Chapter 22.5: "Apocalypse" Day 3

Even though he had succeeded in creating the serum from his new formula, Victoria could not calculate how successful it was.

He then stuffed the serum into the Steel cast suitcase. There are 10 similar types of serum samples of blood Miira (ghost) and 1 sample Niira blood.

Victoria then left the room, which was followed by her assistant Berta and two of her bodyguards who had been waiting for her outside.

They headed to the location of the white tent to restart their experimental trials. Hazmat troops have been seen crowded there with their respective activities.

the car is parked, four people get out of the car.

There were two hazmat men standing guard in front of the tent that was waiting for Victoria's arrival.

Inside the tent Victoria did not see Joaquim and his colleagues. He then told one hazmat to start immediately. Soon Joaquim and his personal assistant enter the tent.

"Am I too late to see a masterpiece?"

"We're just about to start" Victoria replied.

"Hopefully the results are as bright as the weather outside today" said Joaquim smiling.

Victoria answered that smile with a flat face experience.

Joaquim saw that the serum that was being held by hazmat was different colors from the previous one.

Hazmat then injected him to the first patient.

CRUTCH! The reddish-black serum liquid water flows into the patient's arm that looks damaged by the skin.

The patient was about to scream, but his mouth was covered in a piece of tape. His body trembled, his fingers moved wanting to claw, discoloration began to occur on the skin of his body.

Part of her hair started to fall out, and part of it grew elongated, blood flowed out of her nostrils, her white-colored eyeballs turned red, her eyes constantly bulging as if to jump out. The patient was silent for a moment.

Everyone who saw the incident was shocked even Victoria herself.

"Hey! Miss Director! What exactly do you want to create!! This, this is not genetic repair! This is more precisely you want to create a monster!!" Joaquim raised his tone slightly from feeling panicked.

Victoria was silent as she looked at the patient who had changed shape due to her experiments.

"Keep trying!!" said Victoria.

Victoria did not care about it, she still asked Hazmat to continue injecting the serum into other patients.

9 Out of 10 patients have had an injection of Miira serum, but the results remain the same. Joaquim looks like words have run out to scold Victoria.

Joaquim was already desperate to see the situation that never came hope, with a heart that was upset, he intended to go out of the tent.

But when he wanted to step foot, Victoria first cut her step. He wanted to take the other suitcase.

He opened the two lockouts from the Steel cast suitcase, which contained Niira's sample.

"What else is that? what's the last ace left?" joaquim was upset.

Victoria pulled it out of the styrofoam foam. He then stepped into the last Stretcher. Where there was a little girl who was crying and moaning in pain.

When he saw the girl, he remembered his younger sister, Valencia. Without realizing it, his right eye shed tears.

"(Niira..I promise, if this child gets well, I'll send it to the orphanage, as my apology to you..") he said, looking at the serum.

Cover the serum in the open, Victoria then injects it in the upper left arm near the shoulder.

The little girl's face looks wrinkled holding a syringe that enters her body.

Victoria had managed to enter the serum liquid, she still stood beside him while waiting for the anxious hope of success he could get.

One to five minutes passed and there were no signs of change.

"That's enough, I'll go home! let me know that you've made it. I can't keep being here, your monster makes me feel uncomfortable! he said through a personal assistant who served as a translator.

Just before Joaquim was about to leave the tent, Victoria's eyes saw some blue particles coming out of the little girl's body. The blackish color of his skin began to return to normal slowly from the tip of his foot to his head. Red nodules that arise on the skin also deflated and re-integrated on the skin that is normal.

Joaquim who intended to leave the place was flabbergasted to witness the miracle.

"For heaven's sake... Miss Director, you.. You have created it!! Ahahaha!!" Joaquim looked so happy and excited.

Victoria shed her tears, in her heart she said.

"(Well, I did it... I managed to make your dream come true!!"

Berta came to his employer, he took his handkerchief and wiped the tears on Victoria's face.

On the sidelines of the happiness of everyone who was out there was surprised by the sound of shrill screams from inside the tent Victoria was.

"Yahoooo!! Lookie!! look at your creation!! the corpse came back to life as a monster!" scream Joaquim in fear.

While one hazmat person who was near the monster also looked very panicked but did not know what to do.

"Ghaa.y.aa.aaaaaaaaaaa!!"

The terrified Joaquim saw the monster twitch until it shifted its Stretcher, screaming it ran out.

His panic-filled self made his feet take a wrong step. He accidentally stepped on his right shoe so that it fell down to the outside of the tent and rolled on the ground. Seeing that his assistant immediately followed out helped him to stand up.

Victoria still could not believe what she had witnessed, she then walked up to the monster and stood looking at it.

"(Two energies, different ones..?)"

Victoria then ventured to touch the skin of the hand of the monster that was a jet black.

"Mom!! What you want to do, it's dangerous!" hazmat shouted in panic.

CSHHH!!!! Victoria's latex gloves blistered as she touched them.

"ouch!! (Hot?)"

"Mam, are you okay?" Berta came near.

"You! quickly get the others to come here, and order some of them to prepare the hydrogen water tubes in the Laboratory!"― Victoria gives the order to hazmat who is next to her.

"Y-yes Mam!!"

The Hazmat immediately ran outside the tent, and called out to his comrades who were on standby outside.

"(Is this a sign that I've managed to bring the dead back to life?)"

"Mam, should this monster not be burned immediately" Berta tried to give the best advice.

"Burned? (No way, the surface of the body is hot)"

Victoria tries to understand what triggers the corpse so that it can come back to life as a monster.

Before long, there were sounds of footsteps coming from outside the tent. What turns out they are hazmat troops who have prepared hydrogen water tubes in Laboratory A.

"Mom, we've finished preparing!" said a hazmat who came to report.

"Take that Fire Extinguesher and spray it on this monster!" said Victoria.

"Yes-Yes, Mum!!"

The Hazmat pulled out the Fire Extinguesher found in the stroller, then walked over to the monster that had been constantly rebelling on the stretcher.

Victoria and her assistant walked away to keep their distance.

YURUH!!!!! The white chemical powder is sprayed within a minute.

If it was enough, Victoria asked him to stop. He then approached the monster again, to make sure of something.

The monster seemed to be silent in tranquility. Victoria again tried to hold him by the skin of her arm.

"(The temperature is back to normal?")

"Get me the Vacuum Tube on the table"

"Well" Berta then stepped towards the table, passing 4 hazmat people in front of him. Then give me what Victoria asked for.

"Thank you"

Victoria then combines the test tube (Vacuum Tube) into a large syringe, then stabs it into the monster's arm. Then the black blood flows by itself, filling the test tube.

"Bring this monster and put it in a hydrogen water tube. And bring along the Fire Extinguesher just in case he rebelled again"

"Yes Mam!!" Hazmat troops did their job. Pushing the Stretcher out of the tent, all the way to Laboratory A.

Victoria and her assistant then walked out of the tent, watching the surroundings.

"Basic loser"

Joaquim and his assistant are no longer there.
