The Extraordinary Duda
Small Children Offer

"Miss Amber, is Miss Amber willing to be my second mother?" haggling a five-year-old little girl. It was Aara, her name was Aarandita Maverick. The only daughter of a famous businessman, the owner of a well-known branded lingerie company.

Amber, the woman who is Aara's ballet dance teacher can only laugh a little listening to the offer of the child in front of her.

Feeling anxious with Aara's sweet demeanor, Amber gently rubbed the little girl's head and reached out.

Aara received Amber's hand and kissed her.

"Aara go home first, Miss," said Aara.

"Daddy picked you up?"

"Don't know, Aara was waiting in front as usual" she replied.

"You want Miss Agama?"

"No need, thank you, Miss."

For the past three years, Amber has been creating ballet dance classes. Since her divorce from her ex-husband, Amber has lived independently and depends her fate on her skills, namely ballet dance.

In addition to the ballet, Amber also likes children. In the field that he has been in for three years, Amber already has more than fifty students from the age of four to ten years. Amber even now hires a friend who has the same skills to teach.

"Aara really likes you, Amber. Maybe he'll offer you a chance to be his mama" said Renata, Amber's friend and teaching partner.

"She's funny" replied Amber casually. After all, the words of children the age of Aara are not easy to guess. He only says what he wants to say without understanding the meaning with the real meaning.

"There's nothing wrong with being Maverick's wife. The widower with a myriad of charms," joked Renata with a thunderous laugh. Hearing a thing about the wife and marriage alone made Amber feel uneasy. The woman had a deep trauma due to the failure of her household three years ago.

" Shhh!! Don't talk carelessly, Renata. It's not polite for anyone to hear!" reprimand Amber while pinching her friend's thigh.

"Haha, I wonder what's wrong." Renata was still laughing while rubbing the thigh that had just been hit by Amber's pinch.

Today, classes for children are over. Ballet dance classes are only open on Saturdays and Sundays, because for Mondays to Fridays, children are active in their respective schools.

"You don't want us to open a registration for teenagers? There must be a lot of interest" suggested Renata.

"I don't think my abilities are there yet. Our students are enough. If students add, we also have to find additional teachers and spending will be more and more. I'm not ready yet" explained Amber.

"I'm just giving advice, so you don't need extra work. Or we open a full class for a week without a holiday. How's it?" answer Renata.

"Unthinkable, Ren. The problem is, nowadays all levels of school apply full day, so no one will be able to take classes on the active day of school," explained Amber with a long sigh.

Finish the short conversation with Renata. Both are ready to leave the place. A semi-shop house that Amber bought as a future investment as well as a place to teach, is in the middle of a densely populated city. Amber spent all her savings to buy this place, she redesigned the entire building to be a comfortable and fun place for children. As a place to learn, this ballet house is also comfortable to play.

Upon arriving at the gate, Amber and Renata are shocked to find Aara sitting alone. Amber quickly approached the little girl and asked her how she was doing.

"Darling, why haven't you come home yet? No one's coming to pick you up?" ask Amber.

Aara did not answer, and she cried. Amber hugged him, trying to calm the cry of the little girl before him.

"Ren, I'm gonna take Aara home. You can go home first" said Amber.

"Why not just call her dad?" ask Renata.

"Pity Aara if you have to wait again. Our house is in the same direction."

"Yes, be careful, yeah." Renata walks away from Amber and Aara. He lived in a rented house not far from the ballet house.

The day was getting late, meaning that it had been more than an hour Aara sat near the gate of the ballet house to wait for someone to come to pick her up. Now, inevitably Amber had to drive the little girl.

After five minutes of waiting for a taxi, Amber carried Aara in her arms. He understood that Aara must be frightened and worried, because she did not usually wait too long.

Entering an elite housing with various models of classic European style houses, Amber clucked in awe.

"Ah, when can I have a house this big" he murmured inwardly.

Aara, the little girl had already memorized the address of the house and the exact location of her house. He tells Amber to stop in front of a house with a towering white gate.

Amber asks for a waiting taxi, while she has to drive Aara in and make sure that the little girl meets her family.
