OUR EARTH
CHAPTER 24 "The Wind News Samsul Exit the Country"

The next day at Jendral Besar Airport Sudirman.

Samsul was escorted by Father and his two friends were waiting for his call to get on the plane. Yes today is the day that Samsul left the city of Purwokerto.

"Well if I go, you'll be alone, won't you be lonely?" samsul asked the Father.

"Where is the lonely Dad already there set out," he replied coldly.

"Kok Dad was, I know.... Daddy doesn't love me anymore, does he" he thought with a frown.

"Dear dear so tell you to go" he said.

"Yes," he said a little in disbelief.

"As far as you are, take care of yourself and if you are not at home at home," said the father who looked not serious.

"Ish," hissed Samsul a little annoyed.

"Bos good-bye may you survive to the destination" said the Domu as he stepped into his boss's arms.

Followed by Made who now hugs him while giving orders. "Don't forget us boss." He then released his embrace from his boss

"Heh maybe you two will forget me," Samsul guessed as he turned his face away.

"No Boss, this Boss is always in our hearts" Domu denied.

"Godly," said Samsul doubtfully.

"You've left there and you'll miss the plane" asked Mr. Samsudin to stop the three of them from saying goodbye.

"Yes yes Well," replied the Samsul while having a beard.

Before leaving, Samsul hugged his two friends again and his father. While on the other side of the airport, it appears that Frank is walking to take his Grandma home to his place. After the dinner last night, Grandma Frank from Papua chose to return home. Together with his parents, Frank escorted the grandmother away. Yes, after his grandmother's birthday party yesterday, now he and his family drove the grandmother to the airport to return to the land of Papua.

In the middle of walking, Frank suddenly stopped his footsteps. It was like seeing someone he knew. Then he stopped to look at the man and realized that it was Samsul. He also wondered what he saw.

"Kae (it) the Samsul well, but here gawa (carry) a suitcase maning (again)," thought Samsul with eyes fixed forward.

He continued to take his attention seriously. So serious he was surprised when called by his Grandmother.

"Prank come on," he called.

"Oh yes, Grandma" replied the Frank slightly surprised.

Surprised, the Frank finally chose to continue his goal of coming there.

Samsul has now gone inside to get on the plane. Hands are like a sign of their farewell.

In another area, the Frank was hugging his Grandma as well. She hugged her grandmother with warmth. Before his grandmother left, he told his grandmother first.

"Grandma be careful on the road, do not forget to take care of health, and moreover reduce the activity of the grandmother remember the age," he said to his grandmother.

"Yes Ma'am right said the Frank if it could reduce it is the name of erobics. I'm old, Rius is afraid that my grandmother's gout will recur" added Rius, Frank's father.

"Quietly, grandma can take care of herself. Grandma is old but her soul is young. If my gout relapses, there will be Bi Mar who helps," he explained so that they do not worry.

"My grandmother is indeed a granny gaul hihi," murmured the Frank a little laugh at the end.

"Yes it's the important Mom who is healthy, healthy" my mother said according to him.

"Yes, I've already handed Grandma's handsome granddaughter like a tlepong to both of you" she joked.

"Ish grandma really I'm in the same tai kebo," protested the Frank did not accept.

"Honey hints is the granddaughter of this grandmother to be equated with rich greetings, Lee Minho," he explained which made everyone who was there a little laugh.

"My grandmother knew Lee Minho too" the Frank murmured unexpectedly.

"Emang only young people who know Lee Minho's grandmother also know," said his grandmother who apparently heard the muttering of her grandson.

"Ha-ha-ha My grandmother is the most slang." The Frank laughed as he gave his thumbs up to his grandmother.

Laughter broke out from the Frank family even Grandma Frank to have to hold her cheek because of the aches of laughing continue.

"It was my grandmother who left later to laugh here afraid to miss the plane later," said Grandma Frank ended the laughter of the family.

"Be careful, ma'am" the Goddess's message, Mother Frank agreed.

"Bi Mar take good care of Mom" the Goddess's message again to her maid Grandma Frank.

"Yes ma'am I will definitely take care of her," she replied kindly with a smile.

"Well, Grandma, I'll see you again" said the Frank, waving his hand at her!

"My granddaughter's medicine is everything" Grandma Frank replied as she waved her hand as well.

Grandma Frank went inside. Some of his luggage was carried by him and the rest was carried by his assistant Bi Mar. Grandma Frank is old but still strong. Even though he's 100 years old. Cool and amazing is not.

After Frank's grandmother's departure, they returned home. In the car Frank told his father he probably knew something about Mr. Samsudin.

"Well, I was fitting in at the airport like seeing Mr. Samsudin with his son" he said.

