The Legendary Farmer's

The Legendary Farmer's
Chapter 6 - The Weakest Race

A normal level one-handed sword was now hanging on Paijo's waist, one of several items distributed to the new Zerenians at the end of the briefing before leaving the meadow, of course other than bread, he said, healing potions and energy potions. The healing herb only serves as a useful first aid remedy to close external wounds. As for total healing, the Zerenians had to go to the hospital or be healed by healing magic. Then for the energy potion of course to restore the energy used to activate the skill. The items are now neatly stored in the white bracelet dimension storage room.

Paijo felt the turmoil in his stomach, strange sounds reverberating endlessly there. "I think I'm hungry."

Paijo's poor life on earth made the teenager was used to holding hunger, often even ignoring it until sometimes forgetting if his body needed food intake. As Paijo is now. Actually since leaving the meadow, hunger has undermined Paijo. But out of curiosity about Astrois City which became the starting point of his adventure, Paijo decided to tour first.

The city of Astrois was one of the fifty early cities that became the starting point of the Zerenians. There were a hundred and fifty-five million more new Zerenians scattered in the fifty cities of the hundred and fifty-six races. By rough calculations there were nearly nine hundred thousand creatures killed at the beginning of the transfer. That means each city will be crammed with three million more new Zerenians.

Because of the hunger that kept screaming, Paijo decided to rest and fill the stomach. Paijo directed a step towards a park next to the hospital. Then look for an empty garden chair and sit there.

"I just need to imagine it, right?" Paijo recalled the explanation regarding the dimensional storage space.

After raising his left hand, Paijo imagined a round brown bread and mentioned the name of the food in his heart. Black smoke instantly gushed out from the white bracelet on the wrist, precisely on the previously marked area. Quickly enough the smoke moved into the palm and gathered for a moment there before being sucked back into the bracelet, leaving behind a round brown bun.

"It worked!" Paijo was amazed by the sight that had just caught his eye. After all what he had just seen had never existed on earth and no one would ever be able to do it there. "May it taste good."

A tuukk!

"Eh! This.." Paijo was surprised when his row of teeth touched the bread. Instead of being cut, the bread even makes a sound resembling a light knock. Put simply, the bread in Paijo's hands was hard. But because Paijo's hunger is back to bite, this time with more power. But once again the sound of knocking was heard.

"Is this food or stone?" Paijo began to get annoyed with a lump of bread in his hand. Then hit it into the back of the chair, at that moment the sound of knocking back aloud. "How can I eat food this hard? It's insanity. Who made this unnatural food? Does he want to hurt people? Fuckin' shit!"

Paijo was upset because what was expected was very far from normal. As poor as he was on earth, Paijo never ate food as he had in his hands now. Had it been used as a throwing weapon, the bread in his hand would have been able to directly injure and even kill wild animals.

"Shouldn't it be dipped in water first?" someone said. His voice slowly hardened.

Feeling that the question was directed at him, Paijo turned to the side. About ten meters away was a creature with a body like a pile of rocks. His height was no higher than Paijo, but his body was large and looked extremely hard.

"You talking to me?" Paijo's face turned suspicious and immediately became wary. One of his hands slowly touched the sword hilt on his waist. It is natural that Paijo suspects the figure considering he was almost killed just because of trivial things. Moreover, the figure that was approaching him looked quite threatening and fierce.

"Well! What the fuck is your attitude? Do I look like a criminal?" protest of the stone figure. His expression turned disappointed and decided to stop about three meters from Paijo.

Paijo nodded lightly. At first glance he observed the figure in front of him from top to bottom and only negative things filled his brain when he saw more details of the figure. "Are you a golem?" Paijo asked spontaneously revealing what had crossed his brain.

Hearing Paijo's question, the figure whose body was wrapped in brown clothes and pants inching closer to Paijo and stood in front of him, then leaned forward until their faces were close together. His expression was filled with anger.

"What did you say? I'm golem?"

Paijo nodded quickly. Sweat dripped on his temples. His face turned pale with fear. Very depressed by the intimidation that was being carried out by the figure in front of him.

After a minute their faces were close together and staring at each other, the stone-bodied figure stood straight back up. He sighed. The anger gurat on his face slowly disappeared, changing resignedly. "Don't equate me with that brainless lowly monster! You're fucking!"

