“Now do you doubt me?” ask Zean.

“Do you still deserve to be trusted?” Irene asked back.

Zean sighed slowly, sickly, claustrophobicly at the girl in front of him who was now crying because of her and now she was doubting her love again.

"Can't we just start over?" asked Zean while wiping away the girl's tears.

Irene brushed aside Zean's hand. Has Zean gone crazy? Wasn't she married to Rebecca Hillton?

Irene turned her gaze to look at the ring finger of Zean's right hand, there was no ring, Zean did not use his ring.

"Where's your wedding ring? Did you take it off for a while just to come back to me and then declare love and then leave without warning? How can I know a jerk like you, Zean?" Irene sighed slowly, she needed strength to continue her words, she needed energy to evaporate all her heart.

"Don't be like this, Zean. Please, this is really driving me crazy. We shouldn't be like this, you're the nameless mistake I've always justified. Don't you think I'm too innocent that you can get my love so easily? And I'm too stupid to fall for you that you're obviously just toying with" Irene wiped her tears, she couldn't stand it, right now he didn't care how weak he looked in Zean's eyes. Irene just wanted to vent all her frustration on Zean all along, she couldn't bear to hold him back any longer.

Zean just kept quiet, he gave Irene a chance to speak as she pleased. It was obvious that the girl was very angry and disappointed in him. Irene really loved Zean. And Irene doesn't seem to know about her marriage to Rebecca being annulled because James has explained everything and she's the one responsible for Rebecca's pregnancy because James is the father of the baby.

"Can we stop now? Before it's too late and getting any further then we'll just end up hurting each other. Dan—" Irene was unable to continue her speech, her body was shaking and tears were rushing, she was really fragile at the moment.

Zean looked at the girl, and he felt like he wanted to cry together. Zean wiped the girl's tears back and pulled her into his arms, but Irene shook her head, trying to encourage Zean not to embrace her. Zean did not care, he just strengthened his embrace.

"Take me off, you son of a bitch!" rene was upset.

Zean did not care, he still hugged the girl.

"I hate you, Zean" said Irene, who calmed down in Zean's arms.

"Hm" Zean gently rubbed Irene's head.

"I won't forgive you" Irene sobbed back in Zean's arms.

"I know that" said Zean.

"I don't want to see you again" Irene said in her tears.

"And I won't let that happen" Zean said, outlining his embrace and looking at the girl.

Zean looked at Irene's swollen eyes from crying for too long.

"Listen, Irene" Zean paused on her speech and touched Irene's face so she could look at her.

"I'm not married to Rebecca, and I'm not going to marry any woman other than you. Someone came to see me and said that he believed that I loved his daughter so much" Zean paused.

Irene just kept waiting for Zean to continue his words and digest every word that Zean said earlier.

"She's right, because I love you then I have to fight for you" Zean continued and briefly kissed Irene's lips.

Irene tried to stay calm, even though her heart was about to explode. Irene was so happy to hear all this, she turned her face away and tried to hide her smile. This must be thanks to Ainsley, his mother. Thanks, mom.

"I'm sorry for all the tears you shed because of me" Zean said, hugging the girl.

"I love you, Irene Banner" Zean said sincerely.

Irene silently smiled in Zean's arms.

"But I hate you, Arzean Lorwerth" he told a lie.

Zean elaborated on her hug and then looked at the girl, Zean knew Irene must be lying. The girl was hard to conquer, but Zean loved her very much.

"I don't care" said Zean, then kissed Irene.
