Chapter 06: "Stuck In Two Realms"

Karina who was silent looks resigned when the creature attacked her, Instantly like a very strong magnetic field pulled her body into the door and she bounced inside.

He was lying, crying and helpless. Then from a distance a flash of light shone on the steps of a little girl in white and long hair who tried to approach Karina.

The little girl stopped stepping in front of Karina who was still lying down. Then he squatted down and stroked Karina's head.

"Why you are still afraid, this is the destiny that you have to face" said the Little Girl who then wiped Karina's tears.

Karina then got up and sat down in front of him.

"Who are you, why do I have to experience something like this" said Karina who was still sad.

"I'm a part of the past, far away. And brother is the one who will erase that past, " replied the Little Girl.

"But why should I, I'm just an ordinary person who wants to live a normal life" Karina said.

"Since then until now, no one has had a better life. Even to be a normal person. All must always have obstacles even for the smallest thing" said the Little Girl who had stood before Karina.

"Keep what I have to do, for this to end" asked Karina.

"What I do and what I know is limited, I don't even know who I really am" said the Little Girl who began to step away from Karina.

"Wait, from now on what should I do?" said Karina who ran towards the girl but never arrived.

"I'm sure you can get through all this" said the Little Girl who gave a smile, then turned and continued to step lost in the light.

The sound of crowds was heard from outside

Hearing that Karina woke up and opened her eyes, she got up and saw Vinda was no longer there next to her. He took his smartphone which was already showing at 9am.

He then rushes to improve himself, then comes out of the tent and sees his colleagues are busy wara-wiri who prepare a place for vaccination.

"Just wake up Karina" said Ragil who saw Karina was outside the tent.

"Ah, I'm sorry I had bad luck" replied Karina.

Karina then approached them and apologized to her comrades. Vinda said she had tried to wake him several times, but Karina was very asleep.

The day is not so bright, cloudy clouds color the activities they do. Residents who have woken up are also seen to pay attention and there are also those who help.

"Okay, the tent is ready. One large tent contains 10 patients later" said Mr. Daniel who came to approach.

"Sandi and Cindy, you're the ones who arranged for the citizens to be vaccinated immediately" he added.

"Ragil and Anwar, you're gonna put the sleeping people in the blanket bag"

"Ryo, Karina and your Vindas are in charge of vaccinating the citizens of all. Understood?" Obviously Mr. Daniel.

"Good, now quickly work so that we can go home soon" said Mr. Daniel.

Sandi and Cindy come to the residents and take them one by one into the vaccination tent. They were put to sleep one by one in his place. Then Ryo, Karina and Winda started giving vaccines.

All seemed to be going well, until the fourth patient was about to be injected. Karina again experienced Diplopia and Dejavu, she seemed to see this incident had happened before.

The syringe fell and then he felt dizzy, then fell lying to the left. Winda who was near him immediately embraced his shoulder.

"You're Rin's gapapa?" said Winda who looked worried.

"Ahh, my head hurts a lot" said Karina while holding her head.

"If you're not feeling well, just rest Karin. don't be forced" said Ryo who was in the background.

"Just rest Rin first, let us both do this task" said Winda.

Karina decided to go back to her tent to rest, while about to walk out of the tent.in her view in front, the hazmat troops went inside and passed by her.

He was shocked and silent. Instantly, a memory fragment appeared in his head. He then held his forehead which felt pulsating with the right hand, then he tried to turn back and the shadow of the hazmat troops disappeared.

Karina exits the tent, and Mr. Daniel greets her.he asks what happened, and Karina replies that she is not feeling well and asks permission to rest. Mr. Daniel understood and allowed it.

[In Tent 1 Vaccination]

"What is the pain Karina has been, since I came to see she looks not fit and always holds her head" asked Ryo.

"I also don't know, lately he looks strange.Every time I ask he always says I'm okay" said Winda.

"Oh that's right." said Ryo seemed to be thinking about something.

In Karina's tent lying down and thinking about something, what she saw in the dream had to do with their current state.he fidgeted and tried to close his eyes. While maintaining the pain in her head, Karina slowly began to feel sleepy, and fell back in her sleep.

This time the room was not dark, Karina was lying there with a wide white view and a single door stood alone brown to emasan.

"That?" Karina regained her senses and saw that everything around her was white

"Ohhh, am I dreaming again? " said Karina who was sitting and trying to stand up.

"But why it's all white, the door is now so clear" Karina told herself, looking at the door not far in front of her.

Then he walked up to the door, and stood right in front of him.

"Well, if it's my destiny I'll try to deal with it so that it's over and back to my normal life" Karina said, trying to think positively.

"Focus, I must not be afraid, fear will provoke my existence for them" said Karina who tried hard to convince herself before opening the door in front of her.

"Huh?" karina's expression was astonished after coming out of the Door.

"i'm a dream or something, where the place is the same" he said, astonished and watching his surroundings.

Karina walks out of the tent, and sees Mr. Daniel at the checkpoint. Then he saw Sandi and Cindy coming out of the house along with the citizens who wanted to be given vaccinations.

He then went to Mr. Daniel who was sitting at the guard post, and tried to greet him right in front of him.

