Evan set his foot on the terrace, stepping slowly towards the coffee table where Elijah's friends sat gathered. He nodded and smiled.
Elijah's friends replied to him as well by smiling and nodding their heads.
"Sori interrupted her break," Evan opened the conversation.
"Father, Bang!" tukas Jati quickly.
Except for Devian, the metalhead guys around the table were standing in unison.
"Sit down!" Evan invited them to sit down. "The cave here is just a pen say thank you, as well as an apology pen. There may be a wrong word, or there are things that are less pleasing during the event!" He smiled back.
"Slow, Bang!" Teak slipped out of his seat, approached Evan and patted the man on the shoulder. "Event you cool!"
Evan looked at.
Juna smiled flatly as Evan's gaze swept across her face.
Suddenly Elijah grabs Evan's wrist and pulls him away, then leads him into the house.
Elijah's friends were flabbergasted.
"El is aggressive too, if you've been with guys?" comment without thinking.
His friends are silent.
Elijah and Evan have now reached the kitchen.
Near the dinner table, Elijah took the necklace off his neck and stuffed it into Evan's palm.
Evan was stunned to stare at the necklace in his hand, then looked at Elijah with his eyebrows intertwined, "Why is it released?" tanyanya's confused.
"Fear of the fire" Elijah said.
Evan chuckled, "This hall is already a cave of love for you," he said without the slightest burden.
"Seriously, lu?" Elijah flabbergasted.
Evan frowned.
"That canyon made a cave?" Elijah asked again.
"Why?" Evan asked back. "Lu don't like it?"
Elijah gulped, "Got it," he replied muttering, barely audible.
"Continue?" Evan raised his eyebrows.
"Lu no longer prank, right?" elijah asked suspiciously.
Evan chuckled again, then bowed and bit his lips.
Elijah looked at.
Evan looked back at Elijah.
For how many times, their gazes met and locked.
He's serious! Elijah concluded.
Evan put on an offended face. Either just acting or it is really offended.
Obviously, it doesn't look like Evan!
"Sori," said Elijah, bowed. "Lu didn't say anything when I put that necklace around my neck."
Evan did not answer. He approached and put the necklace back on Elijah's neck. But don't say anything.
And it definitely feels weird!
Elijah raised his face and blinked, looking at Evan.
The man looked back at him again, but his mouth remained clenched. His hands were still twitching behind Elijah's neck.
Elijah again bowed and thumped when Evan finally ducked lower and leaned closer because he had not managed to hook the necklace, until the man's warm breath swept his neck, making him creep.
After successfully hooking the necklace, Evan did not immediately lower his hand. He landed his palm on the girl's shoulder, "The same necklace does not need to be flipped, ' he said.
"But—" Elijah bowed ever deeper.
"Ya—gua knows everything is used," said Evan.
"No!" sergeant Elijah quickly, then raised his face and looked at Evan again. "That's not what I mean!"
Evan raised his eyebrows.
"It's too much" sizzled Elijah raucously, then clasped the pendulum.
Evan chuckles again. "Thanks necklace!" said lightly.
"What do you want to do with a dog necklace?" Evan glared back.
There is no romance!
Elijah's turn is now chuckling, but his eyes are glazed. So, what does this mean? he wondered in his heart. Then he buried his face in Evan's chest. Unable to block his crying.
Evan blinked and was stunned.
The two shoulders of the girl trembled in his grasp. They are broken and helpless.
Not because of Evan's gift, but more to what he never explained.
Elijah expects certainty!
More than just meaningless gifts and pleasant words.
The man's unpredictability made him tired and extremely frustrated.
The man had given her many things, doing many things that made Elijah dare to put his hope. But at the same time, the man's ambiguous attitude downplayed his expectations. Makes Elijah feel played.
Evan bit his lower lip and frowned. Warm and painful feeling slipped in between his heart. He lowered one of his hands from Elijah's shoulder, then wrapped it around the girl's waist, while the other hand crept into the back of Elijah's head, plunging the girl's face deeper into his chest.
Elijah is getting sobbing.
The bodies of the two shook as the deck tightened.
His impulse was getting more urgent. But Evan doesn't even know what to say.
Isn't he a racing muffler who only understands how to explode?
As a mechanic, Evan knew how to handle a compact motor. But the bad girl?
Yes, God wailed Evan in heart. The boy of cry!
In the midst of his immortality, suddenly the sound of one's baritone shocked the two.
"Ehem!" elijah's father knew he was standing at the kitchen door. Staring at them with a ruffled waist.
Bang Wi stood sideways, leaning one shoulder against the frame of the door while facing the side.
Evan slowly let go of her arms, and sat Elijah in a chair, wiping the girl's tears with the back of her hand. Then he lifted his face and forced a smile.
Elijah's father was still unmoved, watching Evan with a cold face.
"He's a tape'an," Evan explained.
But not entirely a lie.
Elijah is tired!
Isn't that right, Malih?
New feeling, nyang dimaenin.. belon nyang laen!
Bang Wi and Elijah's father approached slowly to the dining table.
Evan doesn't look daunted. He stayed close to Elijah with one hand attached to the girl's shoulder.
Elijah sighed deeply then exhaled slowly, wiped his cheeks with his palms, then turned to his father and forced a smile. "Well, Dad! This is Evan!" he said, patting Evan on the back of his hand on his shoulder. Then he looked up at Evan's face. "Bang, it's my Old Boyfriend!"
Evan smiled and stretched out his hand to greet Koen van Allent. The man welcomed her outstretched hand but did not return her smile. Evan didn't take a headache. What does it mean to smile? thought. Westerling also grin-the-word Iwan Fals!
Koen van Allent pulled one of the benches, then sat down on Elijah's side.
Inevitably, Evan had to follow him. He pulled the bench too, then sat down on the other side of Elijah in honor of the old man. No matter how the old man looked at him, Evan had no intention of running away or avoiding him.
Meanwhile, Bang Wi also never once tried to reprimand him or just signal that he was in trouble.
It felt a little strange, but at the same time calmed Evan down.
Nothing messed up means nothing's wrong!
Bang Wi turns on the stove and attacks the water, while Evan is caught in an agonizing silence.
Koen van Allent did not say anything for a long time, while his hands gently patted the back of his daughter's hands.
Elijah did not react. Just bowed with both hands folded on the table like an elementary school child listening to a lesson that only entered the left ear— out the right ear.
"How many years have passed" Elijah's father said in a flat tone, after a long silence. "From the last time Daddy hugged you."
Evan glanced at Elijah through the corner of his eye, to see the girl's reaction.
Elijah remained unmoved.
"Did that break your heart?" ask Elijah's father.
Evan and Elijah freeze.
