Chapter 10: "Energy Entity"

The figure of Barong right in front of Karina, he was confused what to do. all his friends fainted unconscious, only Sandi who looks still conscious but he was sprawled and coughing blood.

The creature slowly approached Karina, and she retreated backwards. Then Barong attacked Karina's right leg intending to pull her, but her tongue burned again as it touched Karina's body.

Then Barong told his friend who possessed Anwar's body to ambush him from behind, but Karina's shout made Anwar far bounce. Barong was getting more and more confused how to get the girl in front of him.

From above Karina's head a bright white light descended and turned into the figure of the white-gray-bearded Grandfather.

"Go, I've warned you several times" the grandfather said by telepathy.

The grandfather then suggested to Karina to sit cross-legged to meditate. Karina only listened to a voice that she did not know where the source was. He also tried to follow the voice's orders.

There he saw a white world, and stood a golden brown door.

"You are truly a blessed child" said the Grandfather.

Karina was shocked and turned to her right, finally she could tell who the owner of the voice was guiding her.

"Well, the grandfather I met before?" karina.

"What grandfather has helped me, whose grandfather?" carina.

"Later on, now you have to save your friends. The creature won't leave until you finish him off" Grandpa said.

"Me, but how could I not know any cake" replied Karina restlessly.

"You see the universe is an infinite energy, and you are the child endowed by the universe, you are the chosen one. Now you try to focus, and look around you. What are you looking at?" obviously Grandpa.

Karina then focused on her surroundings, then suddenly a blue flame appeared in her eyes.

"I see like a blue circle of fire, what is it?" ask Karina.

Karina stepped, she saw in the body of her friends there is also a blue energy but she chose to take the energy in a plant.

"Ga happened nothing, but my body felt very light and it felt like I could do anything. I also did not feel afraid anymore" said Karina while paying attention to the state of her body.

"Of course, now is what you need to finish off that thing" Grandpa said.

"Ng..what yes.weapons maybe??" karina said in her heart.

"You can take and hold things that are in the real world, but if they happen in front of everyone they will jump in fear. And also the energy entity in the real world is limited, whereas in this world you can do anything as long as you have an energy. Therefore you have to make it yourself with your energy" explained the Grandpa.

"Humans have a mind as vast as the universe, but not everyone can go beyond that thought. Now you try to stretch your hand at something, and focus your energy on that thing, as if you want to have it too" explained Grandpa.

Barong was puzzled to see what the two of them were up to. He tried to attack Karina but grandfather held back the negative energy that came out of Barong's mouth.

Karina focused on the gun, in a few seconds she looked hard to realize it. until the veins on her head were seen out.

Karina then pondered over Grandfather's words, and tried once more with a calm heart. The gun suddenly shook and before long the same blue-shaped light shot out, then crept into Karina's right hand grip.

The figure was shot out of Anwar's body and screamed in pain rolling on the ground, seen the body part of the creature burned blue fire. Anwar fell on the ground.

Karina was surprised to notice the incident, and suddenly her arm immediately felt limp.

"Ahhh, why do I feel weak?" said Karina who lowered both arms.

"That's because you're not used to it, never let your guard down under any circumstances, you have to stay focused, you can get that energy again as long as they're around you" Grandpa said.

Barong looked furious, he immediately released his greatest energy. While the figure who was shot ran away in fear with the fire that was still burning on his shoulder.

"I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU CAN GET THAT POWER, BUT IT'S UNBEARABLE!!"

The enraged figure of Barong turned 2x larger than the previous one, along with a black aura that enveloped his body.

Sandi was awake but could not stand, in her vague vision she saw a huge head figure was in front of Karina who was sitting cross-legged.

A huge negative energy emanated from the figure, making Sandi fall unconscious.

The great anger of the figure of Barong made the wind around blowing very fast. Grandfather and Karina were seen to be holding back the aura.

The battle begins, the Grandfather is seen distracting Barong by restraining and replying to his attack. While Karina took the initiative to see the energy around her. Step by step he went through, little by little he saw some energy around him.

Then Karina pulled the energy one by one in her body. She sees Grandpa being overwhelmed, and at the moment there is a chance Karina ventured to shoot Barong from the right side.

Karina fell lethargic, as if all her energy had been released. Barong who saw the opportunity stuck out his elongated tongue and wrapped around Karina's right leg and dragged her.

"Bring his tongue!!" grandpa shouted urgently while holding Barong.

Karina who was stunned by the beauty of the woman's figure could not say anything, while grandfather gave an answer by nodding his head.

The figure then went flying and disappeared.

Grandfather who was sitting limp now also looks out of energy, seen his body also began to decompose into dust grains of light blue light. Karina who witnessed it then came to him.

"Grandfather why cake?" said Karina who looks worried from the look on her face.

"Grandfather's job is done, now you can use that advantage to protect yourself or protect others" said the grandfather who slowly disappeared.

"Wait.grandfather don't go first.I don't even know who this grandfather really is." said Karina with a face that began to grieve.

In the short remaining time, the grandfather told him who he was. Long ago when Karina was still in her mother's womb. On a trip, Karina's mother saw a hunchback old grandmother and a little girl carrying her unsold merchandise.
