Chapter 18.8: "Finding the Traces of the Red One"

The headless red figure took out a long rusty iron blade and was full of blood. With a grinning smile on his face, he again threw the iron blade at an invisible speed towards Karina who was hovering in the air.

The light from Karina's eyes responded to the Negative Energy attack that was thrown, without a command, Karina's ability called Room Disorder was activated by itself. A shield-shaped blue light appeared protecting Karina's body from the front, from her head to the tip of her feet.

The power and speed of the iron blade that was thrown was like a cannon shot, so Karina's blue shield was shattered apart instantly back into particles of light. The Karina behind him was thrown backwards and was bobbing violently in the air and almost making it crash to the ground.

"The negative energy is huge! What kind of tragedy happened to him that gave birth to hatred is so great" Karina said while trying to withstand the attack.

Currently the bodies of the two of them, both Karina and that figure were each experiencing symptoms of Glitch waves.

The glitch that happened to Karina's body was the result of receiving the effects of the Negative Energy which was enormous just from her presence. While the red figure without a head, still not known the exact cause. But Karina tried to assume that the figure was experiencing an energy crisis in his main body. In other words, right now Karina had a chance to be able to win against him.

Karina's right hand asked, so the light appeared blue particles resembling Shotgun weapons which then changed into solid forms. The position of Karina is hovering at an altitude of one meter above ground level. And 15 meters in front of him stood a headless red figure who was carrying his own head. Her stinking, blood-swept face was grinning at Karina.

"I like your eyes. Ha ha ha!" he said with a karau voice and watery hoarse.

"Who are you?! Are you Victoria!!?" said Karina who was in a aiming pose.

"Kha hahaha... I hate that name!" the answer.

The left hand of the red figure asked, then came the red-particle

BDAAR!!!! Karina shot him.

With a close enough distance, Karina's attack managed to destroy part of her left arm until it broke off and was burned by blue fire.

AAAA!!! SAKIIIT!!! THE HEAT!!!

He kept the head he was holding, so as not to burn. Before long, he then ran towards the building of Lab B. Karina was speechless watching the figure and thinking why he was running away.

His high posture makes his steps can run twice as fast as normal humans in general. Karina who was behind him was deliberately not wanting to give another shot, because he needed information about the embodiment of the creepy figure.

"What's going on? why did he run to that lab again?" karina followed him from the air.

Carefully and vigilantly Karina walked through the dark tunnel using her flashlight.

Karina's flashlight, which had been moving irregularly due to the Glitch effect, was now starting to form normally with a perfect circle of light in front of her.

Suddenly Karina immediately noticed her body, which turned out that the Glitch effect had disappeared. He was silent and confused to find it, which indirectly answered that the headless red figure was no longer around.

In front of him were four doors, he then saw the part of the room on the left. Where the room contains a lot of food that has been expired. Then he peeked at the door on the right, and there were many bottles and boxes of serum that were falling and very dusty.

"Where is he?" karina said in her heart with a watchful eye.

Karina then went ahead and saw the body of Mr. Daniel who was previously lying in a bath of blood is now no longer there. Even for the rest of her blood. Karina already knew what the answer to the question that had arisen in her mind at that time, she just bowed down and prayed in her heart.

But every behind one's fear, there is always a higher curiosity. So inevitably, Karina had to try to make sure by walking closer.

"Get in the mirror? It was so unreasonable" he muttered inwardly.

Karina slowly approached the mirror with her flashlight. Upon arriving in front of the mirror, he then examined it carefully.

A long hand came out from inside the mirror and firmly grasped Karina's right hand. She screamed hysterically in fear.

The hand tried to pull her into the mirror, but Karina tried to hold it as hard as she could.

"Lepacaine!! Lepacine!!" shouted against.

Karina looked at her hand that was clasped starting to blacken because it was infected with Negative Energy from the figure inside the mirror.

Therefore, his left hand called out a gun weapon from the Memory of the mind and shot at the mirror until it broke apart.

DOORS! DOORS!!!

The hand holding Karina's right arm split into red particles and disappeared. Karina who tried to resist the pull, immediately slammed into the back.

He sat down and leaned against the wall while looking at his right hand which was now turning black with strands of hair like a moving blood vessel.

"Akhh...!" he said grimacing in pain withstanding the pain.
