many others who help make the recycled craft. Many things can be made from recycled garbage, such as bags; piggy banks; flower vases; wall clocks; glass containers; and many more. These items if they are ready will go directly to high market value. All of these items will be sold in the nearby market. We make us sell too.

"Please Mba mas e want to choose gawe sing ngendi?(for which?)," said Mr. Solehun, allowing us to choose.

"I want to pick up gawe bag kang bag coffee can pack kayong fun, (i want to try to make a bag from coffee wrap can pack looks exciting)," said the Clara protested.

"Yes, please," he said.

"Mba is also a peg," said Mba Lili.

"I'm Kaka, too" said Mba Betti.

"Then the rest is up to you" Bang Kris said.

"Ready Bang Kris" I said.

Because I choose myself I am interested in used bottles that are made into very beautiful and beautiful decorative lights, invisible if it is originally a decorated used bottle. Budi and Frank also voted like me.

"Mom, niku asale from a kie bottle?(MommyMa'am it's from this bottle?)," I asked her.

"Yes," he replied.

"What a hell of a ketok nek that came from around this bottle, (it's really good not to see if it came from this bottle)," I said amazed while holding a used gallon bottle in front of me.

"It can be unexpected, (it can be unexpected)," said his mother was happy.

"Yes creative Mom e," I said.

"Snackers make angsal mboten?(want to try not to), "pinta Budi to him.

"Yo angsal, let's jagong (yes we can, let's sit)," he said.

"Nami ne sinten's mom? (eh mother whose name is it?)," asked me who forgot to ask her name.

"Bu Darti, bojone (wife) sir Solehun, mas-mas," he replied.

"Oh bojone anyway (his wife turns out), greetings Bu Darti kula (me) Alam, niki (this) Budi, lan niki (and this) Frank Bu," I said a little surprised and I introduced myself to my two friends.

"Nature, Budi, Frank, nggih nggih (yes yes)," he said while calling our names one by one so as not to forget.

Me, Budi and Frank sitting on the floor. With direction from Bu Darti you three start making beautiful lights from the bottle. But before that Budi asked bang Doel to record it using my phone.

"Bao... Bang Doel tulung (please) help record yes," Pinta Budi to him.

"Ready Bud," he answered.

"It's Bang thanks," I gave her my phone.

Come along to make, follow the steps that the three of us do yes. The main ingredients of this manufacture, are many used plastic tablespoons; cathers or razors; large plastic bottles; firing glue; lamps; and paint for painting. If there's anything, yuk starts making.

"Kie material all ne wis complete (this material is all complete), yuh meluni (follow) my direction yes," he said.

"Mother use Indonesian language yes, kon lewih ngerti (to be easy to understand)," he proposed.

"Each Bu Darti, about mengko on ra can ngetutna (ready Bu Darti, because later on can not follow)," I replied agreed.

The three of us began to follow the steps every step that Bu Darti taught us. While Bang Doel was filming us. Here are the steps to make it yes. Yuk started it!

"The first step is to break the handle of the spoon," tell Bu Darti to us and if you can.

"Potice towards endase huh Ma'am? (cut off in the head yah ma'am?)," asked Frank to confirm.

"Yes Frank, he answered.

"Pake scissors Frank kon timid (to be easy)," I bargained with him.

"Pake hands ra (no) papa right?" proposal asked.

"After hand use what scissors yes anu on wae," replied Ms. Darti.

"Yes Mom". The three of us broke plastic spoons one by one. With good cooperation the spoon is finally finished in broken all.

"Keep wis in tugeli live what ma'am? (continue to be cut into pieces what is the Ma'am?)," asked Budi.

"Now just cut the bottle according to your wishes" he replied. This is the second step.

"Way Ibu Wae is rich (just like my mother)," suggested the Budi because he saw Bu Darti who was cutting his plastic bottle.

"After Bud," I said. Madam Darti just smiled at me. I also followed Ms. Darti because it looked easier.

"After this what is Ma'am?" my many.

"Now just stack the tip of the spoon" he replied. This is step three.

