Refusing Matchmaking
Chapter 35

Laura laid her body down and recalled John's words. Will marrying John make Agatha happy? But Laura thought again, will the marriage he and John will go well, and John can be happy? It seems Laura isn't sure that John can make her happy.

Laura's daydreams instantly froze when she heard her phone ringing indicating that there was an incoming message notification. Laura quickly grabbed her phone and immediately read who sent her a late-night message like this.

The deg! The message he received turned out to be from John, Laura was surprised because in a short message sent by John. Because the man said that Agatha and Robert already knew all the plays that had been done by him and also by John.

"I thought it would happen like this. But from whom did they find out about my lies and John's?" Lirih Laura while looking like a confused person.

Laura felt very sad in her heart, because she was very sure that Agatha and Robert would hate her or never even want to see her again. If only John had listened to it from the beginning, it would not have been like this. But that's John's attitude that's always hard to tell good things, Laura thought of John.

Laura quickly replies to a message from John asking him to meet tomorrow night at the cafe they used to meet. And Laura agreed to John's request, because actually Laura was very curious how Agatha could find out while she and John had not told them directly.

The next morning, John tries to approach Agatha who is busy at the dining table while preparing breakfast for the residents of the mansion. However Agatha did not take a glance at all and did not even care about John's presence nearby, and it managed to make John feel sad.

Agatha shook her head, "Gracia! You know that woman named Gracia? I'm so disappointed in you and Laura! You guys can lie to me like this. And you know John, if I really like and love Laura like I love my own granddaughter!" Agatha stared intently at John's face and immediately stepped out of her legs leaving John still silently in front of the dining table.

John's heart was pierced by many thorns, never before had he seen Agatha so angry. If John had not done such a stupid game he would have never seen the anger of Agatha and also the look on Agatha's face that looked very disappointed.

"I'm sorry grandma, I'm sorry for lying to you" Lirih John with a face filled with regret.

John ruffled his hair violently

"What should I do now?" Ask John to himself.

John recalled Agatha's remark about who told Agatha her lies. John felt very angry when he heard Gracia's name, because she was rudely interfering in his affairs. John clenched his hand, this time feeling very upset and intending to go to Gracia and ask her what she meant by interfering in her affairs.

"You're dealing with me Gracia!"
