Rihanna is worried about seeing the condition of Zean who lately looks so tired. Zean's body is getting thinner, he rarely eats and spends more time overtime. Previously Zean was never like this, he was always smart to divide the time where the time to work, where the time to relax, play even vacation. Rihanna is assisted by a nurse who pushes her wheelchair closer to Zean. Zean, who noticed Rihanna's presence for a moment, stopped his busyness and glanced at the circular watch in his left hand, now at 23:45.

"Why did you meet me so late at night, Mom?" zean asked Rihanna who was still silently staring at Zean's messy desk.

"You should go home and rest, ma'am. Take care of your condition-"

"You should have said that to yourself, Zean" Rihanna said.

Rihanna knows her son is not okay.

Zean exhaled slowly, then walked up from his seat to the large window that revealed a beautiful view of Boston City tonight. Zean was tired of enduring this longing, it had been almost a month he still could not find Irene.

"I lost it, ma'am" Zean said suddenly.

Rihanna ordered the nurse out of the room. Rihanna then pushed the wheels in her chair to move closer to Zean. Rihanna knows where this conversation will go. It seems like his son has really fallen in love with a woman he doesn't know who.

"Zean, look at me" Rihana ordered.

Zean looked up, looking at his mother. The look in Rihanna's eyes clearly showed her concern.

"What is that woman, who made you like this?" ask Rihanna. Somehow Rihanna is very sure if the woman Zean loves is the source of her son's chaos.

The deg! Zean's heart seemed to stop when his mother asked about Irene. Zean himself was not sure if Irene had been the cause of the chaos on him. But what Zean knew, right now he misses his girl a lot.

Rihanna smiled wryly, Zean did not answer making Rihanna more sure if this was all because of the woman loved by her son.

Zean shook his head, hearing Rihanna keep asking Irene made his heart scream to want her. This miss is getting wild on Zean. On the other hand, Zean realizes that he has hurt his mother's feelings because he cannot love Rebecca as his fiancee.

"I'm sorry, mom" Zean said, hugging Rihanna.

Rihanna closed her eyes and the water dripped without warning, honestly she was sad to see her son as he is today. Zean with his thin body, dull face with messy hair and shirt, like not the Zean he used to know.

Rihanna was too worried about Zean's solitude, even her son had never introduced a single woman to her. This is what concerns Rihanna so her mother decides to betroth her to Rebecca because Rebecca is the son of her best friend who is the son of a good family, but this is what is happening now, turns out Zean has a woman he loves.

"Pursue him" Rihanna said suddenly.

Zean breaks out his embrace, he is shocked to see Rihanna's swollen face, her mother crying.

"Pursue the woman if you really love her" Rihanna said.

Just now Zean wanted to talk already preceded by his mother. "I'm sorry for the mother who hurt you with this engagement. Forgive me for pushing you too much, Zean" Rihanna cried again.

Zean's hand moved erasing the trace of tears on his mother's cheek. Zean feels the sadness of his mother because he knows Rihanna is really disappointed but the regret is greater than the disappointment that Zean gives. Rihanna relents, giving Zean the freedom to choose her love.

"I love you, mother" said Zean, then kissed his mother's forehead.

Zean knew he had really hurt Rihanna's feelings as well as let her down. But love cannot be forced, her heart has fallen on a girl named Irene Banner.
