Chapter 22.7: "Apocalypse" Day 5

Monday 08:00 am, Tray Cell Building

Victoria came with her assistant and two bodyguards in charge of driving the car. In the car, Victoria saw that there were three cars in front of her.

"Joaquim?" said Victoria.

"Tumben, why did he come in the morning?" continued Berta.

They then got out of the car, climbed some stairs and entered the building.

The receptionist welcomed her arrival as usual, saying there were already people waiting for Ms Victoria's arrival.

In the long lobby seats the men in black suits and the hats immediately stood up greeting Victoria.

"Good Morning, Madam?" said the man who looked down while taking off his hat.

"Who are you?" ask Victoria.

They did not understand German, Joaquim's assistant who was there then explained the meaning.

"I am the younger brother of the Director, as well as the deputy director of the Cynthium company" he said.

Victoria felt a strange atmosphere from their sudden presence. But he remained calm hiding that suspicion.

"Oh so, let's talk in my meeting room" Victoria replied.

The seven men then stepped in with Victoria behind him.

- Meeting room.

Everyone was sitting on their seats. Victoria sat facing each other with the Deputy Director at the elongated oval-shaped table.

The Deputy Director, who claimed to be Joaquim's younger brother, introduced his name in front of Victoria. He was named Martinez, who was assigned to send a message from Joaquim, regarding the issue of documents, as well as both of the company's contracts.

His assistant brought him a black suitcase, he opened it on the table and took the contents. It was a large, brown envelope that was then handed over to Berta.

Victoria opened the envelope, and began to read each sheet. It was written that if Cynthium did not want to just be a supporter watching from outside the field, they wanted to participate and be open to each other for both parties.

In the next sheet it is also written if Tray Cell has succeeded in creating a monster. It has indirectly violated humanitarian law and is illegal. Therefore, they ask that they should establish cooperation to the local country internally so that the malpractice activity is not spread throughout the world.

And if the Tray Cell company can't do all that, Cynthium's company will pay for everything to clear their name.

After reading all the contents, Victoria got some awkwardness. He felt all of this was very sudden, and also very much turned around with Joaquim's previous contract statement.

Victoria therefore tries to get into their rhythm, as she knows the Cynthium company may have been in an internal conflict. Victoria's goal is close to the finish line. He was more determined to accomplish his goal than to engage in their conflict.

That is why he prefers to give Project Fantasma as the main responsibility of Cynthium company. That way the role of Tray Cell will only be a support in further research.

With no suspicious questions asked, Victoria pretended to agree to the contract change by shaking hands with each other as proof of mutual agreement.

Cynthium company has brought many employees to work, they are assigned to research the Fantasma-09 and then research it. Likewise with Victoria, he secretly made a formula to kill the Fantasma.

But in the midst of his plan, Cynthium even get a new discovery for his research. They say that Fantasma's black blood has cells that multiply. Victoria felt she had been left one step behind by them.

two Weeks later

Victoria made the 2nd version of the Anti-Genetic serum. He named it after the code ; NeAr-Oscillation TP:C30 (New Arrangement Oscillation) Type Project Cyan to 30.

This serum will work to increase cell regeneration in the body, eat dead cells, increase white blood cell growth and strengthen the brain wave nerves behind humans. He kept this as a valuable asset that he would develop again when he would set up a new company in Germany.

And in those two weeks Victoria also tried hard to perfect a serum to kill the Fantasma. He wrote down a fake code, so that Cynthium would not suspect him.

The next day Victoria came early in the morning to Laboratory A to kill Fantasma with serum Fx-003. But when he wanted to do this, he was first caught by six Cynthium workers who worked overtime there.

It raises a lot of questions in their heads. Victoria tried to lie to them, saying she had not slept one night just to perfect the serum and could not wait to test it.

Unfortunately, Victoria's plan seems to have failed, because Cynthium has succeeded in first creating his serum to make double cells in the body of Fantasma. However, out of respect for Victoria's hard work they asked for the serum to be researched and developed again. Feeling offended, Victoria immediately left the place without giving her serum.

- One Month later

Victoria continued her role as a partner in the two-company contract.

In the meeting, he was again surprised by Cynthium who had managed to find two types of serum. The first, serum for photosynthesis and the second a serum that will be useful for controlling the Fantasmas.

They asked Victoria to conduct the test directly in the Photosynthesis room in the basement. The experiment was 100% successful, they called Fantasma from the results of photosynthesis with the name Cadavier.

- Night at home (Villa) of the Victorian family.

All the employees who lived in the residence were terrified to hear the commotion that occurred in his employer's room. No one dared to go in to calm him down.

Inside Victoria's room rages, venting all her anger by destroying various objects except paintings that depicted her family.

He felt constrained and distressed by his own invention, and the Cynthium people were always one step ahead of him. His anger was even more unstoppable because they had been willing to give a name to Niira with the name U-MxFantasma which means (Lost of Ghost Girls). He shredded the document like a madman.

A tired and contented Victoria vented her anger, lying on her floor carpet. His breath looks soybean, his face is covered in sweat, the shadow of the person always appears in his clouds.

"Madam... ?" he said he realized something.

Victoria realizes there may be an outside spy working with her. Victoria tried to squint her eyes and search for the shadow of the traitor.

"Oi! Victoria, why are you sleeping here?"

"What (Vistor)?"

"Victoria!! my fierce sister, wake up~"

Victoria opened her eyes, and she was lying in the garden like she was in the painting.
