Chapter 240

“Kakak, help my sister. She's sick.” The girl was crying. 

“Where is your sister?” Yu Qi crouched down to make him see the girl better.

“At my home.” The girl is still crying. 

Yu Qi looked at Dongfang Mo. He's still busy. He decided to see the girl's sister.

“Let's go and see your sister.” Yu Qi said to the girl while smiling at the girl.

The girl brought Yu Qi to her sister. It was a bit far from where he had gathered with the medical team. 

They arrived at a place where there was no house around. There was a time when Yu Qi felt something was wrong.

“We are lucky to have someone as beautiful as you to treat us.” A group of men came out of the bushes. 

“Restore my sister. I've brought the doctor here.” The girl shouted at the men while crying.

Yu Qi seemed to understand that these men separated the girl from her sister and threatened the girl to do what these men wanted. 

“Let the girls go.” Yu Qi shouted in a cold voice at the men.

“Well, beautiful lady, not yet. You should follow us first. If we get to that place, I will definitely let the girl and her sister go.” Said one of the men. He should be the leader of this group. 

“You lied to me.” The girl shouted again to the men.

“Quiet. I'll let you see your sister for a while.” The man gestured for his subordinates to bring the little sister along. 

It was another girl around 4 to 5 years old. He was sleeping and seemed to be sound asleep.

“What have you done to my sister?” The girl asked.

“Do not worry. He only sleeps.” The man said. He then turned to Yu Qi. “Should we go, pretty girl? Oh, before that, please throw away your phone.”

Yu Qi did as the man asked. He pulled out his phone and threw it on the ground. 

The man asked Yu Qi to retreat. He then asked one of the men to pick up a cell phone and bring it to him.

Yu Qi could not do anything because the girl was still in the hands of the man. He enters the van along with the girl who has tricked him. The girl was crying in silence.

“Sister, I'm sorry for tricking you. I don't have a choice. They told me if I could lure you to them, they wouldn't let go of my sister.” The girl apologized to Yu Qi.

Yu Qi patted his head. “Do not worry. It's not your fault. What's your name?” 

“Lin Chu Jin's. My sister is Lin Jin Qian.” Said Lin Chu Jin.

“Where are your parents?” Yu Qi asked.

“Mati..Two weeks ago.” Lin Chu Jin clenched his fists as he talked about it.

“How?” Yu Qi calmly asked.

“Bited by snake.” Lin Chu Jin recalled the moment his mother's face turned purple before he actually left. 

“Now, we are caught like this.” Lin Chu Jin knew the group of men were not good men. They might do something bad.

“Do not worry.” Yu Qi smiled.

“Beautiful girl, you need to worry a little about yourself.” The man listening to their conversation interrupted. 

“Because you will be sold after this.” The man chuckled.

“Sold?” Yu Qi frowned.

“Beautiful girl, we are human traffic trader. People are our stuff, especially, beautiful girls like you. We've been after you for a long time. Finally, get you.” The man grinned.

“Talking me?” Yu Qi's cold eyes flashed.

Unfortunately, the man's face did not lead to him. Otherwise, he would have noticed Yu Qi's expression. 

“Of course. A beautiful girl came to a place like this. Usually, we only get normal girls but you come and WALAH The man laughed.

“I understand.” Yu Qi was silent.

“Do not worry. You're going to be sold to some rich guy, I guess because of your pretty face.” The man laughed, even more, when he heard Yu Qi not responding to his words anymore. 

They were about three hours on the road. Eventually, the van stopped.

“Let my sister go.” Lin Chu Jin shouted.

The man gestured to his men to give Lin Chu Jin's younger sister to him. 

“Enjoy your time with your sister. You know you will be sold separately.” The man's gone. 

Lin Chu Jin was surprised. He's not stupid. He could understand what the man meant by that sentence. He and his sister will be sold as well. She's trembling. 

Those people brought Yu Qi and the sisters to a room that had iron bars that made the room seem like a prison. Entering the room, Yu Qi could see about two to three girls aged 15 to 20. It seems like they have also been arrested and will be sold by the men. 

“Sister, can you see my sister? He's not up.” Lin Chu Jin asked Yu Qi.

Yu Qi quickly looked at Lin Jin Qian. He read his pulse. He was sleeping because of sleeping pills. He has been given a lot of sleeping pills. If he was given more, he might lose his life due to an overdose.

“Do not worry. He only slept on sleeping pills. He'll be up soon.” Yu Qi gave assurances to Lin Chu Jin. 