"Eh! You're not a golem?"

The stone-bodied figure shook his head, then took a few steps back. "Of course not. I don't know what kind of golem you mean, but obviously the golem in my homeland can't do this." The figure put up the horses and bent his left hand as if he was holding a shield in front of the body. From the fingertips to the elbows, the textured skin of the stone figure extends vertically. Continues to widen while making a crackling sound until it looks like a shield. The other hand also changes. His sizable fist turned into a ball of thorns.

"Wow!" Paijo could only be amazed at the ability of the figure in front of him.

As far as Paijo's memories were concerned, there was no golem capable of turning any part of his body into something. Of the various games, the body of the golem is only made of a large pile of stones and sometimes master one of the natural elements. Although both look like that, the golem that Paijo remembers in the game is very different from the figure in front of him. The body of the figure in front of him was smaller and slender, while the stone array on his body was also small in size and numbered in abundance.

"Where did you get that skill?" Paijo asked enthusiastically.

The forehead and eyebrows of the stone-bodied figure frowned. His vision was sharp with thought. Returning to his feet, the figure restored the shape of his hands and asked, "Skill? Are you seriously asking like that? Comeon! You're not kidding, are you?"

Paijo who heard the interlocutor asked back became confused. "I'm not kidding. Comeing! Tell me where did you learn that skill? Can you take me there?"

Hearing Paijo's reply which did not match his estimation, the stone-bodied figure sighed resignedly. Then sat down next to Paijo and took out a loaf of bread and a bottle of water from his dimension storage. "It! Water this water on your bread. Wait for a while until the texture of your bread softens" said the stone-bodied figure as he thrust a bottle of water into Paijo.

Paijo unceasingly followed the instructions of the figure next to him. After a while of watering, the texture of the bread completely turns soft. Paijo ate it greedily, stuffing all the bread into his mouth until his cheeks bulged.

"Whoever!" Paijo stroked his stomach, which no longer spoke. "By the way from where did you know this hard bread can be used only by watering? You can eat it directly."

"I saw the Zerenian of your race eat it like that. And when I saw you eating it stupidly, I immediately felt pity and approached you. So what kind of race are you really?"

Having a serious impression on the last question of the stone figure, Paijo's expression also turned serious. Although only a simple question about race, but Paijo felt there was compassion to be conveyed to him.

"Man! Is there something wrong with my race?"

The stone-bodied figure did not immediately reply. He tried to sort out the words so that what he wanted to say did not offend Paijo. "Look! But I apologized earlier. I have absolutely no intention of insulting or demeaning. But I think your race is very weak."

What the stone-bodied figure revealed was quite shocking to Paijo. Although quite painful when hearing the opinions of creatures from other races about the weakness of humans, Paijo remained calm. He thinks it's better to hear the reason why the figure thinks like that.

"How come? What because...?"

"Eitherway! That's why I asked you. But after talking to you, even if it's only for a moment, the reason why you're so weak must be because your race doesn't have any basic skills."

"Basic skill? Is there anything like that?"

The stone figure smiled. It was a smile filled with concern. "From the many races I've encountered, all of them have basic skills. Of course, each race has different basic skills. For example, like I did earlier. Maybe because you don't have the basic skills many of you killed."

"Kill it?"

"Yes. Today alone more than a thousand were killed while hunting. While the injured, be it light or heavy, were close to the number of ten thousand. It's just in this town. Therefore, the human race is labeled as the weakest race and is very unappreciated by other races. And it's been going on since the first wave of Zerenian was transferred to this world."

Paijo tried to remember what he saw while circling the city. If you pay attention, there are indeed many humans who are swept on the streets with various kinds of injuries. Even in front of the hospital they were also seen waiting in line. Many were also among those whose bodies were bandaged.

A very sad reality. Paijo actually does not care too much about the title of the weakest race or underestimated by other races. But when he heard so many people were killed and injured, sadness immediately stopped and made Paijo unable to say anything. Although all dead Zerenians would come to life after a year of Gedhetenan Land, or ten years of earth time, their death would still make anyone who knew him feel lost.

This is a reality that must be accepted. Although Paijo did not know them, they were still one race with him. Just why didn't anyone warn of this terrible thing in the first place? Why is there also no one explaining the basic skills at the time in the meadow? This was tantamount to steering the human race into the abyss of death.
