Marvel furrowed his eyebrows, from a distance Marvel could see the change in the look of Clara's face and also Clara's body that suddenly trembled.

Marvel approached, he did not care if Clara would be angry with him because it was considered not respecting his privacy, only Marvel was worried something bad happened to Clara.

“Clara.. Are you okay?”

Marvel touching Clara's shoulder made the woman look up and look at her with a face full of tears. What's the matter? Why is Clara crying?

“What's wrong with you, you're okay right?”

Instead of answering Clara even more crying makes Marvel more panicked, Marvel's view diverted to Clara's phone. Marvel was about to take the phone to check what made Clara cry but quickly Clara shook off Marvel's hand.

Clara's body was trembling, Clara was terrified. He's afraid Marvel saw the video Damian sent. If Marvel sees the video and feels disgusted by it it is not impossible if Marvel will stay away from him or spread about it to others.

“Clara, what's wrong with you?”

Marvel is getting worried because Clara is trying to avoid him, what really happened to Clara? Marvel hates to see Clara like this, Marvel hates to see Clara as if she's insecure with him.

Marvel can't possibly beat up Clara, there's no way she's hurting the woman she loves.

“Clara, if you have a problem and you can't bear it then tell me, I'll try my best to help you. I'm your friend, right? I wouldn't have possibly fucked you, I'm not that kind of person, Clara.”

Clara fell silent, still clasping her phone tightly. Clara looked at Marvel's face trying to find a lie there but in fact what Clara got was sincerity.

Marvel's eyes exude sincerity that makes Clara more hysterical and ran the needs of Marvel, Clara crying in the arms of Marvel.

Can Clara hope?

Hoping that Marvel could help him out of this?

Clara won't go back to Damian, Clara won't.

Damian clucked, it has been an hour since he sent the video to Clara and until now there has been no answer from Clara even the woman did not obey her orders to meet him as soon as possible.

Damian tapped on his desk with a ballpoint pen. Waiting for information from his man whom he had ordered to watch over Clara.

Damian won't let Clara get away from him.

It won't.

Here Clara is now, sitting side by side with Marvel. Clara just lowered her head not daring to talk while Marvel was busy persuading her brother—Juan Orlando, to be willing to help Clara.

“Son, you must know Damian Leonardus right? You can definitely ask him to stop bothering Clara, Brother, the man has gone too far he threatened Clara for his own benefit.” Marvel tries as much as possible to get mercy from Juan, but Juan takes a quick glance at Marvel and shifts his focus back toward his laptop.

“T-but brother.”

Clara, hearing Juan's rejection, could no longer hold back her tears, and ran away from Marvel's home. Leave Marvel and Juan there.

“Clara!”

No matter how hard Marvel called, Clara kept running away, Marvel looked back at her brother.

“Can't you help Clara sister, at least for me. I'm your sister, I can't see Clara like this. I love him brother. Please help him.” Marvel got up from his seat, not to leave Juan but rather Marvel kowtowing in front of Juan, he was willing to do anything for Clara.

“I love him brother, please understand.help me brother, please help me.”.

Juan clucked, he doesn't like to see his sister so weak as this, “Love you said? A woman who is willing to sell her own self-worth for money doesn't deserve your love, you should have realized he could have been aiming to take advantage of you as well after learning that you also come from a rich family.”

“Clara is not such a person!” Marvel stood up, he shouted in disbelief. His eyes that were reddened with tears were enlarged staring furiously at Juan. “Clara is not that kind of woman! I know him, he's not like that!!”

Juan shook his head, he did not think Marvel really had fallen in love too deeply with the woman.

“Go, I don't want to argue with you anymore.”

Marvel shakes his head refusing, Marvel unwilling to leave before Juan agrees to help Clara.

“Tell me first if you're going to help Clara then I'll go.”

Juan clucked in annoyance, Marvel is so stubborn. Really annoying.

“Alright I'll help that woman so now that you're out of my room, I have a lot of things to take care of.”

A faint smile surfaced on Marvel's lips, she thanked him before he finally ran out of Juan's study. He had to tell Clara the good news.

While Juan was staring at Marvel's departure with a displeased look, Juan felt as if his sister was being used by Clara.

Clara is a bad influence on Marvel, it looks like Juan will have to find a way to keep them both away before Marvel becomes more so.

Damian picks up his mobile phone vibrating in his pocket, and Damian reads the message sent by the man.

There is a photo of Clara being with the man Damian had seen before.

Damian clenched his hands tightly, daring once Clara was close to another man. Clara is not afraid of their video, or Clara does not care anymore because the woman has got a new man that she can make her money mine.

The woman really must be given a lesson so as not to dare again to argue Damian, Clara really must be taught a lesson.
