One day Suro showed something to his teacher. The performance made Eyang Sindurogo very surprised. At that time Suro was like the age of eight years, even though he was only four years old.
Today it is almost a year after Eyang Sindurogo explained the science of Saifi wind to Suro.
" Please allow the teacher's eyes, Suro will show the teacher's eyes and ask for directions if the student is not perfect."
"Display what Suro ngger is about?"
"Anu eyang guru, since the teacher's eyes explained about the science of saifi wind Suro tried to understand the science, but after almost a year Suro little understand it. Therefore Suro begged for guidance when what Suro would show less than perfect in the eyes of the teacher."
"Practicing the science of saifi wind? Was he wrong to hear it?"(ngger from the word angger which means nak) ngger is pronounced as in the word Pare-Pare.
"No teacher's eyes, it's true that Suro will try to practice it."
"The science requires the accumulation of chakra in the body which is then channeled to several points in the limbs. It's not that you don't believe what you say. But to do that you must be able to awaken your Kundalini potential within the muladhara chakra."
"While at this time the potential of Kundalini is still asleep has not been activated. Then how will you collect chakra to be able to use to exert body lightening knowledge such as the science of wind saifi?"
"Regarding that, Suro also does not understand it well. Somehow am I able to exert the power of chakra that is like the eyes explain? Eeeeeee...Suro has a hard time explaining to the teacher. But Suro can prove, if Suro has been able to collect chakra. With the chakra gathered, Suro will use it to exert the skill of lightening the body, precisely the science of Saifi wind."
"really? Show me what you said that was Suro!"
"Sendiko dawuh eyang guru!" Suro then turned to Eyang Sindurogo before exerting knowledge of saifi wind in front of his teacher.
Suro then began to form the middle horses. Middle horses are the condition when you stand with both feet parallel to your shoulders. Then bent to form an angle of about 90 degrees. At such a position the load is placed on both thighs.
After the horses have been sturdy he began to accumulate chakra with the help of breathing techniques or pranayama. Before he started all that, he was bare-chested and left his entire upper body bathed in the sun which had already started to scorch.
Eyang Sindurgo noticed that what his student was doing was full of question marks. Because he never told her or taught her to gather energy in having to be bare-chested like that.
'What is this boy really doing, he's doing pranayama like what I've been teaching? But to accumulate chakra, the first thing to do is to unlock the potential of the kundalini first. Only then gather chakra with breathing techniques. If he does the breathing technique without freeing the potential of Kundalini in his body, then he will only do the futile thing.'
'For the cahkra will not be gathered. In addition, he must also open the Manipura chakra inside the navel. Because that's where the chakras are collected.
Eyang Sindurogo is still watching Suro who is seen to continue to regulate his breathing as in the technique pranamaya.
Once in taste enough Suro then stop breathing techniques. He then began to exert the chakra he accumulated and channeled at some point within his limbs.
The next incident made Eyang Sindurogo made so amazed.
"Edan, how could he do that? Is it true that this boy has not awakened his potential Kundalininya who is still asleep? It really doesn't make sense."
Eyang Sindurogo was unable to understand how Suro was able to do what he saw before his eyes.
Because at that time Suro was practicing science techniques to relieve the body of Saifi wind techniques. Even though what he did was a basic level. But still it was something impossible to do if he had not awakened the Kundalini in his still asleep body.
Eyang Sindurogo was already starting to be surprised as Suro made every step he took look to be so light.
After making his body light, Suro then started running forward. The boy's body still looks so small it can move so agilely. His footsteps that stepped on the ground became visible as if floating.
So that the sole of the foot that set the foot on the ground at a glance the tip of his foot only touched the ground a little, then darted forward so quickly unnaturally little boy.
His footsteps grew faster with each leg returning to the ground. He then darted running into a high cliff and began to run with a body like it was against gravity. Because his body was tilted, he did not fall down probably because of the rapid footsteps he made.
Then he began to jump towards the trees and move from one tree to the next tree branch quite freely.
