"Carlos was a warlord in this city. While the mayor here is named Cho. The two of them were famous as the most powerful witches in the city" explained the servant.

The atmosphere of the city is crowded and the laughter of the residents makes Riko feel happy to come to this city. All this time the place he came to in this world was always in a sad or sad state.
