Chapter 18.3: "Invisible Attacks From The Red!!"

In the last seconds, Karina managed to awaken one of the Virtual Cortex capabilities called Fatamorgana. And strike silently by stabbing the Negative Vistor from behind.

The sword was still stuck in the heart of the Negative Vistor, Karina then pulled it out and jumped back to keep her distance.

Black blood gushed everywhere. The Negative Vistor's body began convulsing and was burned by the blue flames that blazed from within his heart, burning him to ashes.

With blazing blue eyes, Karina was downcast with a serious face and full of black dirty blood splashes on her face.

The glitch in Karina's body is getting worse, the waves are getting very irregular. This signified that the energy he possessed had already reached its limit.

The dark room full of blood red puddles, now began to collapse like a glass wall that had been successfully broken, along with the novel book owned by the vistor which was burned to ashes and wiped out by the wind. The bush forest and the misty scenery are now seen back around it.

In the middle of the Highway, Karina stood alone with her blue Oka Uniform, the wind blowing spoi-spoi made her brown hair flutter blotting out her gloomy-looking face.

He then looked at his hands and feet which were slowly beginning to break down into blue light particles.

"When can I end the nightmare in-"

An iron spear rusted full of blood and coated in a huge Negative Energy, hurtling fast like a chopstick weapon blowing its needles. Karina's body that was experiencing a great Glitch was not aware of the presence of the headless red figure, so her attack managed to penetrate the shoulder of Virtual Karina's body form.

He was carried away by the speed of the attack and was stuck in a tree 30 meters from where he stood.

Karina screamed hysterically because of the excruciating pain she had never felt in her entire life. He kept screaming for help in the darkness of the silence of the night.

Thick red blood flowed in his right hand and fell dripping down on the surface of the ground through his fingertips. While his left hand shook violently because of the fear of the surprise attack.

The Glitch wave began to go invisible and the body that was supposed to break down into blue light particles, now began to look to start slowing down. What has been ascertained the cause is the long iron stuck in his shoulder.

His left hand grabbed the long iron blade that stuck into his right. With pain that could never be imagined, Karina desperately tried to pull out the iron blade.

There, in the dark corner of the night, a bright red light was seen walking quickly towards a young girl who was suffering from pain.

Karina who realized that was getting more panicked in fear, thus making her left hand that was trying to pull the iron blade become weak. The figure was getting closer, and he still had not managed to move the iron blade an inch.

"ERGGHH!!!, FREELANCE.. COME ONL.. QUICK ONE.. ERGHH-REMOVE!!!" he said in a panic and kept turning his head several times to confirm the distance between the headless red figure and her.

Amidst the fear, Karina remembered the words from Beta-Karina to not be caught by the headless red figure.

That's why he made a crazy decision. With the situation already cornered inevitably he had to kill himself in order to escape the entanglement of the great Negative Energy of the figure.

His left hand asked, and a sword appeared. He then pointed the sword at his neck.

Karina's breath began to be heavy, her face looked pale bloodied, while crying she closed her eyes. His shaking hands were proof that he was unable to commit suicide.

The red figure that was holding his own head as a lighting lamp was now starting to get closer and closer.

They rushed to run fast and soon Karina was at the end of being stuck in a big tree. His slightly glowing body thanks to the blue light particles made it easier for his friend to realize that it was Karina.

But the dark and foggy atmosphere tried to block their view forward. Fortunately the three of them brought a flashlight as a lighting light, then a red figure was seen holding his own head walking towards Karina.

"Dog! That's what the red-red woiii is!!!" ragil shouted aghast.

"Waaaaa!!!! What is ituu, he.. Hold his own head"!? said Ryo shouting in fear while pointing at the figure.

"No one escapes!! You heard yourself earlier, Karina's sleeping body screamed in pain and asked for help!" said Sandi who no longer cares about her fear.

Remembering Karina who continues to suffer makes Ragil's anger burn. He then shouted loudly to burn all his fear.

"Woii demon dog!!! Bizadab here kaoo!!!

The figure did not care, he continued to step closer to Karina. Seeing that Sandi ran a little forward and shot him with an MP5 gun that had been coated with Karina's Blue Energy.

Seeing the terrifying strides of the figure, the three of them quickly ran away leaving him. Sandi then tells Ryo to save Karina while the two of them will be her bait.