"Oh yes maybe it is them, from the news that I heard Mr. Samsudin wanted to move his son to Singapore," explained his father while continuing to drive.

"Why is it sudden?" tanyakanya.

"Father do not know, oh yes you want to go straight to nature's house after this," he replied while moving the topic.

"Yes, put me down at the Banyumas trans bus terminal. I'll be there myself" she asked

"Well son, be careful, you" Frank's mother said before her son came down.

"Yes, Frank said with a smile.

The car stops in front of the terminal. The Frank immediately came down and did not forget to regret both his parents.

...🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾...

The Cikakak Village.

Right in my grandmother's paddy field. Me and my three friends are helping my grandmother harvest rice. For the people of Cikakak Village who have a livelihood as farmers almost most of them have rice fields. In March it is time to enter the rice harvest period in Pejengkolan Village. Farmers welcomed him with joy and gratitude. Finally they can go through the process of planting rice when the weather is uncertain like rain water that almost every day flushed until strong winds accompanied by lightning ever struck. Worries and worries have been lost when ready to harvest rice. The sign of ready-to-harvest rice is yellow.

The four of us used hoods to cover our heads from the sunlight. Men and women compact down to the rice field even in the middle of the stinging sun. The heat is no longer felt, leeches that can usually bite their feet while in the rice fields until the sharp snail shell can hurt their feet are not afraid to face them. Their passion and hard work while harvesting rice is exemplary for all of us. Without farmers there is no rice for our daily staple needs.

"GEBYOK GEBYOK GEBYAK GEBYOK," the sound of a bundle of rice being struck to a traditional rice mill tool shaped like a board. The board if in Java is called gebyokan. In addition to gebyok there are other tools that must be provided, namely sickle or sickle, tarp/screen, and kandi.

How to harvest the rice version of Cikakak village is the first, rice plants that are ready to be harvested are cut using sickle/arrite. How to hold a clump of rice stalks and cut right at the bottom and collected. Second, hold the rice stems that have been cut and then smashed (disabet) repeatedly in the tool gebyok until the grains of rice fall out. His gebyok tool dialasi tarpaulin/bottom screen to accommodate the grains of rice that fall out and collected. Third, clean the rice grains from the rice leaves that fall off and then put them into the temple. Fourth, the grains are ready to be dried to dry for several days. To produce rice, rice must be tucked first.

"Lam iki sing wis in babadi kaki tulung gawa meng Nini mu nggo in gebyok (This lam who has been slashed by grandfather please bring it to your grandmother to make it in gebyok)," pinta grandpa on me.

"Yes Ki" I replied as I walked to where my grandfather was.

I then carry a pile of rice that has been in Babad to be brought to my grandmother's place.

"Ni.., iki sepanggul meneh (Nek.., this is another shouldered)," said I who still carried a pile of rice on my shoulder.

"GEBYAK GEBYOK GEBYAK GEBYOK after ning kene Lam (bet here Lam)," he told as he continued to mengbetkan rice to gebyokan board.

"Piwe cah ayu teyeng gali gebyok e (how can a beautiful child use his gebyokan)?" ask Sinta and Clara.

"Alhamdulillah teyeng ni (Alhamdulillah can Nek)," replied the Sinta and Clara. The two of them then continued their conversation.

"GEBYOK GEBYOK GEBYAK GEBYOK," the sound of the rice slab continues to break nature.

"But ayu ayu on pinter gebyok (beautiful pretty boy on smart gebyok)," my grandmother praised the two of them.

GEBYOK GEBYAK GEBYOK. Sinta and Clara just smiled thinly while continuing to flip through the rice that had been taken by me earlier.

The post-throttled rice stalks are named damen. Damen can be used for fodder such as cattle and Buffalo. People in Pejengkolan Village often refer to rice harvest with the term nyabet. Nyabet comes from the Javanese language which has the meaning of batting. The point is when harvesting the rice by banging the rice stems on the gebyok tool.

Now I'm back where I chopped off all my grandmother's paddy. Because the weather is quite hot enough to make our bodies become sweat baths. The Guts even complained to me.

"Puanasseee Lam," complained Budi while wiping his sweat. "To what ra hot Lam (you what not hot Lam)?" he continued asking me

"Lumayan Bud, but in the wind through the breeze quite cool dadi adem," I answered while mengapat some more rice plants.

In the midst of us all resting suddenly a loud voice of someone calling us from the lips of the rice field.

"KANCA-KANCA (FRIENDS).... I'M COME BACK BACK BACK BACK," a loud voice rang out until it echoed. We all looked at the source of the sound.

