Chapter 247. Don't Try.
“He's in the interrogation room right?” xavier asked again to rush out of Stevan's room. He was convinced the woman was there because just a moment ago Stevan said that.
Stevan who saw Xavier who was about to exit his room immediately stood up. He immediately wanted to chase after Xavier who had gone first towards the interrogation room. Xavier knows the place. He had previously participated in and interrogated Mr. Peter.
“Xavier! Xavier!” shouts Stevan who tried to block the move from Xavier. Of course he didn't want Xavier to do anything to Devina.
But Xavier didn't slow down. He even more quickly stepped in so that Stevan did not halting him. Xavier then saw the room at the end of the hall where it is now. Once he had reached in front of him without hesitation he immediately opened the room. And Stevan was immediately shocked to see what Xavier was doing.
It wasn't just Stevan who was shocked. The police and Devina in the room were shocked by what Xavier was doing. Suddenly someone opened the room during an ongoing interrogation.
Devina looked at her ex-husband's face that looked flat. He was a little happy to see Xavier's face again. She missed this guy enough. He hadn't seen her in a long time.
“Xavier?” devina asked in shock. Didn't expect to see him here.
“Xavier!” stevan said in conjunction with Devina. Xavier did not flinch with those two calls. He just stared at the face of the woman who looked a little excited to see him. A pretty face that covered how rotten her heart was.
“Commander?” ask the police inside to see Stevan. He was confused as to why this was so suddenly.
“Xavier.” Stevan tries to reprimand Xavier, who is exposed to his emotions. What this woman in front of him did was simply unable to tolerate. He's already risked the lives of two people who are most precious to Xavier at once.
“I just want to talk to him. You can watch from next door,” Xavier said in a flat tone but instead made Stevan increasingly able to feel the gripping air of Xavier. Even a person like him was distressed by it and he did not dare to refute Xavier's words which were like an unfaithful edict.
“Ehm, okay. We just keep an eye from next to.” Stevan's orders to his men who were interrogating Devina earlier. The two men immediately left Xavier. Feeling the gripping air surrounding the man. Only Devina looks sumringah.
Xavier looked at the woman who looked so happy to see herself. He slowly closed the door of the interrogation room.
“Xavier, how are you? Haven't seen you in a long time?” devina asked happily Xavier walked towards her. Stop right at the limit of the iron table that was between them.
“What have you done to Graciella?” Xavier's tone of voice was so cold that it made anyone shiver instantly. His dark black eyes were sharp, judgmental. His face was flat with no emotion to read.
Davina frowned. He had not been affected by what Xavier had done. He had known Xavier for a long time. He can't even be angry at a woman. Especially doing something. This man is a real man.
“I just want to say this. And you must remember! Don't ever call my wife again! If you dare to contact him. Then I will not hesitate to do something to you,” said Xavier with his fierce face.
Devina just rolled her eyes. Look, Xavier only dared to threaten like this. Of course it never makes Devina vociferous. Anyway, Wife? When did they get married?
“You married that cheap lady?” devina asked who instead switched the conversation.
Xavier frowned. “Do not switch the conversation and never call my wife with a cheap woman. Or ...”
“Or what?! You want what? Wanna hit me? Just hit! Or you're afraid because there are many who will be witnesses that you dare to hit a woman,” Jerk Devina. “Again she is a cheap woman. Where is a woman who seduces another man when she is already the wife of someone!”
“You don't look at what you're doing.”
“I did this because you never did your duty as a husband!”
“Enough! I'm not here to argue with you! I'll just warn you. Once again you dared to call my wife and cause her that way. Then I will not hesitate to do something to you even if you are a woman! Remember that!” xavier said with a tone that was so pressing and also so horrible. Devina saw the anger go silent for a moment. Xavier was never this angry at her.
Xavier who saw Devina was speechless thought that the woman already understood about the ultimatum she had just given Devina. He was trying to control himself. Besides she still remembers Devina is a woman. He had also promised Stevan that he would only warn this woman. Xavier immediately turned his back on wanting to get out of the room.
“I won't stop until it makes your lives fall apart like the one he made me. I will continue to do things that will torment him! If necessary I will make him unable to feel happiness! You heard it was Xavier! I swear! It won't stop until I can see that woman dying miserable!” devina shouted with emotion. He really hates Graciella. For her, she killed all her dreams. All his ideals live with a Xavier. He took his first and last love. He separated himself from his obsession.
Hearing that, Xavier really couldn't take it anymore. He could not tolerate what Devina said. She was so emotional hearing Devina wanted to make Graciella tormented. Because that was from earlier when Devina took her vow of absorption. Xavier had already clenched his hands tightly.
Xavier instantly turned back his body and with full force hit the iron table that was in front of him. It was as if venting all his emotions onto that table. That certainly made Devina so shocked. Not only Devina, Stevan and the others who were behind the two-way glass were immediately shocked.
The punch was so powerful that it made a loud sound. Devina was immediately stunned to see that. His eyes glanced towards Xavier's hand that was still clenched on the table. Still trembling held back his emotions.
“Do not try to penetrate my patience. Or maybe I'll lose my mind and not this table will take my hit. Maybe this could happen to you. Remember that! Don't try!”
