Kara rushes into a hospital, she receives a message from Justin asking for help accompanying Jeff.

Kara half ran a little into the lobby. He looked up to find Justin. He found Justin sitting on a waiting bench. Kara approached.

"Sorry to wait a long time!"

"Oh, it's okay, I haven't been here long either. Sorry to bother you." Justin.

"How are you doing?"

"Just a little tired. Finished filming in Las Vegas, making my body often get tired easily."

Kara saw Justin's face pale.

In the distance, Jeff steps toward Kara and Justin.

"Sorry waiting. How are you?" Say hello to Jeff while greeting Kara and Justin.

"Jeff, can you help Justin, check how bad the cancer is? Or a solution to a cure." Ask Kara.

"Okay, let's go to my room! Later so that lab tests and follow-up checks."

Kara and Justin follow Jeff, and they enter a not so big room.

"Please sit down."

Kara and Justin sit opposite Jeff.

"How long has it been since a cancer diagnosis?"

"About three months ago, when I arrived my throat was sore and the voice suddenly disappeared. At first I thought it was a cough, but for a week it didn't heal. I checked in the emergency unit of the hospital, the doctor suggested I consult a pulmonologist. Yeah, after that, I got early-stage cancer." Justin's Story.

"All right, I'll do a check-up for you. Let's go to the lab for blood sampling!"

Justin and Kara follow Jeff into another room, where an officer greets them.

"Kara, you can go home. I can be alone because it must be long." Justin patted Kara's back.

Kara stood up to Jeff, "Please help Justin, let me know if anything happens! " Kara's Message to Jeff.

"Thank you, Kara."

Kara leaves the hospital, feeling sorry for Jeff. He went to the store to rest for a while.

He ordered a cup of coffee and a burger set to accompany him to rest. Kara takes her place in the corner that used to be Josh's favorite.

"Can I accompany her lunch?" There was a familiar voice in her ear, Kara turned to the direction of the voice.

"Keviiin..!" Kara half-cried in disbelief to see Kevin standing in front of her.

For a moment he patted her on the face, convinced that it wasn't a dream, then touched Kevin's chest with his index finger, and it was real.

Kara hugged her lover tightly as if she would not let go. Kevin kissed Kara's hair and looked at her lover.

"Happy birthday." Her speech.

Ami and Matilda came out of the kitchen with a cake with candles. Kara took off her embrace, and blew the candle.

"Happy birthday..!!" All the employees in the shop.

"Thank you everyone. I forgot that today is my birthday." Kara patted his forehead.

Everyone laughed at Kara's behavior.

Kevin still hugged Kara's shoulder, then guided her to his original seat.

They sat side by side enjoying a burger and coffee while looking at each other.

"I'm staying near here. Tomorrow I'll go see Grandma. You want to accompany me?" Ask Kevin. Kara agreed.

They finish their meal, then leave the tavern to the hotel where Kevin is staying.

"How did you get here without informing me?" Kara folded both hands on her chest.

Kevin approached, "I want to surprise you!" while looking at Kara's nose.
