Duke Cristin stopped his footsteps, he lowered his head looking at the woman in front of him.
The middle-aged woman looked towards Duke Cristin's injured hand. His heart could no longer bear to see the child he cared about always doing stupid things. Then he glanced at his loyal servant. "Get the palace doctor." His order.
"Follow me," Before Empress Briana turned her back. He glanced at Duke Cristin to follow him.
Both stopped at the greenhouse. Empress Briana sat on the white chair. He looked towards the Duke who was still standing. "Sit down,"
Duke Cristin politely sat in front of him. He was still lowered, not wanting to see the sadness in his adoptive mother's eyes.
"Do I need to say it?"
Duke Cristin simply shook his head. Empress Briana closed her eyes, inhaling a deep breath of air. "Until when do you continue to injure yourself, Your Highness the Duke? where's your assertiveness? when should you lie to yourself? until he's gone, you mean." Bentak Empress Briana.
"Mother please don't be like this. I expect a lot from you."
"Empress,"
Empress Briana glanced at the middle-aged man standing beside her loyal servant. "Check him." The palace doctor bowed respectfully. "Excuse me, Your Majesty Duke."
Duke Cristin gave his hand to treat. Again the palace doctor was shocked with a wound on the palm of Duke Cristin. How many times has he seen that wound on the same hand. He felt astonished, wanting to ask, but had no rights.
"The Queen is grateful for her kindness. Please excuse me." Said Duke Cristin who had finished treating.
"Wait,"
Duke Cristin turned back his body, "I invited the Duchess to the palace."
Duke Cristin wrinkled his forehead, suspecting that Empress Briana would say everything.
"Don't worry, I won't say it." Said Empress Briana looking at the look on Duke Cristin's face that was filled with worry.
"Good Empress."
Duke Cristin rode his chariot. Along the way in just sinking into his mind. Without feeling the train had reached the Capital City. Duke Cristin opened his window. He smiled looking at the flower shop. A shop that has memories.
"Stop."
The horse driver stopped the horse. Duke Cristin got off his horse. He immediately put his foot into the shop. His lips kept giving a smile.
"Welcome, sir." Greet the shopkeeper.
"I want to order a blue rose." Duke Cristin smiled. She remembered that her little woman loved flowers. Therefore he wanted to give the flower as a gift from her. Duke Cristin looked towards the white rose. He remembered, the little boy wanted to take the flower, but because he could not reach it. He was finally the one who helped her.
"Viola." Mumbled.
"I want to add the roses. Color white, black and pink." Said Duke Cristin nodded by the waiter who had finished wrapping the roses in the message earlier.
"Take it to Duke Cristin's residence." Duke Cristin then walked out of the shop. Duke Cristin looked towards the dress shop. He turned to go there. Her eyes continued to look one by one at the dress on display. His gaze was fixed towards the blue dress. The dress showed her slender body shape, her chest filled with white pearls. His neck is slightly open and his arms are short. The flickering flickering of the white pearl added to the aura of her beauty.
"This dress is perfect for him." Duke Cristin smiled.
"Pack this dress and deliver it to Duke Cristin's residence." Duke Cristin said to the servant beside him.
Duke Cristin circulated his gaze. His lips are constantly smiling. His heart was filled with a thousand flowers. Buying all the Viola needs makes his heart feel cool and cold. He could not wait to see that smile when the gift reached his residence. During her marriage, she never gave a gift to her little girl.
"Master," said the Knight whose heart also improved. He only hoped that smile would continue to crack on his master's lips.
When entering the train. Duke Cristin listened to a voice he believed to be the voice of his little girl. Duke Cristin again gave his eyes. He's holding his chest. Suddenly the anger overpowered him.
Duke Cristin clenched both of his hands. The wound on his left hand was bleeding again.
Look how happy he is with that person than you are. How much do you mean to him? there will be nothing compared to that man. He's happier with her than with you.
