Chapter 13 Intention To Kill Me
The question that was given to Clara with a firm and cold tone made Clara feel that she was a little creeped out to answer the question asked by the queen, which was a question, but when she wanted to start answering that question Violet quickly started talking right away.
"Your Majesty, you look unhappy with the girl who suddenly sat on the chair on the right which is special for important guests like us, right?"
"But take it easy because this does not mean this girl deliberately violated the arrangement of the chair that has been determined by mail,"
"Because of Seyyal's and my own desire that she sit in the middle of you two,"
"Her Majesty the queen try to notice how adorable this little squirrel-like girl is" said Violet who proudly showed Clara like a child who had just managed to walk or sit down to attend a tea party
The queen then chuckled while listening to Violet's words, because she thought it was unusual for a princess of the royal family to speak so proudly and happily. The queen then nodded in agreement when she saw Clara who looked silent like a little squirrel.
"Miss, it looks like you are very close to these two princesses of the royal family huh? Since the royal princess is usually very serious, today look very happy and proud to explain about you,"
"Just tell me where you're from, I won't eat you" said the queen with a smile and a more friendly tone compared to the previous one that left Clara a little surprised without changing her facial expression
"Thank you for the queen's permission,"
"I'm sorry for not sitting in the designated position,"
"My name is Clara Fragrante I come from the Earl family," clara said with a firm and confident look without the slightest fear so that she was not underestimated by the noble girls who were currently focusing their attention on her
Speech from Clara is enough to make the look of the queen's face brighter when listening to her identity introduced in front of all noble girls there.

"How could Duke be interested in dancing with you? And do you want to get engaged to Duke? If you want that I will help you" said the queen happily to Clara, who sat in the middle of Seyyal and Violet
Clara felt a little confused by the queen's words and smile, because when listening to her name the queen instead offered the engagement to Clara in a friendly tone. But, Clara felt she was just admiring the Duke without any feelings so without a second thought Clara immediately shook her head towards the queen.
"Your Majesty, I thank you for the offer,"
"But I don't want to force the will of others to be with me for the rest of his life and I'm sure Mr. Duke must already have the girl he loves in his heart, because he's a good man,"
"And as to the dance itself I don't know also the reason why Duke suddenly invited me to dance," said Clara who looks so grown up answering the question given by the queen makes the queen a little smile satisfied because the girl in front of him is not a person who looks crazy or greedy to power or popularity
"Miss Fragrante, next time you visit the palace don't forget to see me, yeah,"
"Because it seems nice talking to you," the queen's words made all the noble girls in the room very surprised because of the words of a queen who was so sudden to a noble girl who did not have a high family title
The words of the queen were only answered with a nod of understanding by Clara. The girls immediately stared at each other and began gossiping in whispers, although in fact Clara certainly listened to the whispers they did each. Some whispered good things and some whispered bad things, but Clara decided to keep quiet and did not comment much on what they were discussing.
Although Clara could listen to all the whispers to the nobleman, Clara did not feel troubled but her sharp, cold gaze and dense aura of hatred was so felt by herself out of which side it came from, she said, there was not the slightest look of people who saw him like that even though he had turned his head to and fro.
'This is more dangerous than people who want to speak badly behind my back because they could have had the intention to kill me, ' Clara said in her heart as she stared at all the nobles who were still cool themselves
Clara was very unhappy with the situation, disliked that she had to keep it to herself, because right now she was in the circle of nobles where all eyes would pay attention to her.
After feeling the atmosphere at the tea party was very noisy then the queen calmed all the noble girls who were there and continued her show, Everything went smoothly until the end of the event. Because the time was very late afternoon Clara immediately say goodbye and out of the glass garden to the palace hallway to where she first entered the palace.
Amidst her journey to the original palace entrance, Clara suddenly accidentally saw the Duke Freiheit and the Holy Girl talking happily. Not wanting to spoil the atmosphere the two were talking about, Clara quickly walked past the two without saying hello but the Duke Freiheit realized that Clara passed him quickly just as she had when she first met him.
"Dain, are you listening to my story about the tea party or not?" said the Holy Girl with a sharp look towards the smiling man in front of her without looking like he was listening to the girl
The Holy Girl who saw Dain not paying attention to him at all, suddenly shed her tears because she felt ignored by him.
"Dain, you're starting to dislike me, aren't you? Even in our talk you don't look at me anymore," said the Holy Girl with tears flowing suddenly it makes the Duke or Dain immediately wipe the tears of the girl and apologize to her for her mistake that is not focused on speaking
Clara who managed to get out of the palace was breathing hard, because she ran in the hallway to avoid the Duke who was talking to the Holy girl.
"Miss, why are you here again?"
"You were silent the moment we met in the garden and now you look like a breathless person,"
