The Duke's Substitute Wife

The Duke's Substitute Wife
Accidentally

Lilliana scratched her non-itchy head. "Is it true that this medicine can prevent pregnancy? While you've done it,"

Viola looked at Mira asking for an answer.

"I'm sure I can mistress." Mira spoke with a heart full of confidence. Before he asked for the medicine. He first explained by pretending his friend had slept first. He was grateful that there was a medicine that could be taken after sleeping together.

"Did you find Brother?" viola asked to switch the conversation.

"If you've met your sister. I've made sure we're both free of that family." Pekik Liliana was upset. Ever since meeting Viola, Viola's bar-bar attitude followed her mother. Now they are like a couple of brothers fighting.

"Huh," Viola stomped her feet.

"Didn't Mom try?"

"Mom tried Vio. Even I gave Miss Abella's painting to a Knight I trusted."

"Maybe he changed his name or hidden people. The problem was just Abella. I can't see the end." Viola said by propping up his chin.

"How about opening your restaurant tonight?"

"There was already a Marquess promoting it. Just let him offer the Nobles."

Liliana let out a laugh, just now she was listening to her daughter fool the nobility again. "You don't like it, but why are you so close to it."

"It's Mom, I'm just using it. Let the past pass. Don't get picked up, don't remind me."

Viola stood up, he put his foot out of the room.

"Heh, where are you going?" shout Liliana.

Viola turned around, "What am I doing here? I didn't find it."

Lilliana gaped, "Didn't you miss Mom one bit. Even Mom took her time for you. Astagah, he's just becoming so."

"The lady is smiling and angry." Mira bowed, then followed Viola's footsteps.

Viola walked while looking at the vegetables sold on the side of the road. "I thought you bought all these vegetables." Mira nodded, she ordered some fresh vegetables, carrots, tomatoes, potatoes and purple yam to be delivered to Duke Cristin's residence.

"Where have you been?" asking someone made Viola raise his eyebrows. Look at the man in front of him.

"What's wrong? I don't have time to argue with you." Viola passed the man. Duke Cristin also pulled Viola's arm until the two of them looked at each other.

Viola retreated his body, he turned his face feeling his heartbeat racing. "That's it, what's the need? I still want to walk here."

"Did you forget? we must meet His Majesty the Emperor and the Empress."

"Can't we just be tomorrow? I'm still tired." Viola continued her footsteps followed by Duke Cristin making Viola feel uncomfortable.

"Can you not follow me. I don't need to be guarded and followed by you."

"Who's following you? I just follow my footsteps." Losing Duke Cristin made Viola even more annoyed.

Viola walked quickly past Duke Cristin just like that. He subconsciously hit someone who was wearing a robe covering his head. Until the basket containing carrots and tomatoes fell and sprinkled on the ground. "Sorry," said Viola while helping pick up the tomatoes and carrots one by one. And Mira also helped.

"What are you doing?" ask that flat voice.

"I'm doing something wrong, of course I have to take responsibility." Viola stared at him then returned to pick up the carrots one by one.

"No need, you just replace it." Duke Cristin coded Armand to compensate for the loss.

The cloaked woman was getting more and more shaky. He missed the man in front of him. For several months she had missed the warm male figure to her. He missed, his hugs, his embrace, his smile, his cold face and more aptly missed his adorable anger.

"Madamus we will replace it." said Armand politely.

"Duke," he said as he dripped the clear water. He glanced at the man who was arguing with Viola. He immediately left them.