"Dah in the cut stay arrange the end of the spoon in accordance with the picture and do not forget in the glue," he explained

"Well glue e siji edang yes (this is the glue one-on-one yes)," Bu Darti gave the glue gun to us one by one. There's already a wall outlet to plug it in.

"Ready ma'am, thank you," I said.

The three of us also glued the spoons to the bottle that had been cut just now by us.

"Wis completed? (is that done?)," asked Ms. Darti to confirm.

"Yes, Mom" I said.

"Bah Ma'am" said Frank and Budi as well.

"Well now just enter the lamp through the hole, like this," he said while giving an example to us. This is step four.

"Thuwur hole (top) gallon yes," he reminded.

"Yes Bu is rich kie (gini)," I said showing the results of my work.

Ms. Darti nodded her head at my job right.

"Well, the lights are now ready, "he said, ending his work.

"dah Bu timid (easy) yes," I said while showing my results.

"Well the last stage of paint and decorate your secretions yes," he said. The last is painting. The three of us complied and took a brush and paint to start painting.

"Yes, ma'am" I replied.

"Hayu started in the paint kon mlisning ra ketok rich in used goods (ayo started in paint so beautiful does not look like used goods)," invite me to Budi and Frank.

"Yes Lam," they both answered in spirit

Well if you are not clear below is a picture of the steps:

"Wis dadi Lam (dah so Lam)," reported Budi and Frank with happy expressions.

"Yes, I'm going to whis (yes, I did too)" I said.

"Can you guys?" asked Ms. Darti to us.

"Yes Mom is easy (easy) as it turns out," I replied.

"Well, my hp," Bang Doel gave my hp after we finished recording.

"Thank you Bang Doel, I'm sorry to be so sore" I said.

"Sir papa, my brother went to Kris first" he said, then left.

"Yes, brother" I replied.

Now we can learn to make others on our own. There is a cloth made as a doormat made by Sinta and Clara. There are bags of coffee wrappers made by Mba Lili and mba Betti. dolls from knitted gloves bang Opik. Unique clock of bottle cap made bang Kris and bang Betrus. And finally the decorative lights from the plastic bottles and spoons made by me, Budi, and Frank. After completion all these items will be sold at Cikebrok Market, Purwokerto. Pak Solehun already has a stall there. We also sell crafts that we make ourselves.

Hayu saiki gari in dol mumpung durung market close still at 10.00 there is still time, (ayo now live in the market is not closed, still at 10.00 there is still time)," said Mr. Solehun.

"Yes Mr. Solehun" I replied.

Me and the others were transporting goods ready to sell to trucks. We also went there together.

...🌷🌹🌷🌹🌷🌹...

The Cikebrok Market, Purwokerto.

Cikebrok Market is a traditional market located on Jl. Colonel Sugiri Cikebrok, Brubahan, Kranji, East Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. We will all sell our work here. We all went to the shop owned by Mr. Solehun to sell. Now we are ready to sell. But while shouting to divert visitors passing by, a merchant whose field was right in front of us, mocked our work and pak Solehun at will.

"AYO COME ON BUY IN BUY ORIGINAL HANDICRAFTS GAWEAN PAK SOLEHUN KARO SME BOY NATURE LOVERS. HAYO HAYO ON THE STOP AT SELECT AT SEE IN BUY," I shouted using a toak.

"Heh Solehun mutuk ko ngendi boy? esih wani bae dodol rich garbage goods kuwe.(heh Solehun mumpul son where are you? Still dare to sell garbage like that)." Someone suddenly attacked Mr. Solehun. He is a rival of sir Solehun in the market. The sword also sells a variety of branded accessories and different quality with us.

I feel I don't accept the time this beautiful item in the field. I also bravely served him.

"Eh Bapake aja wrong iki goods udu just any item, authentic hand gauwean kiye,(eh Bapake do not get this wrong item is not just any item, this original handmade)," I explained.

"Lah kiye lah mbe slick bag genuine leather ula, (this is a nice new, original bag of snake skin)," he replied.

"Well, don't sell it" said Bang Kris stopped me.

"Yes Bang Kris" I said.

"Father ora is upset (not angry)?" ask the Budi to Mr. Solehun.

"Who is concerned Mas Budi justin later also Pak Kardi kesel dawek (capek himself)," he replied.

