The Love Trap of the Ruler.

The Love Trap of the Ruler.
Chapter 4. I want that doctor.

“Eh? You are a doctor?” the soldier asked a little doubtfully, he was afraid that this woman was only bragging out of curiosity what was ahead there.

“Yes! this is my duty card at the hospital.” Graciella handed me the card. The man read it for a moment.

“What do you bring emergency equipment to?” ask the man a little doubt. Maybe because Graciella is a woman.

Graciella glanced at the back seat of her car, coincidentally this afternoon some items from the hospital were indeed tucked into her. Up in the back seat was now filled with some equipment and medicine.

“Yes," short Graciella replied.

“Good. Oi! I've got the doctor!” the soldier shouted immediately at his shocked friend. How can it be so fast?

Graciella's coming out. Fortunately, he still wears his doctor's suit. He then took the equipment in his back seat.

“About what happened?” ask Graciella quickly. He wanted to determine what he should bring in there.

“I think there are injured. Most likely, a gunshot wound,” obviously the soldier received the item that was passed by Graciella.

Graciella paused for a moment. “Shootout?”

“There's a diplomat's house ahead. They were taken hostage by several inmates who had just escaped from prison. They are armed,” the soldier explained. Yes, she should inform her condition to this female doctor, if she doubts it is better to look for another. The commander would not like it if later this doctor escaped from there.

Graciella was silent for a moment, but after that she deftly picked up a few items. He immediately walked towards the brikade. Leaving the soldier quite shocked by his actions. He thought Gracilella would undo his intentions but there was even a woman who was very excited.

"Can you open this?" graciella asked to see a roadblock that made her unable to walk.

"Oh! oi! help the doctor to get in! come on!" the soldier called his friends. They immediately teamed up to help Graciella enter the forbidden territory.

Graciella raised her eyes. The atmosphere there felt very different. The tense aura directly affected Graciella. But he can't be too fixated.

“Where is the doctor?” the heavy voice of the man sounded anxious.

Graciella immediately searched for the source of the sound. He saw a man complete with army uniforms exerting pressure on the supine man's chest not moving so that his wounds no longer bleed. Graciella swiftly ran over and crouched down in front of the man.

“Do it continue,” command Graciella while taking her gear.

Heard the voice of the woman in front of him. Xavier looked straight at Graciella. “You?” Xavier looked to be raising his eyes. “Who brought women to this place?” yell Xavier hard.

“Each Commander, I!” said the soldier who was reprimanding Graciella. His face was already afraid of being scolded by his commanding officer who was famous for this perfectionist.

“Bring this woman out of here!”

“Hei!" snapped Graciella. Xavier frowned, while the other soldiers raised his eyes. How dare that woman yell at their commander. “Why? just because I'm a woman you don't trust me? I'm a doctor! you want him dead in your hands? keep pressing the wound! I have to check it out quickly!” cerca Graciella was upset at being humbled. She is a woman, but she has a lot of dedication to her profession. Seeing a patient like this, of course, he will not leave.

“What is the cause of his wound?” graciella's been busy.

“Piercing gun,” Xavier replied.

Graciella observed the state of the victim lying on the street. He looked asphyxiated and started to fidget slowly as well as becoming more unconscious. Graciella checked the results of her previous blood pressure measurements, her blood pressure was low and her pulse was weakened. Then Graciella listened to the sound of her heart, the beat was fast but the voice was weakened. In addition Graciella saw the veins in her neck protruding. He's sure this is Beck’s Triad. A special sign for cardiac tamponade, a condition in which a buildup of fluid or air in the pericardium chamber causes intense pressure on the heart.

"It's an emergency!" obviously Graciella without noticing Xavier.

"Then?"

"I have to take immediate action. Can't wait any longer. It was only 10 minutes before he lost his life to drowning by his own blood."

Xavier looked at Graciella who was also looking at him trying to convince Xavier that he was capable of doing so. "Do it now, you got my permission."

Graciella nodded quickly. He knows he's against time. “You!” Graciella pointed to a soldier carrying Graciella's bag earlier. “Give me that bag!”

“Quickly give him his bag,” Xavier's command that sees so seriously Graciella takes care of this patient.

The soldier immediately handed over Graciella's bag of supplies. As if in a match, everything he needed was here. Fortunately he had time to take an anesthetic syringe that he could use for pericardiosynthesis - the act of removing fluid from the heart membrane - in the victim. Graciella immediately put on her gloves and prepared the tools she needed.

"Push alcohol into my hands" Graciella ordered. Xavier instantly did as Graciella ordered.

Graciella attaches an anesthetic needle to a medium-sized injection. Graciella then took the alcohol paper.

“I will do the liquid dispensing. Get your hands off, I gotta clear the area. Didn't you call an ambulance? after this he should also still be given further treatment."

Xavier only looked at Graciella with his sharp eyes. Graciella frowned. But Xavier threw away his gaze and released his hand pressure on the man's wounded blood.

"Why is the medical team so long?" yelled Xavier again immediately to his feet as he continued to pay attention to what Graciella was doing who was beginning to ascertain where she would insert the needle in the man's chest.

"Report! they're heading this way, Commander. Will be here soon."

Xavier nodded slowly. He then noticed Graciella who was steadily inserting the needle into the place he had set. Graciella tried to catch her breath and get her organized. He must be calm, because even though this action requires complications because the wrong procedure to do it is equally dangerous. So actually this action can be said to be full of risk.

Xavier noticed Graciella, whose hands did not even wobble during the stabbing, looked very well trained and so serious. Before long he saw the injection filled with blood. Graciella breathed a little relief, her diagnosis was correct.

"Report Commander! they're in contact" a soldier who handed Xavier a communication device reported.

"What do you want now?" xavier asked with a heavy charismatic voice. Gracilella who was still busy sucking the blood was moved briefly glanced at the man who looked resolute in front of her.

"I want that doctor!"
