Refusing Matchmaking

Refusing Matchmaking
Chapter 11

Agatha walked to the park in her luxurious home, stayed silent and looked at the garden in the luxurious house was indeed a habit that made Agatha happy. Because his age is no longer young, now he is more often coughing and sickly. But it never made Agatha lose her spirit at all, especially if she met John her last grandson would make her re-energized and smile. Because John is now the only grandson to be his hope, agatha was quite happy because John said that his granddaughter would bring a woman who had been his lover to meet Agatha on Sunday.

Robert walked over to Agatha who was sitting in the garden chair and brought her a glass of warm tea. Robert has recently been seen worrying about Agatha due to her worsening condition due to age. Agatha is known to be very passionate and does not give up easily with what she wants. And Robert felt very sad because until now his last son named John still refused the arranged marriage desired by Agatha.

"Mom how are you? Have you taken any of the drugs John's been given?" Robert asked while giving Agatha a glass of warm tea.

"I don't want to be cured by taking the drugs John gave me. All I wanted was to see all my grandchildren get married and happy Robert," Agatha said, still focusing on her gaze on the trees that looked so beautiful in greenery.

"I know mom. And I promise I'll ask John to be willing to accept the match from you, and I'll make sure John won't turn it down this time" said Robert, who tried to make his mother happy.

Agatha smiled and tilted her body to face Robert. The middle-aged woman took a sip of tea made by her only child, who is now a single parent, and tried to raise and educate her children very well.

Robert who seemed not to care too much about the love story of his children only nodded when he heard the words that had been conveyed by Agatha. Robert always entrusted all of his four children to Agatha, because Robert was very confident that the choices and decisions taken by Agatha were the best for his children.

Robert led Agatha into the house as she worried about her mother's weakened condition. Although Agatha often said that she was fine, but still as the only child Robert always worried about her mother's condition, plus the age of Agatha is getting older and certainly the condition and stamina slightly decreased.
