Chapter 8 Miss Wants Me to Go Home?

Clara who came forward and slapped twice hard at the noble girl made everyone surprised especially Seyyal who was behind her earlier helped her. Clara looks like she is very disappointed, upset and angry with the noble girl in front of her, because it looks so arbitrary and has no manners at all.

Clara thought for a moment then nodded in agreement to allow the duke to drive himself home, as there might indeed be something emergency to discuss with his family. Clara then asked the coachman of her horse carriage to go home first because he was going home with the Duke Freiheit coming home, the coachman agreed and immediately ran the horse carriage.

Clara then boarded the Duke Freiheit's horse-drawn carriage which turned out to be more luxurious than the family's horse-drawn carriage. In the middle of the journey the two did not speak at all, as Clara felt very awkward, she decided to start a conversation with the Duke.

"Lord Duke Freiheit, I'd like to thank you directly for the flowers you gave me some time ago at the time I was sick," clara said with a smile towards the Duke who was staring at the window from the beginning into the horse carriage

The Duke then smiled to see the girl seemed very happy to receive the flowers given.

"Together, I think it would be completely disrespectful if I didn't care for you because you defended me in the park at the time before the party,"
