Sean closed Salwa's eyes using the black cloth he had prepared. Salwa just kept silent while holding her husband's fingers, who were now sitting in the passenger cabin of the car that would take them to the event site.
Salwa's grip was tightened when the car drove quickly on the asphalt. Sean could sense that Salwa was nervous waiting for the surprise Sean had given him.
"You sweating?" Sean felt that Salwa's hand grip was slightly soaked by sweat to amaze him.
"I'm nervous" Salwa replied honestly.
Sean smiled, then cupped Salwa's hand in his other hand. Make sure to his wife that everything will be fine.
The motorcade stalled on a beach, Salwa could feel it as a gentle breeze blew across her face waving at the dress she was wearing as her feet were on the ground.
The smell of sea water that refreshes his sense of smell with the cold air that suddenly penetrated the skin makes Salwa sure that he is currently on the beach.
"Is this on the beach?" asked Salwa who could not help her curiosity.
"Hold my hand tightly, lest you fall down" Sean said, ignoring Salwa's question.
Salwa said there was nothing she could do but follow her husband. He has to be patient for anything. A little more patience might make the surprise even sweeter.
Slowly he moved his legs very carefully with his hands tightly grasping Sean's hands. Not long after they finally stopped at a place, Sean positioned himself behind Salwa then whispered softly in his ear.
"Happy Annyversary my wife" Sean said, opening the black cloth that closed Salwa's eyes.
Salwa gaped at what was in front of her eyes. A wedding decoration that is so luxurious filled with white roses arranged beautifully on the table and on the roof and edges of the tent. Salwa closed her open mouth, she did not expect her husband to give her a very beautiful surprise, even imagining it he never had.
"Do you like it? It's not inferior to Abust's wedding, is it?" sean whispered once again in Salwa's ear.
"Are you kidding me? It's.very beautiful. I'm not dreaming, am I?"
Salwa walked closer to the area where the original flowers were laid out so beautifully on the table then picked them up. He sniffed the fragrant aroma of the flowers he took, making his nose feast on enjoying the aroma of the white rose while closing his eyes.
Sean caught up with her behind, then placed his arms crossed over Salwa's shoulder which made the woman turn towards him.
"You planned all this yourself? Thank you," Salwa said sincerely.
"As long as you're happy, I'll do what I can" Sean said as he looked at Salwa's face with a full look.
Salwa smiled and hugged her husband by thanking him many times.
Every woman would dream of getting married to someone she loves and holding a simple wedding party that will be attended by close relatives and friends. But when Salwa finds herself married with no celebration or someone nearby congratulating her, she can only accept it with joy.
Never once did he regret all the messages of God that had been written to him. Whether there is a party or not, is no longer a question as long as her husband is responsible and loves her. However, when Sean gives a wonderful sweet surprise in the fourth year of his marriage, the beautiful dream comes back but not in the form of fantasy or fantasy but a reality. It made Salwa's heart touched with a very haru taste.
Salwa could not say anything more, she was moved to get such a special surprise. So that he can only flank Sean's arm to hug him with a happy smile.
"Since the main cast has arrived, we'll start the party."
Sean looked back, instructing his men to let the invited guests enter the arena.
Salwa could hardly believe seeing so many guests who had been waiting for their arrival for so long.
Kinan was carried by David with Marcus beside them. The three walked over towards Sean and Salwa to congratulate him.
"Congratulations, may your marriage be filled with happiness and kept away from the mala havoc." Marcus congratulates Sean by hugging the man full of familiarity.
Sean returned the hug with just as warm. "Thank you, I hope you'll catch up soon."
Marcus just chuckled at the answer from his cousin while gently hitting Sean's back and then let go of his embrace accompanied by the laughter of both.
Now it's David and Kinan's turn to congratulate Sean and Salwa. "Congratulations, I'm so happy for you. May you endure until death do you part."
David hugged his only son tightly, he shed tears of joy when the two bodies docked together. He did not expect to see a happy moment Sean in his old age like this. Although this was not a real wedding party but David could see happiness in the eyes of the two.
"Dad, dad," Kinan's voice distracted Sean and David. The two adults looked at the little boy gently.
Sean immediately raised the tiny body in his carry with his left arm as a pedestal and questioned his handsome son. "What's wrong?"
"What father is this brother?" said Kinan eagerly billed his father's promise to give him a sister.
Hearing the words of Kinan Salwa poking her husband's waist with a gaze demanding an answer, but only avenged by Sean's ruckus.
"Not yet, be patient" whispered Sean in Kinan's ear so that Salwa would not hear his words.
"Yet? if becok?" ask Kinan again with a look of expectant face.
Sean grimaced to get an adorable look on his son's face, but then he whispered again in Kinan's ear. "When it's done, Kinan is the first person I'll tell you."
"Promise?" said Kinan while thrusting his little finger.
"Promise." Sean with a face solemnly welcomed his son's little finger to him to associate it with his own finger.
The two men with similar faces then laughed cheerfully.
"Can I bring my nephew?" Leon suddenly arrives with Fang Yi to join Sean's extended family. Leon said as he showed the toy of the airplane in front of Kinan making the boy scream pleasure.
Leon chuckled, swiftly the man took over Kinan to be invited to play on the white sandy beach land.
"Be careful looking after her," cried Sean as Leon took Kinan away. The man simply pointed his thumb at him to raise it up high without turning his head towards Sean. Fang Yi came with her because he felt that there was no one else he knew in that place.
Salwa's family also came, saw Samsul Arifin, Darmini and his three younger siblings come.
Salwa smiled seeing her family also present at her wedding anniversary party, once again Salwa looked at Sean who also looked at her with a smile to each other.
