110. Vanko Wants to Cause Trouble

"You're asking me where Tony is?"

Hearing this, Hammer furrowed his brows, somewhat unable to follow Ivan's brain circuitry.

He talked about how the appearance of the Phantom Kid and Batman had messed up the exhibition. And even though Tony was the main initiator, he had yet to appear on stage, so, how could Ivan hope that Hammer knew where he was?!

"How do I know where Tony is?"

When Tony went to the roof of the middle pavilion, there were no outsiders present there, plus, he had yet to speak out loudly. This was why Hammer, who was still in the pavilion, had no idea where Tony was.

And despite the fact that all of the above can be inferred using only two brain cells, Hammer did not think about it.

"Forget it, I think I know where he is, but it doesn't matter anymore."

Ivan chuckled, then switched the conversation.

"You just said that you want to cancel the look of the mechanized legion?"

“I don't think this is a good choice.”

Hammer smiled angrily.

“According to you what is my purpose to show the mechanical team? This is to make everyone present see that this drone you made can become a new army and get orders from the military! ”

“But no one will see the stage now. You told me not to cancel the show. What should I do?"

“Do you know how difficult it is to qualify for a show at the Stark Expo Center Pavilion? I don't want to waste such an opportunity!”

“Take it easy, Nak.”

Ivan pacified Hammer's anger.

"Don't you say that Phantom Kid and that ... Batman showed up at the show?"

“As far as I know, there should be many generals in the Expo Center Pavilion, right? Imagine if you let them see how your mechanical forces can catch the thief.”.

Hearing Ivan's words, Hammer's eyes moved slightly. What Ivan said made perfect sense!

“Isn't it better to let people see the abilities of mechanical warriors directly than to show them idle on stage?”

Despite not being able to see Hammer's expression, Ivan could already guess Hammer's excitement.

“Even if you say that, you have never agreed to demonstrate that drone before, so I know nothing about the so-called mechanical forces you created. Can they really be as practical as you say? ”

Although Ivan Vanko worked at Hammer Industries, he was definitely not one of Hammer's employees.

The two decide to work together for two reasons; one, because they have a common enemy, Tony Stark; and the other because Ivan has the technological know-how to build the Arc reactor, although Ivan's technology is much inferior to Stark's.

However, there is currently no one other than Ivan, around the world, who can build the same reactor.

Since this kind of technology could not be completed by one or two people in a year or two, Stark Industries has had a prototype of the Bow Reactor's technical principles since Howard was alive.

Back then, limited by the technology of the era and various other factors, Howard failed to complete his idea throughout his life.

It was only a few decades later that Tony actually made this discovery.

Nonetheless, Ivan Vanko was able to build the reactor because his father Anton Vanko was Howard's partner in the past, and both participated in the initial research of the Bow Reactor.

Compared to Tony, Ivan's resource conditions were much worse.

But from another point of view, he was able to build a bow reactor out of a pile of broken scrap metal. He was the same as Tony when he built the Mark I in Afghanistan. One could conclude that Ivan's scientific talents were actually almost the same as Tony's.

“Do you suspect that my mechanized forces can't even deal with thieves? I equip them with the best weapon systems. There are no enemies in the world that they cannot defeat.”

Ivan pretended to be dissatisfied,

“No need to think much, Hammer. Just let go of the mechanical legions, and leave the rest to them.”

“OK, okay, then I'll release all these drones. If their performance is not approved by me, you know how you will end up. ”

Hammer thought for a moment, but in any case, he could not resist the temptation. He agrees with Ivan's advice, and ends up threatening.

Inside Hammer Industries, Ivan ended the call with a cold glint in his eyes.

He walked into the secret room, took out a long and thick safe, and opened it.

George then realizes that his men have been exchanged.

Batman flew Unit No. 7 directly over the building on the left.

George immediately ordered all the helicopters.

This was the second time he found that Bruce had miscalculated the situation.