"Kae say hello to Lam (who is Lam)?" ask because his view is unclear. The scorching sun made our view all glare.

"Who's kae wretch (who's calling)?" my thinking.

"Kanca mu mbok iku (your friend is it)," said my grandmother.

"Rada looks like Frank" said Budi slowly.

After the Budi said that it looked like Frank, we immediately looked at each other.

"Frank, whisk back meneh (already back again)???" say instantly.

The rest of my friends nodded to justify my words.

"FRANK NYEBRANG MENG RENE NE NE NE NE (FRANK NIEBRANG HERE NI NI NI)," asked me to shout and echo. Because the open nature of our voice so echoed like there were some more sounds that followed.

"YES LAM LAM LAM LAM," he said.

The Frank then immediately crossed through the outskirts of the rice field to our place. Previously the Frank had gone to my house but the four of you were not there. It just so happened that my mother was drying in front so Frank immediately asked and finally found out where we were.

Where we sit now. The four of us sat down on Damen while chatting.

"Wis done your business Frank (is your business Frank finished)?" ask him who is still approaching.

"Yeah (yes friend)," he answered. "Oh yes I have news that sing will not be surprised (eh yes I have news that will surprise you)," he told us while sitting in Damen.

"What cem?" tell Budi to be impatient.

"Si Samsul mabur meng (flying to) Singapore," he said.

"Alhamdulillah I used to bae, thank God the Samsung lunga (go) ayem (peace) must have felt," said the Budi who looked ordinary.

"Hush aja rich Bud cake (hush not so Bud)," I reprimanded with a stretch to his elbow. "Si Samsul mabur mengambur Singapore why (the Samsul fly to Singapore why?)?" I continue to ask.

"Why mikiri lam (why do you think Lam)?" ask the Budi wonder.

"I'm curious, kayong ijig-ijig gweh (kok suddenly so)," answered me who was curious.

"Ah sing I know tah jere my father, the Samsung in the conkon moved ning Bapake. kayane Bapake Samsul wis ngerumat Samsul sing delep (ah I know said my father, Samsul, the Samsung was told to move by his father.it seems like his father Samsul has been giving up looking after the Samsul)," explained the Frank while suspecting.

"Yes rare Samsul, Made ro Domu must be rare bala ne (yes there is no Samsul, Made and Domu certainly no cement)," said the Clara who was happy to hear the news.

"Yes ra would wani kae cah loro our macem-macem karo (yes would not dare it's a child of two kinds like us)," said the Sinta.

"Hem what is it?" I thought silently while facing the sky.

...🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁...

After 3 weeks the semester holiday is over. The five of us were back in Purwokerto. Si Budi was a bit late to come to Purwokerto because when the five of us came home, he went down in Ajibarang to go home for 1 day. And today is the day he returned to the cempaka boarding house. And at the cempaka boarding house we were both ready to go back to college. Fortunately we left at noon so we could go again.

"Jan be bali immediately died from college bae (Jan just came home directly to go to college)," complained the Budi not excited.

"Sing (the) spirit of Bud," asked me.

"Yes Lam but I iki kesel durung be ana sedina I liren, ne cloud instead died (yes Lam but I'm tired yet there is one day I rest, the afternoon instead depart)," he said a little upset.

"The fate of the college boy (already the fate of being a college boy)," I said as I prepared to wiggle.

"Hayuk is dead in the loro kiye clock (let's go to the hunt at two o'clock)," asked me directly to Budi.

"Yes, yes" he answered and boarded the Raider.

We both rode our favorite bikes. There's Raider Budi's bike and Onal my bike. We decided to cut off the road so we could get there quickly. It was only two and a half hours that we both finally reached the parking lot

When we finished parking our bikes, we both walked to class. But suddenly how many bikes surprised us both.

"BRUM BRUM BRUM BRUM," the sound of some moge machine shocked us.

We both stopped for a moment. The students also went out to watch. Frank Sinta and Clara also came out to us. Made and Domu.

"Ana what's kiye (what's this)? Kae (it) say anyway geber geber hot motor? Noisy," asked the curious Frank but a little annoyed.

"Mbuh I'm boisterous, say hello (don't know I've also just seen, who did)?" answer me while thinking.

"You see they're so cool" said the Made impressed as he continued to pat Domu on the shoulder.

"Hish is sick I also look and right the time they are even cooler than our Boss," said domu a little annoyed at him but impressed at the moge's entourage.

Actually who they are is they are Unsoed students as well. The thick smoke from their exhausts kept us all shut our mouths and noses. The cool daytime air is a little polluted because of their actions. The others including the five of us could only shake their heads in anger with the action. But in contrast to Domu and Made who look impressed with their actions.
