Stranger's In Love

Stranger's In Love
66|BRAM SCOOTS

Irene helped Cassandra pick out a few flower stalks that were about to be assembled into a beautiful bouquet of flowers, now they are in the florist's shop. After breakfast, Cassandra asks Irene to accompany her. Allan returned to his apartment.

“What today is a special day?” Irene asked Cassandra who was still busy holding flowers in her hand.

“No, I just want to say hello to someone. I feel guilty for my actions yesterday,” Cassandra replied.

Irene immediately thought of Allan, maybe Cassandra wanted to apologize to Allan, but instead of this morning they had met? And, they don't seem to get along at all.

“With someone? Who?” asked Irene who finally felt very curious.

Cassandra looked at Irene and smiled at her. “Look at it later, I'll take you to meet him.”

After getting a beautiful bouquet of flowers they briefly stop by the very famous alcohol shop in Prague, Alcohol.cz. Upon entering the store the smell of alcohol greeted their arrival, on the right side, on the left side even in front of them there was a shelf containing dozens of bottles of high-quality alcohol drinks.

“I love this place,” said Cassandra inhaling the intoxicating aroma of alcohol.

“It looks like I have to buy souvenirs for Zean,” Irene thought as she looked at the shelves filled with bottles of liquor.

They went around until they found each one of the bottles of drinks they bought based on the recommendation of the head of the store. Irene bought a bottle of Rummy, Prague rum is a fermented and distilled alcoholic drink from molasses or sugarcane. While Cassandra bought a bottle of Palenky, is Likeur kha Prague is a sweet-tasting alcoholic beverage with flavors of fruit, herbs, spices, flowers, seeds, roots, herbs, bark, and sometimes cream.

“Zean really likes rum, hopefully he likes this Rummy,” said Irene as she stared at a bottle of rum in her hand.

“I'm sure Zean will love whatever you give me, Irene. Even if you give her poison, she will definitely like it too,” Cassandra's tease.

Irene chuckles. “If I give him poison, he can die, Cassandra.”

Cassandra was suddenly silent, the smile on her face fading away. Irene who realized Cassandra's change immediately embraced the woman.

“Are you okay?” Irene was worried.

Cassandra's face suddenly pale. “I hate death,”.

Cassandra suddenly cried, they immediately rushed away after paying for the drink. They decided to return to the Mansion, all the way Cassandra suddenly became silent. Irene kept watching Cassandra. Cassandra looked out the window with a careless look, she had stopped crying and seemed to hold back the feeling in her heart.

“We arrived,” said Irene when their car was parked in the basemant.

Cassandra went straight down, carrying a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of Palenky that she had bought earlier. Irene immediately caught up with Cassandra, following the woman on her way to the guest room, the room that Cassandra lived in in Mansiom.

Cassandra opened the door to her room. Irene felt bad if she just walked in, plus this change in Cassandra's attitude confused her. Finally Irene cut him off to just stay in the doorway.

“Come in, Irene,” said Cassandra who was already standing in the corner of the room.

Irene immediately stepped in, looking around Cassandra's room which looked very messy. Bottles of drinks everywhere, peanut shells and even snack packs were scattered everywhere.

“I'll ask the waiter to clean your room later,” said Irene then focus on capturing Cassandra who had placed a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of Palenky earlier on a table filled with candles and a picture frame of a handsome man who seemed to smile happily in the photo that's.

“Hai, Bram Scoot. Sorry, I still can't control myself. I'm sorry, I'm still unstable with this feeling. Sorry, I still can't love another man. Sorry,” Cassandra, she patted her chest that felt so tight.

Irene was stunned, she did not expect a Cassandra who looks cute, arrogant and likes to make a scene turned out to have a fragile side. Irene felt guilty for misjudging Cassandra.

“I'm a very sad woman,” shrewd Cassandra, she hugged Irene tightly.

Irene patted Cassandra's back softly trying to strengthen the woman. The sadness of a person can not only be harbored alone, sometimes we have to share the sadness to relieve the sadness in this increasingly crazy heart.

“You strong woman, Cassandra,” entertain Irene and then decipher her hug and look into Cassandra's puffy eyes.

Irene's hand moved erasing the trail of tears flowing down Cassandra's cheeks. “You can tell me anything, I will listen to you.”

Cassandra hugged Irene again. “Thank you, Irene.”

Cassandra finally told Irene everything.

Three years ago.

Bram Scoot, Cassandra's boyfriend, crashes in Paris, France. That night the weather was not favorable, but Cassandra urged Bram to return to Boston later that night. Cassandra does not want to know, however Bram must soon arrive in Boston before the inauguration of her new building. Cassandra did not want to appear alone without her lover because it was that she continued to urge Bram who at that time was on business in Paris.

“You should be right back, Bram. You have to be by my side on the day of the inauguration, I don't want to be alone on that special day,” Cassandra complained when she called Bram.

“If you love me, you should come back tonight too,” Cassandra said.

I heard a breath across the phone. “Alright, my dear woman. I'll be back tonight too,” Bram said across the phone.

“Yes! I love you, Bram Scoot,” exclaimed Cassandra Antusian once.

“I love you too, see you in Boston,” said Bram closed the connection.

Bram immediately asked his man to book flight tickets to Boston tonight, but all flights tonight are delayed until tomorrow afternoon due to weather factors that are not supportive. Bram pinched his head that was getting dizzy thinking of a way to get back to Boston as soon as possible. He drove his car across the street on the Pont de l'Alma bridge in Paris, France. Tonight there is quite heavy rain, the view in front is also faint due to the night fog and the rush of rain. Bram tries to contact Cassandra again, saying that he really can't fly tonight to Boston.

“Darling, it looks like I really can't fly tonight. All flights here are suddenly delayed due to bad weather,” explained Bram.

“Yes forget it! I'll pretend like I don't have a lover!” ketus Cassandra across the phone.

“Understand, Cassandra. I'm heading to the airport. I will standby there until the flight opens again, I will immediately search for flight tickets at that time,” said Bram.

“Serah!” Cassandra immediately disconnected the connection unilaterally without wanting to speak again.

Bram tries to contact Cassandra again, but is not answered by the woman. Bram keeps trying to contact Cassandra, she doesn't want to let her women down. Bram lost his focus and mind, suddenly BRUK!!! The car he was driving hit the pillar of the bridge, the collision was hard enough to hit Bram's head. Bram suffered serious injuries, in his last seconds he was still thinking about Cassandra until her last breath Bram could not stand it anymore. At midnight it was raining heavily and the streets were very quiet, no one knew of the accident that night. The next day, the accident was revealed. Bram died on the spot from severe bleeding in his head. The single accident claimed the life of a Bram Scoot.

“I hate myself,” hysterical Cassandra remembers the incident three years ago. He blames himself for Bram's death.

Irene could not say. He even tried to hold back tears, sad to hear the story of Cassandra especially when the woman continued to blame herself for Bram's departure.

“If I hadn't forced her that night, if I had answered her phone that night, if I'd have—” Cassandra's sobbing again, she couldn't have continued.

Irene hugged Cassandra again, at a time like this there were no best words to comfort. Only this hug could he give as a place of self-soothing for Cassandra.