"Happy!" Salwa immediately rushed to hug her mother, the two great women hugged tightly with an equally happy feeling.
"Congratulations, I'm so grateful you got your happiness. Find an amazing husband who loves you. May you live happily ever after." Darmini said prayers and wishes for her eldest daughter while wiping her tears several times.
"Thank you," that's the only word that can be said on Salwa's lips with a smile on her lips.
Samsul Arifin who came also congratulated him by hugging his daughter-in-law warmly. He patted Sean on the back while sincerely thanking him.
"Thank you for making my daughter happy. Thank you for accepting and loving her, thank you."
"No need to thank me. I'm the one who should thank you for educating your daughter so well that she grew up to be an amazing woman. Thank you." Thank you."
The two men took off their arms while smiling happily.
The invited guests, especially Sean's business associates, alternately shook hands to congratulate and pray well to Sean and Salwa. Not to forget also some gifts that were deliberately brought as a wedding anniversary gift for both of them.
Salwa's friends were also invited by Sean, especially friends who had bullied Salwa first. Yes, Sean has investigated everything related to Salwa's past and his friends who often insult and disturb his wife.
Angela came with her father, Alif Reynan. Previously Angela felt unwilling to attend the invitation, she felt Salwa would definitely mock her and it was the same as her being humbled. However, his father insisted on attending the event because he was the headmaster of the school where Sean was the main donor at his school. It would be inappropriate if he did not attend such an important event, right?
Even so with Angela, besides herself is a friend of Salwa's generation. She was also an employee at one of Sean's subsidiary companies.
Beyond Angela's estimation, it turns out Sean accepted her to occupy a seat of administrative staff at his branch company. Not a coincidence, but Sean deliberately set it up. He just wanted to show that Angela's current position was far below Salwa, so that she would realize who she was compared to Salwa.
Some of Angela's friends also attended Salwa's wedding anniversary. How not, even though they felt embarrassed because they had previously often sneered, insulted and even demeaned Salwa in front of many people but they still wanted to come to the event.
Not responsible, though, Sean gives a souvenir of a twenty-four-carat gold coin weighing five grams which on the surface is engraved his name and the name of Salwa along with the date of their wedding that was four years ago to all the invited guests who attending her wedding anniversary. Wouldn't that be a pity to miss, would it? So that all the friends of Salwa thicken their faces just to congratulate Salwa even though only on the lips to get the precious souvenir.
Varo and his parents also join in, alternately greeting Sean and Salwa. Not forgetting Sean thanked Varo's father for his help all this time to him.
Varo reached out to Sean who was immediately greeted by a firm and slightly pressing hand post. Unexpectedly Sean pulled Varo's hand towards him then gave the man a hug as if the two were close friends.
"If you're still wondering how I can marry her, you can ask your father. Because your father helped me marry her," whispered Sean deliberately provoking while patting Varo on the back.
Varo only glanced in annoyance after Sean let go of his embrace, then he turned towards Salwa. The woman looked very beautiful with her shady smile. How he could end up being the husband of a wealthy businessman might already be his destiny path.
Varo can only see it without being able to have, and he must have the pleasure of ever being an important person in Salwa's heart, even though it was only for a short while. Time cannot be repeated, regretting uselessly so he must take for granted what has become the path of their destiny. Maybe God is arranging a match meeting that will come soon.
"Congratulations, may you be happy with him. And if he lets you down, you can come to me."
"You!" Sean blocks Varo's hand by staring intently at him, but Varo immediately brushes aside and leaves not wanting to deal with the horrible man.
Varo walks out of the party area, down the beach while throwing small pebbles there that are getting farther and farther as if to vent his frustration.
Sean Paderson married Salwa who was eleven years younger, how could such a man like a very innocent young girl like Salwa? Wait, eleven years younger? Or perhaps God had prepared a soul mate for Varo, a girl eleven years younger than him. If Varo is currently twenty-three years old, it means that his soul mate could still be twelve years old and that means he is still in the sixth grade of elementary school.
Varo hurriedly shook his head, thinking about that terrible thing. How could he love such a young girl?
BUGHGH
"Oh," Varo complained as the ball was thrown right in his head.
"Sorry, not intentionally." A little girl looked timid because the ball she was wearing hit the head of an unknown person.
Varo took the ball in annoyance, he wanted to kick the ball into the middle of the sea to be swept away by the waves that were either going to take him anywhere. Who knows with the drift of the ball, also drifting his sense of regret at this time. When his foot was about to kick the ball, the view of the girl who owned the ball looked pitiful, making Varo undo his intentions, not heart.
The girl seemed hesitant, wanting to go forward took the ball from Varo's hand but not brave because Varo's face looked so upset and unfriendly.
Realizing that, Varo bowed and called the little girl to take the ball in her hand.
"Come here, get your ball!" said Varo trying to gently persuade the girl.
The girl shook her head then a few seconds later a smile appeared on the little girl's lips that made her look sweet. He walked a little quickly while half-running towards Varo's place. The long skirt he wore was waving in the wind as well as his horse-tailed hair with short bangs that were not neat made a funny and adorable impression if viewed.
The girl stretched out her hands waiting for the ball to be thrown at her, and Varo quickly threw it slowly for the girl to catch it easier.
"Thank you" said the girl, showing her sweet smile. Varo wanted to shake his hand but the sound of shouting unbolded his intentions.
"Azlina, come here!" A man called the girl's name.
The girl looked over and answered with the same scream. "Yes bang Ahsan, wait!" he answered while running leaving Varo who was sculpting alone.
