45. Prophecy Land

Robinson Park, under the central statue.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth gave her final speech before leaving, while many people listened in silence.

Agents Bean and Tucker stand in the middle of the royal guard.

"Sir, there's no sign of the Phantom Kid, is he really going to show up today?"

Tucker asked Agent Bean calmly.

"He'll definitely show up!"

Agent Bean confirmed with a sneer.

”It's half ten and we're expected to take off at half twelve. If he waited any longer, I'm sure it would be more than a little difficult for him to make a move. ”

"Damn it, he might even appear in the next ten seconds."

Tucker was startled and started to look around vigilantly.

“Take it easy Tucker, tranquility is a quality that should always be maintained by every agent.”

"Master, you mean that the Phantom Kid might be disguised as one of the people present?"

Agent Bean nodded.

“Maybe, maybe.. You are Phantom Kid.”.

Agent Bean suddenly reached out and pinched Tucker's face, but the mask would not come off.

"Sir!"

Tucker rubbed his reddened cheeks. She wanted to cry but immediately calmed down.

"The Royal Guards have been operating collectively since we arrived in Gotham, and there's no way the Phantom Kid has a chance to disguise himself as one of us."

“So it can only be someone from GCPD or other civilians!”

Agent Bean agrees with Tucker's words.

"Sir…"

Tucker's gaze fell on Barbara, she was not so far away, standing beside Starling. The Queen has granted special permission to several agents to enter the inner circle, including Commissioner Gordon.

“If I remember correctly, Barbara was with Mathison before, but now she's the only one left and Mathison can't be found.

Hearing that, Agent Bean laughed out loud.

”Don't worry, Tucker, I'm sure Phantom Kid will never be able to be him!”

“Although he denies he is from the Temple, I am sure my senses are not wrong. He was at least connected to her, and anyone related to that place would never be a bad person!”

These categorical words and her extremely confident eyes made Mathison, who was hiding in the shadows, grateful.

“Master, where exactly is that place?”

Tucker asked with a dumbfounded expression on his face.

"This is a sacred place, I can't reveal too much information."

Agent Bean smiled mysteriously, with a nostalgic expression on his face.

"By the way, there's no way Mathison could be the Phantom Kid, and with so many people here, it's normal to split up, there's nothing to suspect."

Tucker nodded convincingly and stopped thinking about Mathison.

"Why hasn't Charles come yet, I think he knows the time and won't be late?"

"His Highness the Prince has arrived!"

”The vital state of national affairs is missed whenever a leader of a country, like you, comes late, Charles. Your actions today disappointed me.”

The Queen's faint tone implied a sense of authority.

As expected of Britain's longest-reigning monarch, on the surface, she looked like a friendly old grandmother, but when she became serious, the Queen's strength could overwhelm people.

A guilty expression flashed across Charles' face, only to see him bend his knees and kneel before the Queen with a regretful face.

”Wake up, Charles, this is not England. I don't mean to be rude to you, there's no need to blame yourself too much.”

Next to Starling, Barbara stared intently at the necklace around the Queen's neck, while occasionally checking her watch.

Barbara clenched her fists, whether the Phantom Kid was Mathison or not, she had to stop him.

In full shock, the Queen took a few quiet steps back to safety.

Based on the landing point of the black shadow, it was clear that it had been carefully calculated not to hit anyone present.

”Report, an unidentified object was seen falling from the statue by the third unit! Is there a victim, please? ”

A helicopter reports to Gordon.

”No fatalities, keep an eye on the statue to see if any other unidentified objects are present!”

"Yes!"

The dust disappeared and the true face of the black shadow was revealed to the eyes of the tens of thousands of people inside the large square of the central statue.

That ... sword!

A sword that had fallen upside down became a four-sided rock on the ground!

Seeing this scene, the faces of Starling, Bob, Gordon, Tucker, Barbara, and even Agent Bean changed.

Nothing was in sight, but that elegant tone was coming from all directions, none other than the Phantom Kid's voice.

"This guy ... tried to play that trick again from last time?"

Gordon clenched his fists as he thought of the scene that day at the Daggett Private Exhibition Hall.

"Child!"

"Child!"

"Child!"

However, unlike the policemen sitting on the edge of their seats, the Phantom Kid fans outside were all excited. They took out glow sticks and their marks while cheering and shouting loudly.

Those who did not know the scene would have thought it was a superstar holding a concert.

"Anomaly detected by unit five: an unidentified flying object approaching in the west, it's the Phantom Kid!"

The walkie-talkie rang again, this time from the pilot of five helicopters.
