Ch. 85 WAITING FOR FINAL STAGE TRAINING part 5
Today is the fourth day Suro is immersed in his samadhan. He tried as soon as possible to complete the last stage of training that he had to pass.
On the first day he bersamadhi in a state of sitting cross-legged with the condition of the sole of the left foot superimposed on the thighs of his right leg. His two palms formed a thousand petal mudra. He placed his hand gesture just above his head straight up about a inch from the head.
This mudra is the initial stage before drawing energy from the ajna chakra towards the crown chakra. All the energy that is drawn upwards towards the crown chakra will slowly fill that point. Then with that energy, he will move the sahasrara chakra to spin. There will be circulation of the chakra.
The chakra will continue to rotate until it is able to circulate properly. If it can be done, it will help him open the basic gate at the point of sahasrara. Once the gate in the sahasrara chakra or crown chakra is open, then it is finished all the training process that Suro did.
Unless Suro immediately continues his training to penetrate the power of energy in one level above that is the level of Shakti. Although to get the strength of the Shakti level only requires one more step. But in practice, that one step can take meditation time up to dozens of full moons or even more. And all of that is still in the sahasrara chakra.
Crown chakra or sahasrara in Sanskrit means thousand, referring to the form of lotus flower petals in bloom, stacked up to twenty layers. Each layer contains fifty petals. As a representative of higher consciousness.
Each of those layers also represented a higher level of strength. The level of consciousness is described by a triangle that conicals upwards.
Each level of the layer of consciousness contains a gate of the layer of strength that represents the level of power shakti upwards. So if you want to reach each layer of power, the first thing to do is to open the gate in each layer.
In addition to achieving the level of shakti a swordsman must make major changes to the sahasrara chakra. The change was to change the kundalini to Shankhini. That stage will be very difficult to achieve because it requires a long series of meditations that are also assisted by the technique of gathering internal energy.

On the third day he again changed the position of his meditation with the position of Vrkasana or the position of the tree. It stands with only one right foot. While the left leg bend then the sole of the foot is attached to the right thigh. His two arms rose straight above his head, his palms cupped together against each other above his head.
At this stage he is harmonizing all the incoming energy and starting to be gathered at the sahasrara point.
On the fourth day he again changed his meditation with the position of Adho Mukha Vrksasana or standing position with both hands. Body goes straight up. In this condition Suro is trying to improve blood circulation in the head, refreshing the head nerves in order to help himself reach consciousness at a higher level of samadhi. So with that, it will help himself rotate the sahasrara chakra until it can circulate smoothly.