He moved around half a circle and then turned towards his teacher.
With a breath he again arrived in front of his teacher.
"Please hint at the teacher!" Suro bowed his body towards the eye of Sindurogo. He remained bowed for a while waiting for a reaction from his teacher.
"Wake up ngger, how's the story about you doing something like that?" Eyang Sindurogo held onto both of Suro's shoulders while shaking his head several times as a sign that he was quite amazed.
"It's hard to see the teacher how Suro explained what Suro just did." Eyang Sindurogo was still staring at Suro's innocent face. Soon he found out that what his student said was not a made-up thing.
"Honestly, he was very surprised by what you just did!"
Suro smiled at his teacher.
"By looking at the abilities you displayed, it seems like he will start training me with Kundalini techniques so that you can exert energy within."
"Thank you for the teacher." Suro turned towards his teacher who looked still surprised.
The next day Suro sat down in front of his teacher who was cross-legged where he met.
"Today the teacher will explain about the science of internal energy by using Kundalini techniques."
"Nuwun inggih, Grand Master!"
"Kundalini is actually from Sanskrit which means something more or less a scroll that is in the tailbone."
"In this kundalini there is a kanda. This is where the energy source comes from. Everyone has their own kanda. That particularity is due to the presence of the inner strength of the natural elements contained and influenced it."
"The fewer elements of nature contained in kanda will further facilitate the increase of internal energy practices."
"Basic elements of nature there are four Bayu (wind), tirta(water), agni(api), bhumi(soil). The four elements of nature are partly a change in nature I refer to as a basic fraction of the elements of nature."
"The change of natural elements in water or tirta turns into ice and also poison. In the element agni is able to turn into the element of lightning. While the earth or soil has the most changes, namely wood and metal. The elemental changes are all nine."
"There is more about the change of the fire element. According to the story there is a type of black fire, but considering that no one has it yet then it is just a change in the type of fire power."
"All the techniques of changing the elements of nature in the technique of energy in the kundalini are all summarized in the four great books of the earth, the book of water, the book of agni or fire and the book of wind."
"And it's all in your pen. That's why he said, if your condition is the worst condition for someone who learns the processing of kanuragan."
"Kundalini cannot be used as a source of energy in, if it is still sleeping."
"Your job is to resurrect the Kundalini. This generation technique will be supported by the technique of pranamaya or pronunciation."
"After awakening, the Kundalini will be able to circulate chakra in the body."
"In the body there are seven main chakras, namely the muladhara chakra or basic chakra, the svadishthana chakra is located in the slow repetition, the manipura chakra is in the navel, the anahata chakra is in the heart, the visuddha chakra is in the throat, the ajna chakra has another name: the third and last eye which I previously called the sahasrara chakra or crown chakra."
"To be able to gather inner energy, one actually has to open the manipura chakra first. But somehow you can collect chakra when your manipulative chakra hasn't opened yet."
"After the seven main chakras there are also fourteen important pulses that you should know, namely Nadi Sushumna, Nadi Ida ,Nadi Pinggala, Nadi Gadhari, Nadi Hastajibva, Nadi Kuhu, Nadi Saraswati, Nadi, Nadi Pusha, Nadi Sankhini, Nadi Payaswini, Nadi Varuni, Nadi Alambusha, Nadi Vishvodhara, Nadi Yasasvini."
"But of the fourteen nadis that are the most important that you should open for now, are the nadi sushumna, the nadi Ida and the nadi pinggala."
"In addition to the chakras and nadis that are actually explained there are actually nadis and other small chakras scattered throughout the body."
Eyang Sindurogo explained at length in such detail to Suro. After a long time, he finally finished explaining.
"That's a pretty good explanation up to here. Not long from now Eyang will start the physical exercise that you have to live. Practice that as the first part of you practice inner strength. This exercise will probably feel very heavy so prepare yourself, ngger!"
"Sendiko dawuh Eyang Guru!"
Suro bowed his body as a form of respect. Eyang Sindurogo looked at his disciple with a smile.
