Irene was glued, staring at the nanar of letters and invitation cards in her hand. He sighed then closed his eyes for a moment and the water fell down on his cheek, he cried. Irene tried to think and gather her consciousness. She recently read a doctor's letter stating that Rebecca Hillton was pregnant and she also received an invitation letter from Arzean Lorwerth's marriage to Rebecca Hillton. Right now Irene's world stopped spinning, her mind was in turmoil, her heart ached unable to accept all of this. Zean says that he loves Irene but why, why would Zean do this? How could Rebecca Hillton be pregnant with Zean's child?

Irene's body trembled violently, she tried to hold back her increasingly broken cries. Irene tore the letter and invitation roughly, she squeezed her body to the floor. Irene touched her chest that felt tight with occasional wiping of her tears. Irene closed her eyes many times trying to resuscitate herself from all the illusions of love that Zean created. It felt like Irene wanted to give up, every time she tried to believe and still love Zean the more the man broke her trust and hurt her. Love is not as painful as it is to fall in love with the right person. Again and again the hatred appeared, either hatred or love will win Irene's heart against Zean.

"You hurt me again, Arzean Lorwerth" he said.

Irene wiped away her tears that kept dripping, it couldn't be like this. Irene should not be stressed just because she thinks about Zean, she should also think about this child in her womb. Irene looked down at her flat stomach then gently touched her stomach.

"Can I be a good mother to you?" Irene asked while stroking her stomach.

Irene tried to stand up, she looked in the mirror and saw her extremely chaotic reflection. Irene felt dizzy, she touched her head and seconds later her body collapsed falling on the floor, she was unconscious.

Irene opened her eyes slowly as consciousness began to approach her. Faintly he saw Kim in his white coat sitting next to him with a scowl on his head, the man looked a little muddled.

"Kim" called Irene out of her sleep and fixed her position to sit next to Kim.

Kim turned his head with a difficult look, like an angry look that slipped disappointment and sadness.

"Who's messing with you, Irene?" kim asked with teary eyes, she was sad.

Irene gulped with difficulty, trying to digest where Kim was talking.

"What do you mean, Kim?" Irene seemed confused by Kim's question.

Kim clenched her hands and then slammed the nightstand as Irene gasped in shock.

"You're pregnant, Irene!" snapped Kim.

Irene closed her eyes, with no tears flowing down her cheeks. Irene will indeed not be able to hide this pregnancy, sooner or later all will know.

"I was looking for you for dinner and I found you unconscious in the room, then I checked you out like a doctor in general and how shocked I was"

"Enough, Kim" Irene cut.

Kim covered his face in frustration. What really happened to Irene? What else is he hiding?

"Say, Irene!" snapped Kim.

Irene just lowered her head, she reluctantly looked into Kim's eyes that were gleaming with emotional flames. Irene knew Kim was disappointed by what happened to her cousin.

"Can't you tell me, Irene" Kim looked at Irene and wiped away the girl's tears.

"Irene" called Kim desperately to Irene who continued to cry without saying anything.

Kim gently pulled Irene's chin so she could look at him. Kim stared fixedly at the beautiful eyes of Irene who was now swollen from crying.

"Can you tell me something, Irene Banner?" kim asked as he whispered.

"I can't" Irene hugged Kim, her tears breaking again in Kim's arms.

Kim returned Irene's embrace, the girl hugged her so tightly as if she was channeling her grief on Kim.

"I'm ready to hear you and I'll wait until you talk" Kim stroked the girl, trying to calm her down.

Irene elaborated on her hug then looked at Kim and smiled faintly.

"Kim" called.

"Please don't tell Alice and Gerald about this, I don't want to lose a child in my womb and I can't fight for it either because I'm not getting married" Irene asked.

Kim clenched his hands tightly, emotion. Honestly, he was annoyed at Irene who was reluctant to tell him about what really happened.

"You're crazy, Irene!" snapped Kim.

Irene just kept quiet because Kim didn't seem to be giving her a chance to talk.

"Hiding pregnancy is not like hiding soybeans. Sooner or later your belly will grow bigger and everyone will talk about you with a big belly without marriage" Kim managed her uncontrollable breathing out of emotion.

"Don't torture yourself, Irene. If he was a good man, he would be responsible. Why does love make you this stupid?" kim asked Irene, who was still staring at her stomach.

"Look at me, Irene!" kim's orders.

Irene looked at Kim.

"Who made you this confused, Irene?" kim asked looking at Irene with a serious look.

Irene smiled and stroked Kim's hand trying to calm her cousin down.

"Trust. I'm fine because I love her" Irene said.

"Love isn't this painful, Irene. You're just in love alone, sober up!" said Kim.

Really it? Is it true what Kim said? Love is not as painful as this, Irene just fell in love alone. The deg! Kim managed to make Irene's heart barely stop beating hearing Kim's words it felt like she was right. Has Irene been in love all this time? What has Zean done to her that Irene is this sad?
