"It looks like we don't have to tell all of Rere and his friend." Ken Say.
Hyerin frowned looking at Ken confusedly. "Is something wrong?" Ask Hyerin cetus.
Ken breathed deeply into the air until it circulated into his lungs. "I don't want to happen again like I used to." Ken said carefully, he did not expect that Hyerin's current closeness with Rere would make Hyerin hate her.
"They're not like that, after all they used to do it for their own reasons. It's just natural." Hyerin disagreed with Ken.
"Hopefully." Answer Ken briefly.
Hyerin was confused and chose silence not to continue with her chatter, only occasionally she peeked at Ken who could only sit on the bed helplessly. Given the events of that time the devil made Ken become what he is now, Hyerin's mind again reminded him of Sani a female friend of Ken's who also died at the hands of the devil because of it. That memory became a personal wound for Hyerin.
"I'm sorry!" Hyerin said softly, bowing her head and looking sad.
Ken immediately looked at her making sure that Hyerin was okay. But for Ken to catch a glimpse of it he could instantly guess what happened to Hyerin and the sadness that still lingered in her heart.
"Sani, she was lost because of that demon." His tone sounded heavy, Ken knew Hyerin might be crying.
"It's been a problem, and there's no point in talking about it anymore." Ken replied in a flat tone as if it was nothing now.
Hyerin silently racked her brain about Ken now sitting with her. Sure enough Ken had forgotten about the incident, he did not expect that Ken would actually already consider him like Sani.
"Now I hope you're okay and Sani's events don't happen again. Do you know how important a friend is now?" Cetus Ken is still continuing his chat.
Sani gawked silently looking at Ken with his calm and sad eyes the rest of the crying earlier.
"Because now no one can be fully trusted, every spirit has a human-like soul that in every second can certainly change." Ken Clearly.
Ken's words seemed to directly pierce Hyerin's mind, automatically some of the previous events that he experienced with Ken repeated clearly. Of the few people who were originally good but ended up becoming enemies and were on the side of the demons, then Rere? He had indeed wanted Hyerin and handed her over to the demon. It shouldn't have been done for any reason.
Hyerin was determined to listen to Ken's words that managed to tear his mind, maybe the direction of his heart also changed let alone his view of Rere slightly changed. But if you think it's true what Ken said, he better not trust anyone too much.
"I'll go first!" Hyerin said as she stood up and left from Ken's place. Whereas Ken could only see his back passing away.
Ken was silent enough to gather all his brain contents back then. He always thinks there is always a change and everything has to change. At any rate, Ken was always determined to change things even though this time he had to think hard for his actions.
First he had to prove the fact he had already spoken about the demon. His heart was very sure that the weakness of the devil that he already knew was indeed true, because his own eyes witnessed all the events when the devil avoided the light.
The problem is how now? Ken doesn't have anyone he can trust.
Another matter was whether Hyerin would accept this determination later after she had secretly done so without Hyerin's knowledge.
Ken was silent for quite a while and maybe he didn't manage to think of a way back then, he needed some time.
Surely time is very important for now, there is no time that can be left alone because until now no one knows if the devil will come when? Ken still clearly remembered the incident when the demon came and stormed the group of spirits brutally. Suddenly Ken rounded his eyes considering the incident he had just thought of, the incident about the demon attack did it really happen during the day? His entire brain was paralyzed instantly when he realized there was something else he was missing. I don't know what it is but Ken clearly remembered if the incident took place during the day. Then the fact about the devil's weakness is not true? How so?
It felt Ken was getting riled up and confused, his brain did not stop thinking about rotating each incident with detail. He did not know what he had missed now until the incident could break the fact he had seen himself.
Ken grew increasingly unsettled and felt that he was wrong, but part of his heart did not accept that what he saw was not true. Ken has a good reason.
How's now? Will he be able to continue his first plan?
The shadow of Hyerin being seen again outside from the window of his room at that moment, Ken immediately turned his head and made sure. It turns out that Hyerin may be busy looking for the existence of Rere who suddenly disappeared. It felt like now that a new problem was coming again, Ken had no idea what Rere was planning with his friend, only that his heart was getting stronger if Rere definitely had a plan that was no longer good for Hyerin.
Ken turned his face he was silent again thinking hard to twist his brain. But it seems like all that was left was annoyed, every time Rere remembered his brain immediately felt irritated. And his heart was more and more convinced that there was a problem with him. It turns out that if you remember again the problem that must be faced now is not just one side but so many parts if remembered again in detail. Ken is quite difficult because this temporary paralysis becomes a fairly difficult limitation.
Ken clucked in annoyance, other than not being able to follow where Hyerin went he could now just sit still without doing anything.
In his present state it is indeed very torturous, in addition, no one else can be trusted and relied upon to realize that Ken currently has no one but Hyerin who wants to be protected with all his heart. It turned out to be very sad, his life is now too hard to make himself have to do everything alone.