"Ok is. Good Mr. Solehun," he said giving a thumbs up sign to him.

Then Budi with di befriend Frank went to attract visitors to come and look into our merchandise.

"Bu Bu Hayu there deleng dereng sit mbok ana sing interest, (Bu Bu let's go see who knows first)," Frank pinta told him. He had intercepted a visitor and asked her to follow him.

The mother who was intercepted by the Frank also complied and went to the court of Mr. Solehun.

"Dodol what is bae kie (sell what is this)?" ask us after arriving at our camp.

"Can be seen Bu there is a beautiful bag of coffee wrappers, there are lights, ana jam, akeh Bu gari (staying) milih," said I mention one by one our sales items.

"Lah ora Mas," he refused after looking through our goods. Maybe he thought our property was not high quality and easily damaged.

"Mom mom kiye bae purse original brushed leather material, guaranteed waterproof," bargained Pak Kardi to him.

"I'm ahead wae mas," he said and left.

"That's why you're leaving" I said disappointed.

The mother in the end did not buy and chose to our front stall owned by Pak Kardi. Pak Kardi is a rival of Mr. Solehun in the market. He always attracts customers owned by Pak Solehun. Though the customer who had stopped and was ready to buy so undo his intention because of the tantalizing lure of Pak Kardi.

"Kiye bae (Here you go) Bu pretty durable waterproof too," Mr. Kardi proudly introduced his merchandise.

"Pira kie (how much is this)?" ask mother.

"100,000" he answered.

"Emong is forbidden, (not ah expensive)," he refused directly.

"Sing 30,000 ana (of which 30,000 exist)?" ask again.

"Yes rare kiye bae slick kur 100,000 be, (yes none of this is good only 100,000 kok)," he said while persuading.

"Yes wis (dah) lah nyah," forced the mother finally bought the goods offered by Pak Kardi to her.

"Suwun Ibu e," he said happily while showing off his money to us.

I look towards him can only shake my head to see his songong behavior. When I was looking at Mr. Kadir, a mother asked me for a cloth mat.

"Mas doormat kiye pira regane?(how much does this cloth doormat cost?)," asked one mother to surprise me.

"Masa mas ra (no) wrong, kiye ingredients e slick kur (this material is good only 20,000)," he said in disbelief.

"Yes ma'am, this is made of his own hands" I explained.

"Bu Bu, gawean ne (made) sir Solehun original," Frank told him.

"Yeah..?? Wislah I tuku (that I bought)," he said surprised and finally wanted to buy it.

"Well money e (the money)," the mother then gave the money to us.

"Suwun Ibu e," I said.

"Alhamdulillah," I said thankfully.

Pak Solehun senamun is in the stall but he still makes other simple crafts such as paper flowers that will be placed in a flower vase that comes from used goods as well. While we continue to shout and attract customers to come buy. It is unfortunate lapak pak Solehun not as crowded lapak pak Kardi. But pak Solehun was silent because he said that there was a difficult windfall.

Because the day began at noon, half of our permission to return first including bang Kris and mba Lili. now our members only leave 6 people, namely me, Budi, Frank, Sinta, and others, Clara and bang Opik. The rest go back to campus because there is business to be done.

...🌺🌷🌺🌷🌺🌷...

Suddenly everyone on the rame cheered even running, the other traders were very surprised, what was this?. I heard someone calling the name of the president. The president's yes-time came up here all of a sudden.

"PAK JOKOWIIII," shouted some people calling the name of Mr. President.

"What is rame temen (banget)?" ask me confused

"I don't know" he answered, equally confused.

The Frank who had gone to attract customers immediately returned in a hurry."Mr-President," he stammeredly told me.

He was surprised to see the president and his wife enter the market.

The story is that Pak Jokowi and Ibu Iriana are meeting at Purwokerto gor satria. When they want to go home, they both stop by Cikebrok Market first to buy souvenirs.

"It's lombo ya ko (just lie to you)," said the Budi in disbelief.

"Temenan (real) Bud," said the Frank confidently while giving a sign suer.

The unbelieving me chose to yell again and heed the information from the Frank.

