Chapter 25: The Four Layers of the Underworld Mine

[Open the Door]

The palace maidservants opened the door connecting the layers of the four mines of the underworld. The climate of the fourth layer turned out to be very cool because far away their eyes saw only trees, wild plants and others related to plants. The trees towered to the point of touching the clouds, many plants lived, the size of the large monsters was nothing small because currently the four of them were in the forest of the underworld.

Palace servants explained that living plants of many kinds as carnivores, monsters with large sizes are not too aggressive because they are herbivores. So, these herbivorous monsters target carnivorous plants and vice versa so their safety to look for alpha canine material must be careful when meeting with live plants.

Yuer also explained that most monsters in the fourth layer are not too dangerous so he summoned one of the horse-type monsters immediately made Ayato and Frey panic while preparing but the horse monster giving a friendly attitude towards Yuer. The two of them lowered the guard and Yuer advised the three of them to ride the horse so as to facilitate the search for materials that Yuer did not know.

"The material we're looking for is alpha fangs!" said the palace maid answered Yuer's curiosity about the next ingredient

"Alpha net you mean the monster?" yuer asked with a surprised expression upon hearing the name of the material

Palace servants are not too sure of the form of the monster but according to mine explorers it is said that monsters with alpha fangs are the leaders of a group of monsters and usually a type of sharp-edged monsters so that palace servants meaning that they only need to find material according to the words of the mine explorer, but Yuer firmly rejected the remark about the alpha fangs.

Frey defends the information the palace maid got but Ayato chooses Yuer's side because she thinks she is more knowledgeable about the monsters in this underworld because the Fairy Race already understands ancient history. The palace maid apologized for the misinformation when Frey had defended her but Yuer did not mind her because she only wanted to keep the group of drops of Goddess Renovia while protecting women.

According to Yuer, the material they were looking for was fangs from a monster named Alpha. The Alpha Monster was a wolf-type Beast Race that was one of the strongest types besides Dragons and Snakes. Yuer again explained that Alpha will be the hardest opponent for them so the desire to get the material is impossible to do with the current state of the two of them.

"Did Yuer not want to help?" ayato asked as she looked at Yuer with a strong desire to have a holy sword

"I refused it not because I didn't want to! Once again I explained that Alpha is a wolf-type Beast Race when measured then my strength might be comparable to him!" yuer replied not to want to do a fight that could get him killed

The palace maid recalled the information she had obtained if there were alpha fangs other than the monster Yuer described as forest lions in accordance with this forest then the information was true even anyone would know that the lion is the king of the jungle so he must have alpha fangs. Yuer agrees to get the alpha fangs from the forest lion monsters so they set off for the jungle lion hunting habitat.

It takes 15 minutes to walk to find a forest lion that is looking for prey in the form of large plants by having two midribs form a trap accompanied by sharp spines around the midrib. Ayato had no weapons to fight the jungle lion so relied on the Lithium Spear from Frey who had prepared to throw his spear.

The alpha fangs found that the four of them now only needed to head to the fifth layer to take the tungsten metal as the final material, but Yuer felt an unusually terrifying presence since heading towards him. Yuer had forgotten that the monster had such a keen smell when it came to the smell of blood that he had no choice but to restrain the monster in order for the three of them to make their way to the fifth layer.

[Forging]

The sound of footsteps is so strong that it makes a tremor like an earthquake that makes large birds fly away from the location. Yuer shouted very loudly to get the three of them to leave from now on to the fifth layer because of confusion with Yuer's orders to make Ayato reluctant to obey him but Frey and the palace maid who had understood the air the savage was approaching them instantly making Ayato faint by hitting her stomach hard.

"Yuer don't die here!" ask Frey to realize that the fight will kill each other

"Go I'll be safe!" reply Yuer smiled as she obtained such a request from the Dwarf Race

The palace attendants guided their way to the door of the fifth layer and then they immediately galloped towards the location while Yuer showed her seriousness for the first time in centuries sealed with a great war paused for a moment. The flow of Mana that was so powerful that it made the trees pushed even the ground surface showed damage from its magic pressure.

[Stop]

Its size was too large to almost match the trees that soared high into the sky, sharp teeth and dark black fur color. Showing his fierceness meant that he had gone wild, opening his mouth immediately emitted smoke from both sides of his muzzle and silver eyeballs were staring intently at Yuer.

The change in atmosphere that resulted in the clouds turning black, giving off thunder not even a single one dared to approach him. Yuer is not surprised to see the monster which turns out to be true about the name Alpha, he is a wolf-type Beast Race by turning into a Fenrir figure following ancient historical legends that eat their own kind.

"It seems I don't need to hold back from facing you Alpha! The sins you committed during the great war will now be solved right now!" yuer said, casting all his magic which caused the underworld forest to shake

A fierce battle ensued until the palace maid and Frey who were still running towards the fifth layer could feel the impact of the fight. The huge explosion from the back showed a difference in strength to the point of making the two of them aware of what the upcoming last great war would be like not even wanting to pay attention to the previous great war.

The palace attendant finally saw the door connecting the fifth layer before being affected by the explosion, he opened the door remotely using the Dwarf Mark and jumped in as well as Frey who was carrying Ayato. The three of them managed to enter the last mine which showed the tungsten rocks momentarily silent and rested while waiting for Ayato to wake up, Frey had the desire to summon Yuer using her Dwarf Mark.
