*Milla really can't digest everything she just knew, how could Gevan die and Marvel know it but Milla herself doesn't know.

Neither does Gevan's family know, Milla knows that the Gevan family doesn't care about Gevan, but isn't it if something happens to Gevan, it's the Gevan family that will be contacted other than Milla?

“Tell me everything that's honestly Marvel, don't hide anything from me anymore. Don't keep treating me like such a fool. I want to know the truth, if you really don't want me to hate then tell me all the truth*.”

Milla and Marvel were sitting together facing each other, to hell with the lunchbox that Milla had prepared for Marvel. Milla just wants to know why Marvel knows about Gevan.

I didn't lie to Milla, that's what Gevan told you.” Marvel felt despair when he saw Milla staring at him with tears and also a look of suspicion.

Marvel understood it was hard for Milla to trust him after many times Marvel lied.

Milla smiled cynically at Marvel, “You think telling a lie like this will make me forgive you? Not Marvel, not at all. So stop lying, I don't want to hear that essay of yours anymore. Tell me the truth!”

“I've told you the truth Milla, I'm not lying. That's what really happened. Gevan really wanted to kill himself, Gevan himself said it because he did not want to trouble anyone so it is better he died without knowing his family because it is also Gevan did not carry an identity!”

Marvel rubbed his face rough, he felt frustrated.

“But Gevan still refuses on the grounds that contacting you will only increase the burden of your life because all this time who struggled to support your child is you alone Milla, Gevan doesn't want to see you suffer more for money just because the treatment is definitely not spending that little money. Because I feel sorry for Gevan I offered to pay all his medical expenses as long as Gevan did not commit suicide and wanted to tell the truth about his illness to his family including yourself.”

“Then why would Gevan die if you promised him that? And why do I know now?!”

“I don't mean to lie from you Milla, I just don't want you to get hurt.”