"HAYO HAYO THE FATHERS, MOTHERS, MAS-MAS, MBA-MBA ON STOPPING BY PAK SUBHUN STALL, ANA UNIQUE ITEMS OF RECYCLED MATERIALS. GAWE NE BRUSH TRASH BUT ORA RICH TRASH. SLICK, ORA LOSES KARO BRANDED GOODS, MARI MARi," I shouted back loudly.

"ANA TAS, ANA JAM, ANA DOLANAN HAYO BOY IN TUKU IN TUKU CHEAP FESTIVE," cried Sinta as well.

While Budi also chose to retreat to the back to see Pak Solehun who was stringing a mini robot from a former motor parts.

"Sir Pak again make what serious temen (banget)?, Ning outside jere ana pak Jokowi (outside he said there was pak Jokowi)," he asked while telling.

"Bud Pak Jokowi did not know meng ngeneh, (Bud, Pak Jokowi did not come here)," he said in disbelief. Father again gawe robot is used parts, he replied.

"Kuwe ngeneh, please take na mur ning ngisor mu, (it's here in, please bring myrrh under you)," he said while pointing at Budi's feet.

"Well sir", Budi then give the nut that is right below him.

Mr. Solehun then paired his nuts to the part of one of his design robots.

"Open Bang ya why kayong busy dawek ra melu behind rich liyane? (bang Opik ya don't look busy yourself do not come home rich other?)," he asked again turned to his senior.

"Be be sampeyan asked me again if taye, I made cars with taye ships, again" he replied as he continued to tinker with his work.

"Oh rich kuwe (so) Bang, what could it be?" he said ask back.

"Be be taye yes of course can be sir Solehun dah ngizinin taye," he replied again.

"I like the pasik keputan dadi want to make taye, (i remember when I was a child so want to make)," he added.

"Continue Bang, the slick work of ne," he asked while praising.

"Of course" he answered ready.

While on the other hand Pak Jokowi and Iriana's mother are confused about what to buy souvenirs to take home. He and his wife stopped at Mr. Kardi's lap.

"Sir, what did you buy?" asked Ms. Iriana who was still confused with her husband.

"After Mom, you just obey" he replied.

"Pak Jokowi here alone there is a bag of genuine ula leather," bargained Pak Kardi instantly from inside his lap.

Ms. Irian looked at Mr. Kardi who was showing her merchandise.

"Mom is going there?" he bargained with his wife.

"No sir, the rich bags are many" he refused.

While in the Recycling Field. Yes that is the name of the daggers, Mr. Solehun.

"HAYO HAYO DI BUY AKA MENGKAN-SUNGKAN GOODIES RECYCLED MATERIALS," I still shouted continuously until there are customers who stop by.

"ASALE SHOTS OF TRASH BUT RA IS RICH IN SLICK GARBAGE, LUXURY ORA LOSES KARO BRANDED GOODS," Sinta also cried out loud.

"Pak just there I was curious," said Ms. Iriana.

"Yes," he agreed.

"Sorry sir," said Pak Jokowi lowered his head towards Pak Kardi and walked a little to our stall.

When I wanted to shout back, I stopped immediately in surprise.

"AT BE..," I stopped and immediately called his name spontaneously.

"PAK JOKOWI," I shouted loudly while still using speakers. I woke up and immediately turned off the speaker.

"I'm sorry, sir," I said.

"Only Mr. Jokowi with Ms. Iriana I was shocked," I said again.

"P-Pak can salim," Frank's nervous pinta on him.

Pak Jokowi nodded while Ms. Iriana just smiled. Me, and my friend who was there immediately shook hands with him and his wife.

"My dream-rich" said siFrank still in disbelief.

"Yes Frank Senenge" said the Clara was pleased as well.

"Mas-Mas selling recycled goods?" Ibu Iriana asked us.

"Yes Miss Iriana," I replied representing friends.

"If you could know who made you?" ask Mr. Jokowi for a moment.

"That's Sir behind the guy" I replied as I pointed at Mr. Solehun who was seriously making the robot.

"Pak Solehun there is Pak Jokowi," said the Budi.

"What yes ana," he murmured still did not believe and continued to duck down and fiddled with his artificial robot.

