When is Our First Meeting?

Aileen felt a change in Mira's attitude a few days after the incident that morning. Mira was no longer being ignorant and even taught Aileen a lot of things. Especially about taking care of Sapphira.

"Tomorrow Aunty is coming home!"

Aileen who was busy with her laptop turned her head towards Mira who was sitting not far from her. Aileen put down her laptop with a slight hesitation began to ask, "Home home, Auntie? Is it speed?"

"Why?"

Aileen shakes. He smiled awkwardly at Mira who was looking at him fixedly. "You feel like you've lost this old woman?" Aileen nodded. "really? Auntie thought you'd be happy to know this old lady is leaving!"

Aileen shakes. He hesitantly approached Mira who was sitting on a fur carpet by the side of Sapphira who was napping. He sat facing Mira and grabbed the middle-aged woman's hand. "Aunty go fast what's because of me?" ask Aileen curiously.

Aileen's curiosity grew as Mira laughed softly and gently rubbed her hair. "Why do you think that?"

"Either. It's just ...."

Mira's brows furrowed then sighed softly. He patted the back of Aileen's hand that was holding her left. "just?"

"About Ma'am Amee!"

"Why with him? You think Auntie's still siding with your sister?" Mira smiled faintly.

"Yes. After all, from the beginning Aunt always said ...."

"Auntie's sorry, Aileen. Since that incident, Aunt realized that it turned out to be the wrong Aunt. You were present in Randu's life at the wrong time, but you always sincerely loved him. Aunty can see that these few days!"

Aileen's eyes glazed over hearing Mira's words. He had not expected to listen to that phrase so quickly. Aileen thought her efforts were still fruitless, Mira's attitude towards her these few days was just out of pity.

"Auntie don't apologize, dong. Auntie is not wrong! I know very well, Aunty Lakanin it's also because of the same affection of Kak Randu!"

"You're right. Thank goodness you understand." Mira was silent, she just kept wiping Aileen's hair and looked at Aileen's face wryly. "Your aunt's blessing."

"August ...."

"Don't crybaby. You are now a mother and soon to be a wife too!"

"Wife?" Mira nodded and chuckled softly looking at Aileen's face that was met with red. "Sister Randu said what's the same Auntie?"

"What's? Oh, he said he would prepare everything well and marry you. Auntie took him a month to do it." Mira brought her face closer to Aileen's ear and whispered, "This is our secret. Suppose you don't know anything!"

Aileen nodded happily. "Ready Aunt!"

They both laughed. Do not forget to invite Safira to participate in the conversation that the baby still does not understand.

"What is this really? I saw something different about you and mom since?" Randu was astonished at the familiarity of Mira and Aileen. Ever since he came home from work and immediately decided to come to Aileen's apartment, he saw their closeness that was so obvious.

"Is there anything you're hiding?" Randu tightened their bodies so that Aileen got closer to him. He hugged and let Aileen's head rest on his shoulders.

Aileen looked up and kissed a glimpse of Randu's jaw and refocused on watching the movie. "According to Brother?"

Randu cleared his throat while enjoying a snack. "Am I wrong?"

"So!"

"So?"

"Eitherway. Just happened." Aileen changed her position to sit a little distance from Randu and said, "It is clear now that my relationship with Aunt Mira has improved. And ... to my surprise, Aunt Mira has blessed our relationship!"

Aileen pouted as she looked at the usual Randu and looked like she already knew it. Though he wanted to surprise and enthusiastically ask. "Why?"

Randu nodded. "certain. Mama told me first. Let's just say I forced him to apologize to you!"

Aileen directly hit Randu's arm making the man shocked. "Akh, sick!"

"Racaine. That's a reply because you have to tell Auntie to apologize first. Brother should have told me so I could start first!"

"But my mom was wrong!" Aileen still hit Randu's arm.

"But because Auntie Mira's brother is so forced that Auntie wants to go home quickly!"

Randu immediately caught Aileen's hand to stop hitting her arm. "Why do you like violence, anyway? What if Safira is imitating?"

"Will not!"

"Okay, alright!" Randu sighed softly then went back to talking, "mama came home not because I was angry I was forced to apologize, mama came home because of her time!"

"meaning?"

"Mommy's sick, Aileen. Every month we have to control. It could actually be done here, but it was feared that it would have an effect on the treatment that was already running!" Randu pinched the gnarled tip of Aileen's nose. "Still not understanding?"

Aileen innocently shook her head. "It can be said that my mother is suitable with the doctor who handles it at this time. After all there is a sister-in-law who is a nurse and the treatment there is more advanced."

"I wish Aunt Mira could get well soon and she watched as we got married, continue to have children!"

"Sure, it's bound to happen. But, are you really ready to remarry your ex-husband?"

Aileen pretended to think, she tilted her head to the left while tapping her jaw with her index finger. He could not help but laugh as he looked at the waiting Randu seriously.

"Gosh, what's with this sister's face? Of course I want to, dong. I want Sapphira to have complete parents."

"Thank God."

Aileen nodded then hugged Randu tightly. However, the hug soon ended upon seeing Mira coming out of the room and walking towards them. "There's Auntie!" whisper Aileen.

Randu looked back and saw Mira was already nearby. "You guys haven't slept? Randu why are you still here?"

"Tante, don't get mad at Randu, okay?" Aileen approached Mira and led the middle-aged woman to sit on the sofa. "I'm the one who asked Kak Randu to watch the movie!"

Mira glanced at the television, looking back at Randu and Aileen alternately. "Why aren't you asleep?"

"Mama's thirsty, but curious about what you're doing right now here!"

Aileen grimaced to get Mira's probing full gaze. He then went to the kitchen to get a drink for Mira.

"Mama's happy to see you smiling like this when you're with Aileen. Sorry if you've been depressed all this time, Mama forced you to marry Amee back then!"

Mira sighed, she regretted realizing that she had a hand in Randu and Amee's marriage. "I loved Amee too, back then. And Mama cleared the way, then what's wrong?"

"The wrong mom, Ran. I knew you loved Aileen from the beginning, dear Mama was selfish by asking you to speed up your marriage."

"That's it. We forget that time. Aileen will be mine soon!" Randu hugged Mira's body. Things he never did for a long time.

Indeed, he used to love Aileen, but his love is still inferior to his love for Amee. So when Mira urges him to marry Amee, Randu agrees.

Aileen flinched while listening to what they said. He had absolutely no idea that Randu had loved him long ago. She thought love for her was present because of her unyielding self and because of Amee's betrayal.

"Maybe if we were married then, the story wouldn't be like this!"

Aileen approached them and was shocked by her question. "When is our first meeting? Wasn't it after my sister got married to Madam Amee?"