"Haloo, sir.bapak see me? this is Karina" he said, waving his hand in front of the face of Mr. Daniel who was enjoying his cigarette.

Karina was still in disbelief and tried to step back towards Sandi and Cindy, she greeted them both but there was also no response.

Inside the tent he saw Winda and Ryo who were on duty injecting the vaccine to the residents. Some people seem to have fallen asleep.

There Karina shouted loudly to get attention from them.

"My friends hereiiiiii, do you see me?!" there is no meaningful response, they still do their respective duties.

Karina gives up and he exits the tent, then notices that there is no visible presence around Ragil and Anwar.

Then he tried to walk around to the houses of the citizens, he peeked at each house one by one. Until one last house, Karina stood in front of the door of one of the residents' houses. There was a six-year-old boy playing.

The boy stopped playing and his eyes looked towards karina. At once Karina was surprised to see the little sister's eyes. He was even more astonished when the little sister greeted him with an obscure remark.

"Related Karina, don't panic, maybe because she is still a child and still innocent so she can see me" said Karina who tried to read the situation and think positively so that she calmed down.

"Wait, it sounds like I'm dead, don't I die?" karina murmured in her little heart.

Then he left the little boy, and headed towards the back shed. When he got there he finally saw Ragil and Anwar who were arranging a blanket bag and put it on the arco.

"Watch here, you guys? " said Karina who was watching them at work.

He then approached the two of them and tried to greet him.

"Ragill, Anwaar, hey it's me Karina!?" sweep it from behind. But Ragil and Anwar remain focused.

"Here we feed what blanket bags for body bags?" Raggil.

"I don't know, I also doubt our duty. cake doesn't make sense!" answer Anwar who grumbled.

Karina then turned and accidentally nudged the elbow of her right hand into a pile of a blanket that was arranged terraced and fell down.

While a big question was raised in Karina's head, she then looked at her arms.

"why can I touch stuff in the real world?" he said that looks astonished.

"Yes, it's been relaxing, during the day like this where there may be demons" said Anwar trying to calm the atmosphere.

Ragil was still seen grumbling, while Karina was still astonished at what had happened to her. Then he came across the idea of trying it once more by lifting a bag of dropped blankets.

Karina tried to raise with both hands, but could not. His hand went through that thing. Then Anwar came and picked up the dropped blanket bag and placed it on top.

Karina, who was still curious, flinched her mind to try to pat Anwar on the shoulder, who managed to touch him. Anwar stared and fell silent in place, instantly letting out a cold sweat.

"Oi, Lo why An?" sapa Ragil who was sitting noticed.

"A-ah, gapapa" he replied in a frightened tone.

Anwar sat down and lit his cigarette. They continued chatting as usual. Karina still felt a sense of confusion. Then after that he tried to turn away but something caught his attention. He looked at the black Aura coming out from behind Ragil and Anwar's body.

"*H*uh, that's what black smoke comes out from behind their bodies?" said Karina who looked confused to pay attention. Then the smoke flew up past the two of them and piled towards the left into a black blob.

He continued to notice the wisp of smoke that had gathered up just now slowly turned into a figure of a head with white-haired hair with red eyes glaring and let out a long tongue all the way to the ground.

Seeing that Karina was aghast, and wanted to scream but quickly covered her two mouths. While the creature was still there watching Ragil and Anwar while laughing loudly.

"don't be afraid of Karina, don't be afraid of Karina" he said several times to stay calm.

Ragil and Anwar began to feel goosebumps fortunately before long Mr. Daniel came to tell them that the vaccination was fined one finished and then ordered the two of them to immediately do their job.

Unable to see the monstrous figure of the creature, Karina immediately turned and ran away with all her might. It was a fleeting lure of the creature's attention and then flew chasing towards Karina.

Realizing himself as if being chased, Karina immediately hid in a small house. He sits down to bend his knees while covering his mouth.

Before long Karina felt the creature begin to approach her. He heard the moaning sound from the throat and the sound of droplets of saliva that kept falling to the ground.

The laughing of the creature sounded so loud in Karina's ear, then she heard it as if she had said.

"Who was I, I felt something like a human, but not a human. GRRRHHHHH"

say the creature with the figure of his flying head and tongue that protrudes to the ground.

While Karina was still curled up while covering her mouth, trying to hold back the fear as much as possible so that her haw was undetectable. The creature was still outside the crack where Karina hid looking to the right and to the left.

After that he went missing somewhere. Karina still calmed herself down, and after being calm enough she got up and walked out to where her tent came from. Then he went into the tent and tried to get back in the door so he could wake up from his dream.

Kreck Kreck!!

Karina tried to open the door but could not, kept trying several times still could not. It caused panic in him. He saw himself sleeping next door.

Not discouraged he continued to force open the door, but still could not. He tried to bang hard so that he who slept next to him woke up, nothing happened.

"Oh my god, what a trial this is.. Why do I have to go through this bad thing all the time, I want to. Mom, dad I miss you both" he said, sitting limp in front of the door and sobbing.

Karina who was still grieving gave off her negative aura, which she had unwittingly provoked the familiar figure to know of her existence.
