The Honeymoon

Aileen approached Randu who was waiting for her in the car when she met Adis. She was astonished when she saw the panicked look on her husband's face. He heaved a sigh of relief when he saw Safira falling asleep in a special seat for, in the back seat.

"I just booked a plane ticket for the three of us. This afternoon we're going to meet mama!"

Aileen looked at Randu with a clingy and frowned. "That's sudden. What is the same with Mama?" ask Aileen in wonder. Though only a few days Mira was among them at the wedding even though after that straight home. However, Mira looks fine and instead spends a lot of time with Safira.

Randu sighed softly, trying to calm down while going to answer his wife's question. "Critical mom. I don't want anything to happen to him. So ...!"

"We're home now, brother. For the event the streets are postponed only. We can even do there," Aileen broke up quickly.

Randu nodded and exhaled a sigh of relief. "Thank you!"

"No need to say thank you. As a couple, we understand each other."

They arrived after a grueling journey to get to the hospital where Mira was treated.

Luckily there were no obstacles whatsoever when they decided to go abroad so suddenly. Stretchers can easily get air tickets for them. Safira also has a passport. Randu immediately made his daughter a passport after marriage, so that in times of urgency like this they are no longer confused to think about it.

"You came with your wife and daughter?"

Randu nodded. He invites Aileen who looks exhausted and holds Safira in the house. "I had to take them!"

"Huh. Just tell me you want a honeymoon! But good too, though. It's possible with their presence for mama to heal quickly."

Randu just cleared his throat to hear his brother's words. He then switched the conversation by asking Mira the condition. "Now how is your mother? I haven't been to the hospital. Pity them if I take them there right away."

The man taller than Randu sighed softly then patted her on the shoulder. "Just like I said yesterday. Mom's condition is critical. We can only pray now!" The man showed the tired faces of Aileen and Sapphira who woke up and cried. "You'd better take your wife and son to the room. They need a break. You too!"

Randu watched them with pity, he realized his mistake. Without replying to her brother, Randu takes over Safira who is back asleep and takes them to the room.

"You rest, you must be tired after a long journey!"

"Yes, Brother. Brother as well." Aileen then chose to lay down beside Sapphira who had fallen asleep and did not take long she fell asleep due to fatigue.

Randu smiled faintly watching his son and wife. Without a second thought he decided to take them away together. Randu did not want to leave them and certainly felt so hard to do so.

"Thank you, without complaining, you're here with me!" Randu kissed Aileen's forehead as well as Sapphira's. After that, he slept with them.

Aileen had no idea how long she had slept. For sure when he woke up, the time had shown at nine local time.

Aileen watched Randu and Sapphira who were still asleep. He went to the bathroom to clean himself up. However, when he came out of the bathroom he saw that the two were still fast asleep and chose not to wake them.

"I have to make food for Sapphira, I'm sorry she only ate baby biscuits yesterday!" He himself quickly got out of the house.

Aileen only realized that her in-laws house looked so spacious. He also felt confused looking for where his kitchen is. Moreover, the state of the house looks so deserted.

"It seems you are confused. Can I help you?" Aileen turned around and looked at the woman who looked sweet as she smiled at him. "You must be Aileen, right?" ask the woman who is in front of him.

"Ah, yes. Sorry, sister I don't know. Hello, I'm Aileen!" said Aileen awkwardly. Only this time they met after knowing Randu for five years.

Lisa laughed softly and gently rubbed Aileen's shoulder. "Why does it look so sad. Just be ordinary. Oh, yeah, where are you going? Let me take you."

"I'm going to the kitchen. Can I use the kitchen? I'm gonna make some food for my baby!"

"of course. Come on, I'll show you!"

Lisa grabbed Aileen's hand and held her. They walked together to the kitchen.

"I was so surprised last night. When I just got home from the hospital, my husband said Randu and his family came. Huh, your husband really likes the sudden arrival!"

Aileen smiled faintly in response to Lisa's words. They arrived at the spacious kitchen. "This kitchen. I forgot that you have a little boy, you know I made him a special meal too!"

"Gakpapa, Brother. It will be a hassle!"

"Absolutely not. I'm glad to do it, though. There are no babies in this house anymore, there are big babies and cranky teenagers!"

Aileen laughed softly at Lisa's words. He understood who Lisa had just called. "Sister, thank you for receiving me so well. I haven't introduced myself well!"

"Please, don't hesitate. You are not just an ordinary guest here, you are just like Randu so act like family."

Aileen nodded even though she still felt awkward. He had not expected that his sister-in-law would be so kind to him. "I'll help you make your baby food!"

Lisa looks so deft doing it, even Aileen admits to being amazed by what Lisa does. He looks sincere with everything he does.

"Oh, yeah. Don't forget to eat breakfast too. I've prepared it for you. Now I have to get ready to go to work."

"Again thanks, brother!"

Lisa nodded, even the woman hugged Aileen tightly. "You've already considered me as my own sister, let alone we're both daughters-in-law in this house, so don't ever feel sorry for me." After saying that Lisa immediately left Aileen in the kitchen.

"Where do you think you're going? When you wake up there is no one in the room!"

"Sister is up? How's safira?" aileen asked Randu who approached her.

"He's in the room. I deliberately left him for a while to look for you. Afraid you're lost!"

Aileen smiled faintly and took Randu back to the room. "So there was Lisa's sister who helped me. She's really nice, even saying that she thinks of me as her sister!"

"You happy?"

"of course. Although I also wonder if Lisa already knows about me and Ms. Amee!"

"Why say that?"

"Just curious!"