“Doctor Tang, is that you?” One of the girls in the room asked.

Yu Qi turned to the girl who was talking to him. He remembered the girl. He was one of his patients before.

“Unfortunately yes.” Yu Qi sighed.

“Dining time.” A man came and put a plate of bread into the room. 

The girls did not move. They just stared at the food.

Yu Qi stretched out bread. 

“You dare eat their food?” A girl asked.

Yu Qi did not directly eat his bread. He sniffed the smell of bread to make sure that it was not added anything else. Yu Qi made sure that the bread was safe to eat.

“We can eat this bread.” said Yu Qi.

“What? Are you sure?” A girl quickly asked. He's probably hungry.

“Yes. I've made sure that they don't put anything in this bread. Trust me.” Yu Qi nodded.

All the girls took bread and what was it. They're very hungry. While eating, they exchanged information about them.

The girls have been kidnapped and brought here today. One of them claimed that he had been summoned by someone disguised as his friend to somewhere that was somehow fewer people. Then he fainted and woke up in this room. 

The second girl said she had been threatened by the man who said they were going to kill her family, so she followed them here to save her family. 

Then the third girl said that she had been beaten by the men while she was working in her garden. The third girl was the one who called out to Yu Qi earlier.

Meanwhile, at Dongfang Mo's place, they had already finished controlling the situation. They gave the medicine to the patients who had been prescribed by Yu Qi. The patients took the medicine and vomited out all the things they had for today. 

After vomiting, the patient needs to eat something warm and light. So, someone made a porridge and gave it to the patient. 

“Did you see Yu Qi?” Dongfang Mo asked one of the nurses who followed them today. 

“In hindsight, I haven't seen him for about 3 hours ago.” The nurse thought about it. 

“What? Really?” Dongfang Mo started to panic. 

He ran and wondered about Yu Qi. They all claim that they did not see him at all. Dongfang Mo started to panic more. Then someone told him that he saw a child pulling a female doctor to go somewhere. When Dongfang Mo asked where the boy and Yu Qi had gone, the person replied that he did not know about it. 

Dongfang Mo had to go back to tell the medical station about this. When he arrived at the medical station, there were many people at the medical station. He ignored all of them and reported the situation to Zheng Yiwu.

“Yiwu, Yu Qi lost.” Dongfang Mo reported.

“What?” 

Out of nowhere, a shocked voice could be heard. It was not Zheng Yiwu. It was Long Hui who had checked the medical station today.

“Did you say that Yu Qi is missing?” A dangerous aura could be felt coming out from Long Hui's body. 

“You... Yes..” Dongfang Mo can't stand the aura released by Long Hui. 

“When was the last time you saw it?” Long Hui posted another question.

“Three hours ago.” Dongfang Mo replied. 

“I think it might be human trafficking again. We used our source to find them but still can't find them.” Captain says.

“Human trade?” Long Hui narrowed his eyes.

“They have been active for the past two years and have become increasingly active recently. Their target is girls with an age range of 5 to 25 years.” The captain explained the situation. 

“You mean, you can't find them since then?” Long Hui glanced at the captain.

The captain replied tremblingly. “Iya.”

Long Hui did not ask anymore. He seems to be thinking hard. The others did not speak either. They pity the lost Yu Qi. Ding Na An was in a very shocking state when she heard that Yu Qi had disappeared and was probably in the hands of a human merchant. 

“Do you remember what she was wearing today?” Long Hui suddenly asked a question.

They did not answer directly. Then Ding Na An stepped forward and answered the question.

“She wears sportswear. His shirt is dark blue and his pants are black.” Ding Na An told him. He remembered what Yu Qi was wearing today. 

“There are others?” Long Hui wanted more information. 

Ding Na An tried to remember more about Yu Qi's clothes this morning. 

“Oh, I remember him wearing his usual watch.” said Ding Na An.

Long Hui's eyes lifted. “Do you have a computer that has a good internet connection?” Long Hui asked Zheng Yiwu.

“We have one.” Zheng Yiwu nodded.

“Let me use it.” Long Hui ordered.

“OK. This way.” Zheng Yiwu brought Long Hui to his room. 

Long Hui started working on the computer. His hands became faster and faster as he typed on the keyboard. He had to be faster because his beloved Qi had disappeared three hours ago. He assumed that Yu Qi would be placed in one place with the other girls before being transported somewhere. He had to find her before that.
