Chapter 19

Yu Qi and Feng Yue went to a nearby restaurant for lunch. They took a table that was a little hidden from anyone. They don't want to be bothered by some crazy girl.

“Who are they?” Yu Qi started asking as his hand played a straw.

“My former classmates. The girls were always like that. They like to find trouble with me. A group of arrogant girls. They think they can do whatever they want because of their parents.” Feng Yue explained to Yu Qi.

“Do you have any plans after lunch?” Yu Qi asked another question closing the unpleasant topic.

“No. Whahuh? Do you want to go somewhere?”

“Yes. I need some money. Do you know where the nearest bank is here?”

“Yes, it's close. I'll take you there after this. Butwhy? Do you want to buy something?” Feng Yue asked about that.

“Yes, I want to buy something. But let's eat first.”

After a nice lunch, they headed to the nearest bank. They arrived at the bank after walking for about 15 minutes. There are a few people in the bank. So Yu Qi assumed the money withdrawal process might be faster than he thought.

He took the number and waited a little. His number was called and he went to the counter to continue his goal. After the process was complete, he walked over to Feng Yue who was waiting for him.

“Yue, I want to go to women first. Wait a minute.”

“Good.”

Yu Qi went to the bank clerk and asked the directions to the women. The bank clerk gave the order to him, so he went there. After about 15 minutes, he returned to where Feng Yue was.

“There's a weird.” Yu Qi looked at the iron bars that indicated the bank had closed moving down covering the main entrance of the bank.

“Do not do anything stupid. I'll shoot you if you dare to do it.” The loud shout of a man made Yu Qi become wary of his surroundings.

He quickly scanned the surroundings. He could see three men wearing all-black clothes and also covering their faces with black masks. They are also equipped with weapons.

‘Beretta M800, Cougar type F, each magazine holds 15 +1(1 in barrel) 180 mm bullets, armed with standby function.’ That was what came to his mind when he scanned the gun.

‘Bo Yes, are you there?’ Yu Qi called Bo Ya.

‘Ya sir. I'm here.’ Bo Ya's sweet voice answered her master.

‘I just want to ask you one thing. Can I take the gun out of my place?’

‘Technically yes. But sir, maybe that's the problem later.’

‘What's the problem?’

‘Master, you may be questioned about weapons by the authorities. How do you answer? You can't just tell them about your place.’

‘Aduh. Never thought of that.’

‘If you want to handle this situation, find the nearest person you think is from the group of robbers, hit him and grab his gun.’

Gunshots could be heard.

Yu Qi had to do something. He saw a man from the group of robbers move and stand near the place he was hiding now. He remembered what the instructor had taught him about martial arts. To paralyze a person, give a strong force directly to the neck. Clear and sharp.

Yu Qi took a deep breath. Concentrates. Gotta find an opportunity. Right now, he saw two other men turning their backs on the man he was trying to aim at. He immediately took action. The man fell to the ground. Fortunately, there was a table covering Yu Qi. He quickly hid.

Two other men turned to their friend when they heard something fall. When they saw their friend was not around, they aimed randomly at their friend who was last standing.

Yu Qi took his gun. Now he stood up and aimed at one of the man's wrists. He fired his gun. The bullet hit the target. The man shouted. Next, he aimed for the second man. Apparently, the man had already been dropped by one person. They tied the three men together.

“Call the police and medics, fast.” The man who helped him gave orders to the bank clerk.

“Yu Qi.” Feng Yue went to Yu Qi.

“Are you okay?”

“Wait here, I want to see the man.” Yu Qi went to see the bank officer who was shot. “Give me a first aid box.” He shouted loudly.

One of the bank officers took action. Scanning the wounds he got from the shot did not threaten his life. Fortunately, it may be due to a bad goal, though,

“Do not worry. You'll be fine.” He said words of encouragement to the man while his hands were busy cleaning and bandaging the wound.

Police and medics arrived. Yu Qi explained the man's condition to the medics.

“Yu Qi.” Feng Yue called Yu Qi after she saw Yu Qi was done with her work.

“Gruesome?” Yu Qi grabbed Feng Yue's hand and held it.

“Yes, but I became more scared when I saw you take action. And that gun. How do you know how to shoot?” Feng Yue asked him.

“It was just a coincidence. I just picked up the gun and randomly aimed at those people. Never thought it would hit his wrist.” Yu Qi was lying.

“Bulkah?” A man joined their conversation. The same person helped him before.

“Iya..”

The man was a very handsome man with brown eyes. He was watching Yu Qi. Yu Qi was in a wary mood. ‘This person is a dangerous person.’ He can feel it.

“Open, Yu Qi. Introduce me. This is my maternal cousin, Long Hui. Brother Hui, this is my friend. Call him Yu Qi.” Feng Yue introduced Yu Qi to the man.

Long Hui observed the girl in front of him carefully. He said the shot was a lucky shot. But he believes it's a lie. Totally lying. His attitude when he was aiming at the man was not simple. The way he pulls the trigger shows that he has a lot of experience in holding a gun.

“Hui Brothers. Brother Hui.” Feng Yue waved her hand in front of Long Hui when she saw Long Hui dazed when she saw Yu Qi.

“What?” Long Hui was not surprised.

“Why do you see Yu Qi like that?”

Long Hui coughed slightly. “No.”

“Hui Brothers in the military. Youngest major in history.” Feng Yue said proudly.

Compared to the father's family, he was closer to the mother's family. So, she was really on good terms with Long Hui. His personality is more to his mother's family. Straight and forward. It was due to the military influence taught by his mother.

“Militer?” Yu Qi narrowed his eyes for a moment and returned to normal.

‘That's why he doubted my words about my random shot. He knew I was lying to Feng Yue. Just pretending. He can't pull out the evidence.’

Long Hui saw the change in Yu Qi's face. Long Hui had been watching him ever since he started his action.

“Huh..The two of you stared at each other. Are you holding a contest here?” Feng Yue who was ignored by the two people finally snapped.

Yu Qi quickly persuaded his friend. The situation at the bank is already under the control of the authorities. People with minor injuries have been treated by medics there.

“Nona, we want to thank you. Because of your actions, everyone survived. Only Mr. Han is injured.” A group of people came and thanked Yu Qi.

“It was just a coincidence. That guy was close to me. I don't think about it too much.” Yu Qi humbly said that.

Well, people think differently. They know what really happened. How he took action and treated their manager. This girl is a good girl.

“We have to go now. Excuse me.” He politely left the bank.

Long Hui quietly followed the girls. Yu Qi was still in his plans. He decided to buy that blood jade necklace.

“Yu Qi, where are we going? What do you want to buy?” Feng Yue who had just followed Yu Qi was curious as to what she wanted to buy.

When they were window shopping just now, Yu Qi did not react much. What made Yu Qi decide to buy it?

The answer was revealed as they stood in front of the store they were visiting just before lunch.
