Chapter 17: Eliona Grandybell Against Frey Lantosia

News of the peace proposal had spread throughout the Eddgrial Empire. The inhabitants of the Eddgrial Empire and the Dwarf Race Fighters moved towards the match arena which was where the Dwarf Fighters were either training or showing off their strength as entertainment. The arena of the match was so big that it could fit a lot of people then a special place to watch was in the middle of the arena with King Edgar with Ayato in disguise so that there would be no more commotion.

This match risked the peace proposal between the Elf Race and the Dwarf Race. The arrival of Eliona to the arena which is quite wide suddenly get a bad reception from the audience while the arrival of Frey to the arena immediately get a rapturous reception. Light armour with the Lithium Spear was in her right hand while Eliona wore magic armor with an arrow bow on her back and the elf sword beside her left waist.

The distance between the two of them was very far then King Edgar stood up from the chair while raising his right hand as the cue began the match. Eliona holds the elf sword while looking at Frey with great concentration as King Edgar lowers his right hand as the match has begun with the cries of the audience instantly making Eliona surprised by the sound.

[Throwing Spear]

Eliona who lost her concentration due to the sound of the audience not realizing that the Lithium Spear was speeding towards her until the Mana Stream around the arena instantly told Eliona to immediately dodge an attack right into her heart. Feeling in immediate danger Eliona pulled out the elf sword from the sword sheath while looking at the light spot from the Lithium Spear that was pointing at her.

The elf sword rubbed against the Lithium Spear which instantly turned upward without Eliona noticing, Frey jumped straight until he was in front of him with a fist preparing to hit his body. Surprised that the Dwarf Race had such incredible speed, Ayato panicked herself as well as Eliona to the point of being unable to protect herself.

A powerful punch right hit Eliona's stomach to make her throw away until her entire body hit the arena wall. At that moment, he vomited blood accompanied by pain that left him lying limp on the surface of the arena. The weakness of the Dwarf Race should have been two namely speed and magic but Frey who became his opponent was able to move very quickly beyond his expectations.

The audience enjoys Eliona for getting a fatal wound while Frey is confused by what Eliona is doing because she uses a sword like out of her skills. The healing magic was instantly activated with Eliona trying to get up while putting up preparations holding the elf sword.

Frey's little run turned fast and then turned again so fast that both of his legs he hit the air to create momentum. At the same time, Eliona's concentration begins to re-form by being able to see Frey's speed.

Eliona managed to dodge Frey's high-speed punch with her fusing together the wind currents then holding her sword upright then slashing vertically. Frey who was surprised because his speed could be predicted instantly summoned a Lithium Spear to be used as a protector.

Both of Frey's hands were used to hold onto the Lithium Spear to keep his head awake from the elf's sword blade that was about to split his body creating a powerful thrust from the elf's sword slash while making Frey's body hit the surface of the arena. Eliona does not remove her sword from the Lithium Spear by continuing to push down to injure Frey's body as a sign of defeat but the battle-loving woman eventually shows her nature.

"It's getting exciting, Eliona!" frey said with a smile

Frey uses Eliona's full thrust to point her aside so that the elf's sword is stuck on the surface of the arena and restores her position while kicking her right foot directly towards Eliona's head. Fortunately Wind Magic managed to form a protector and a strong gust of wind pushed Frey's body to crash but the elf sword that stuck firmly on the surface of the arena took time to be lifted.

Frey, who had crashed through the air to once again harness the momentum by slamming his legs in the air, created a powerful thrust while pointing the Lithium Spear at Eliona. The panic of Frey's arrival so quickly made him scatter the Mana he had to create a wind rage.

The wind rage incision was able to hold Frey up with the Lithium Spear while protecting him. Eliona managed to pull out the elf sword then started to get serious by using Wind Magic all over her body so that her speed was on par with Frey's. The sword blow with the spear let out a loud bang every time the two of them attacked each other so that the fight became so fierce that it left the audience dumbfounded.

But such a manner did not benefit Eliona at all because physical strength was the hallmark of the Dwarf Race instantaneously swinging the spear resulted in the elf sword she used to protect her body parts instantly being smashed to pieces. Frey took a long distance by holding the middle of the Lithium Spear while activating the holy weapon technique as the surrounding air began to heat up.

"Don't die, Eliona!" said Frey seriously to kill his opponent

Sacred Weapon Technique: Spear of the End of the World!

The blazing flames on the spear were pointed at him as he felt unable to dodge or resist the attack as soon as Eliona unleashed a huge Mana Stream inside him until the Lithium Spear struck the surface of the arena and then exploded with a big impact to make the audience feel the heat.

[Include the Wind]

At once Eliona was enveloped by a very strong wind that made Frey feel like crashing away. His opponent had already started to get serious by releasing the magic pressure Frey was suppressing himself while releasing the rampage of the warrior. That time, frey's physical strength multiplied many times over until he was able to summon his father's Palu Jolneer while Eliona took an arrow in his back and now he threw out the trauma of releasing an uncontrolled arrow.

Eliona and Frey smiled at each other as they had already released the burden on their bodies. The arena of the match instantly turned gripping until it made the audience frightened by the effects of the wind accompanied by the rampage of fighters from Frey who cracked the surface of the arena.

Eliona stayed in place with a bow ready to release the wind arrows with a huge amount of attack power. The Wind Zone is a circle so that Eliona can feel the presence of the enemy when entering the area where she arches and then both of Eliona's eyes immediately get sharp vision so that they can see anything in the distance 20 meters.

Frey moves so fast that Eliona repeatedly releases her arrows as she senses the presence of the enemy entering her archery area. The two of them did not give up on each other with Eliona unblinkingly continuing to release high concentrated arrows whereas Frey time and time again tried to forcefully enter the Wind Zone but still had not found a gap.

The arrow that Eliona released immediately exploded by creating a circular wind vortex because it did not find a gap at all even Eliona looked not tired so that it made Frey overwhelmed by continuing to move. He searches for a position by choosing right above Eliona while wanting to end the fight so as to secondly activate the holy weapon technique.

Lithium's spear created an enormous cluster of flames almost covering the arena of the match but Eliona put up an archery technique pointing upwards as the raging wind shattered the surface of the arena even the arrows she pulled turned into dragon head.

The arrow went straight towards the Lithium Spear by forming the Wind Dragon until a huge blow occurred until it created a blast of hot wind that caused damage to the entire surface of the match arena even the intense vibrations could be felt by them all the. The rocks that were the surface material of the arena turned hot to look Frey was still standing while breathing heavily due to the stamina he had drained out.

While Eliona was still in wind rage mode because the amount of Mana she had was very large but her body was not strong enough to withstand the Mana Flow so cold sweat by staring at Frey because the fight was still not decisive the winner. However, Frey unleashes a fury of fighters by showing an incision on her right cheek as a result of the arrow that Eliona released to her.

Finally, Eliona released the wind rage mode until she breathed heavily and then King Edgar stood up again while announcing a peace proposal was accepted because of the victory for the Elf Race, Princess Eliona Grandybell. The spectators did not believe in the defeat of Princess Frey but saw the Elf Race fighting desperately just for the sake of the peace proposal it received so suddenly melt their hearts that the Elf Race should hate the Dwarf Race so much but what Eliona points out that she will earnestly eliminate the history of hatred.

[Applause]

The audience paid tribute to Eliona until Frey approached her and hugged her tightly as proof that the history of hatred of both races was over. Ayato was both relieved and happy that Eliona could win the fight but King Edgar did not think that the arena he had made for a year was destroyed overtime due to the fight between the two of them.

Eliona managed to create peace between the Elf Race with the Dwarf Race.
