Ch. 7 Kundalini Technique Exercises
The next day Suro had prepared to practice his inner strength through the Kundalini technique.
To revive Kundalini eyang Sindurogo asked Suro to practice pranayama techniques or breathing techniques. But before Suro practiced breathing techniques, Suro was given a seed of energy called shaktipat.
This shaktipat will stimulate Kundalini belonging to Suro who is still asleep in the tailbone. Then with breathing exercises Suro will be able to awaken Kundalini which has been stimulated by the seeds of shaktipat energy.
He did the pranayama technique by sitting like a person who was struggling. This training will also open up every pulse and chakra in his body.
Just like the heart is the center of blood circulation. In the science of energy in the important points in the body become the center of energy circulation which is referred to as Chakra.
Within the body there are seven major chakras that become the center of the inner energy cycle. Later all the circulating energy will be collected in the chakra located in the navel, precisely in the manipura chakra.
But to be able to accumulate energy in the manipura chakra, Suro must first open the chakra before. Before the Manipura Chakra, there are two Chakras below which become the energy center.
Of the most basic Muladhara Chakra, it is located in the tailbone. Then the Swadhisthana Chakra that is in the slow bone.
With the opening of the three chakras it will provide an opportunity for Suro to be able to gather energy in.
But to gather energy in must master additional techniques, namely pranayama techniques or pronunciation techniques. With the breathing technique, a person can drain the energy in and accumulate in his body.
All the energy collected will move through the entire pulse path in the body, especially the main pulse path, namely the Sushumna pulse, Ida pulse and puladi pinggala.
Then after going through training more than five full moons finally Suro managed to accumulate power in, with that indirectly has made Suro equivalent to a basic level swordsman.
"Eyang teacher Suro managed to gather strength in!" Suro ran towards his teacher who was busy concocting medicine.
Eyang Sindurogo though was surprised to hear the news, but a wide-brimmed smile was plastered on his face.
"really? It's amazing you ngger. You are a special child. Now your strength is on par with a basic swordsman, ngger!" Eyang Sindurogo continued to smile with a sumringah. Even he stopped his activities that were concocting drugs.
Seeing Suro was a little lethargic after knowing that he was only on par with a basic level swordsman.
"That means I'm at the weakest level huh, eyang?Though I want to be like the eyes that have been sky-level!" suro was disappointed.
"Don't be disappointed, what you did was an amazing achievement. Because just being able to gather energy in the condition of kanda which amounted to nine natural elements is not an easy thing" said Eyang Sindurogo while wiping the head of Suro.
"What you do is like a miracle that should be difficult to happen. Even Eyang thought the time you needed was more than twelve full moons. So angger do not have to be sad, because eyang is very proud of what angger has achieved."
Then Eyang Sindurogo gave advice to Suro to train his breathing while sunbathing.
"Waaah fits eye, I feel it's true. Because that way I feel my body is full of energy." Suro menjura then ran to start training again.
As his teacher suggested he this time practiced bare-chested while basking in the hot sun.
Despite what his teacher suggested he was making in his body full of energy, but that condition did not also manage to break the next chakra point.
"Who is the teacher, why am I not progressing? I continued to train without getting tired. Didn't eyang mention that Suro has talent in martial arts?"

With the firmness of his heart and also the guidance of his teacher finally Suro has been able to open the chakra of swadhisthana. After nearly seven full moons Suro finally managed to open all three chakras. Although at that time he did not unlock all the potential of Kundalini.
The largest fire element kanda opens. The other natural elements contained within his body were only exposed to no more than a quarter of it. But with that condition, Suro can finally exert and gather energy in up to the equivalent of the Initial level swordsman.
