The Duke's Substitute Wife

The Duke's Substitute Wife
What we see, is not necessarily the reality

Birds had been chirping along with the wind that snuck into the window, the window curtains were waving. It was as if he wanted to tease two people who were sleeping soundly. The blow also caused one of the people to be disturbed. Until he opened his eyelids.

Emm

The girl moved both of her hands. He rubbed his eyes until his vision was clear. His forehead was wrinkled as he looked at the foreign room. He tried to remember, then glanced to the left. It was seen a man who was still asleep hugging his stomach tightly.

Viola looked towards the ceiling. He looked at the man's face. Rubbing his head, there was a sense of pleasure in his heart. Viola felt astonished, there was no way just stroking his head just made him that happy.

Viola carefully moved that burly hand. He slightly shifted, but the burly hand was again wrapped around his stomach.

"Huh," Viola hissed, her stomach could no longer bear to hold her back. He patted Duke Cristin's cheek.

"Your Royal Highness the Duke,"

Emm

Duke Cristin opened his eyes. He smiled, it had been a long time that he wanted the first time he opened his eyes when he woke up. There was only one woman who was first seen by him.

"Vio, man,"

"Wake up, let go of your hand. I have to go to the bathroom." Said Viola moving that burly hand. Viola got down from her soft mattress heading to the bathroom.

While Duke Cristin was inching to sit up, he felt his head as if it were breaking. Last night he spilled his feelings with a bottle of Wine. Duke Cristin looked towards the basin. Unknowingly his eyes looked at the cloth in front of him, then he turned to his hands. A smile appeared on her lips, she was sure Viola was looking after her and taking care of her all night.

If only it were like this

Duke Cristin looked at his body, his face began to blush in embarrassment. "Did he do it?" duke Cristin asked as he rubbed his face.

"Do what?" asked Viola who had unintentionally listened to Duke Cristin's words.

Duke Cristin lowered his head, while Viola only shook his head with a cluck of his waist. "If I don't do it, then who else?" This time he had to endure the embarrassment. Even his whole life. Dropped his pride.

Viola approached, he checked Duke Cristin's forehead with his right hand. "It's not hot."

"Other times if there's a problem don't make me hard." Viola said annoyed. "You know, all night I've had to take care of you. Should if you want to do something, just wait for Brother to come home."

Viola turned her body. He said there was nothing important anymore. What's more today, the inauguration of the store that will be opened. And he already had an appointment with the Marquess.

Viola turned, "Just keep your gratitude." Viola continued his footsteps.

"Hate that for you, for me,"

"It was you who made me hate." Viola said without turning her body.

"Are you going to marry him?"

"Hey, if so, why? I don't think it has anything to do with you. You're the one who broke away with me."

Duke Cristin chose to bow, which Viola said was very true. There's not even the slightest gap. He used to make Viola hate him. The more days, the more she felt pain, but it was all for the sake of her heart in order to never hope again for Viola.

Viola walked out of Duke Cristin's room, glanced at the bowed Knight, then stared straight ahead.

"Madamma, can the madam be a little gentle to you, sir," Armand said with his head lowered.

"Are we begging?" Viola smiled mockingly. "Have you never felt my pain? I hope you can feel it."

"Sometimes, what we see isn't necessarily the reality of Madam."

Viola approached, "What do you mean?" ask Viola. His brain is riddled with riddles. "Answer !" Flick the Viola with a raised voice.

"Armand !" shouted Duke Cristin. Instantly Armand's guts shrunk. He didn't want Viola to know. It was fortunate that he went straight to Armand before he went any further.

"Your Majesty,"

Armand has accepted his sentence. But before that, he had to tell her the truth. He did not want to see his master continue to fall into grief.

"Go."

"Armand hasn't answered my question." Viola's screams couldn't bear to see Armand's departure.

"Nothing to explain. Armand just made it up. Should the Duchess do the Duchess's will." Duke Cristin said back to his room while covering the door violently.