"See sir," tell Budi to her.

Pak Solehun immediately looked up for a while and then moved closer.

"Pak Jokowi I-bu Iriana what's wrong?" ask her nervously.

"The father made this sir?" ask Miss Iriana again.

"Yes Miss Iriana" he replied with a smile.

"Gini sir, my wife is interested in the work of our father intends to buy Everything to take home," explained Pak Jokowi to him.

"Everything," said Mr. Solehun surprised.

We were all shocked and delighted to hear that. Pak Jokowi and his wife did not bear to buy all merchandise Pak Solehun without remaining.

"I'm not wrong about Mr Jokowi?" tanyanya.

"Yes sir, we are both very interested in the work of the Father let alone the lights there and the bag," he replied, pointing at the two items in the back.

"Oh it's not mine, sir, it was made by Mas-Mas and Mba-Mba," he said smoothly.

"If robots and toys are there who makes them?" ma'am Iriana asked as she glanced towards the robot and the toy inside.

"Pak Solehun Bu" I replied.

"The father who made it?" tanya Ms. Iriana made sure.

"Yes ma'am, if the robot but not finished just a little more," he replied.

"If the other?" ask Pak Jokowi curious.

"I'm taye," replied Bang Opik who had been standing behind Pak Solehun.

"We both want to also please pack up Mas Mba," he said and asked us to pack him as well.

"Riap Bu Iriana," replied the Sinta excited and happy.

We all directly pack all the merchandise Pak Solehun to the shopping bags that we have prepared also from recycled materials. Including cars and ships owned by Bang Opik also packed into it.

"This is Ma'am everything so...?" said Sinta stopped because he did not know the price of everything.

"Pira Lam?" tanyakanya.

I calculated the prices of all the items using a calculator.

"1,000,000 Sin," I replied telling.

"Everything is a million ma'am" said Sinta repeating my answer to tell him.

"This is thanks, yes" Ms. Iriana smiled as she received her gift package from Sinta.

Mr. Jokowi is in waiting for Mr. Solehun who is completing his robot sequence. After 15 minutes of waiting, Mr. Solehun finally completed his robot sequence.

"This sir has been so," said mr. Solehun told.

"How much is it, sir?" ask Pak Jokowi.

How many yes Mr. Jokowi, I have not thought about it," he replied still confused thinking about the right price for his work.

"What about 1,000,000?", he bargained as he asked.

"Don't Pak omnipresent me moh," to the surprise of Mr. Solehun quickly rejected it.

"This is for a bonus for the Father, this work of the Father is of extraordinary value. So just accept it sir," he explained while persuading Mr. Solehun.

"Alright sir, then thank you very much". Finally, Mr. Solehun accepted his offer. He immediately gave his robot to Pak Jokowi.

"Together Sir" he said.

"May his grandson be happy, yes" asked Mr. Solehun to him.

"Amin" he answered.

"Sir Jokowi I can ask for a photo for a memento," pinta si Budi for a moment

"May dong hayo photos here what in front of the store," said Ms. Iriana agreed while inviting us all.

"Where is Miss Iriana" I said.

We were all photographed with Mr. Jokowi and Ms. Iriana in front of Mr. Solehun's lap. Because no one can take pictures of us, Ms. Iriana called someone. And the person called turned out to be Mr. Kardi. She was forced to obey him to take pictures of us.

We are all now ready in the photo following the instructions of Mr. Kardi who looks sincere and envious to us.

"One two three ready.cekrek," he told her rather uninspired as he pressed the camera button.

"Maning (again) sincere Kardi sir," asked Budi to her.

"Hufh.., Mr. Kardi took a deep breath. It's been..?" ask him to us.

"That's Mr. Kardi" replied all of us.

"One two.. cheese," we said simultaneously.

"Cekrek," Mr. Kardi pressed his camera button.

After finishing taking pictures, Pak Jokowi and Iriana's mother returned with full souvenirs purchased from Pak Solehun. We waved to him feeling happy and relieved. Pak Solehun what else he was until almost crying to see his merchandise bought by a respectable person. While Mr. Kardi could only bite his finger feeling the envy of seeing us all.
