Ep 147's. Han Ze Xing's Guess
Four eunuchs brought Consort Zhou Yi Mei's body back to the room, they called the court physician to check on Consort Zhou Yi Mei's state.
After a while of examining the wounds on Consort Zhou Yi Mei's face and body, the healer gave the servant a prescription of medicine.
Han Ze Xing is told by the palace physician that Consort Zhou Yi Mei is fine. There were only bruises on her face and body, but the girl's life was not threatened by the minor wounds.
"Take good care of him!" han Ze Xing's orders.
"Okay Your Majesty." replied the Palace Physician.
Han Ze Xing smiled sinisterly after the Palace Physician walked out of his room.
"You guys who want the position as Crown Princess and concubine. Don't blame anyone if your lives are lost in this cold palace" Han Ze Xing said.
"Your Majesty, you have not visited King Wei and the Empress" said one eunuch.
"Prepare the horse carriage, I'll be there now" Han Ze Xing replied.
Han Ze Xing visited the residence of King Wei, when he entered the residence, he saw Zhou Yi Thing who was trying to catch butterflies in the garden.
"The girl looks so happy." Han Ze Xing's inner.
Han Ze Xing continued his steps, Zhou Yi Thing accidentally bumped into Han Ze Xing's body.
Zhou Yi Thing's once cheerful face became gloomy and frightened upon seeing Han Ze Xing. His body trembled, he dashed away from Han Ze Xing.
"What's wrong with that girl? Why was she scared when she saw me?" inner Han Ze Xing.
Han Ze Xing thought for a moment before continuing his steps, yet he still did not know the reason why the girl was so frightened upon seeing him.
Zhou Yi Thing walked into the room and locked the door. He sat on the floor with his body still trembling.
Han Ze Xing met King Wei first before seeing his newly born little cousin.
Han Ze Xing gave a bright green jade necklace as a gift for the Prince's birth.
"Did he have a name?" ask Han Ze Xing.
"Not yet, do you want to give her a name?" ask King Wei.
"What if Han Ze Yin's name?" ask Han Ze Xing.
"Good name and matches the name of the first Prince. Han Ze Xin, Han Ze Yin." said King Wei.
"Your name is Han Ze Yin, do you like her?" se Se asked her little baby.
"Seeing her wide and cheerful smile, it seems like she really likes the name Ze Xing gave her" King Wei said.
"What about your wedding Crown Prince? Did those two girls give you a headache?" ask Se Se.
"Lumayan, they seem to be a great fit. I just let them play together without intervening. Just see who will be the winner" Han Ze Xing replied.
"I didn't expect my nephew to be so cruel either" King Wei said.
"I'm just giving a lesson to people who deserve it" Han Ze Xing replied.
"Do you not intend to find a wife who suits you Your Majesty?" ask Se Se.
"I haven't found a suitable girl. Hmm. earlier when I walked here, I saw a girl in the park. Is he a waiter here?" ask Han Ze Xing.
"You mean the pretty girl who likes to play with butterflies?" ask Se Se.
"The girl is the older brother of Zhou Yi Mei, her name is Zhou Yi Thing. Don't bother her, she's a good girl." Se Se said.
"I didn't bother the girl but she looked frightened when she saw me." Han Ze Xing replied.
"Fear?" se Se and King Wei said at the same time.
"Yes, she was terrified and ran away as soon as she saw my face" Han Ze Xing replied.
"Maybe the bad events that happened to him made him scared when he saw the men near him" said Se Se.
"No, he wasn't scared when he saw Yu and the other bodyguards wandering around the room" replied King Wei.
"Then, there's only one reason why he's afraid of me. She was the girl who was in the room with me back then. But why would he let his sister take his place?" inner Han Ze Xing.
"What happened to her?" ask Han Ze Xing.
"Follow me to the study, the Empress and the Prince have a lot of rest" King Wei asked.
King Wei explained everything that had happened to Zhou Yi Thing. Han Ze Xing's heart felt even more guilty for being one of the jerk men who had already harassed Zhou Yi Thing.
"Uncle, it seems like she was the girl I was with in the room at the time, not her sister Zhou Yi Mei" Han Ze Xing said.
"I also feel that way, because the room you entered back then was Zhou Yi Thing's room, not Zhou Yi Mei's." replied King Wei.
"Why didn't Uncle tell me?" ask Han Ze Xing.
"That girl is not fit to be your concubine, she is just a kind weak girl" replied King Wei.
"Is Uncle planning to let the girl continue living in this residence?" ask Han Ze Xing.
"I hope she can find a man who truly loves her despite knowing what has happened to her in the past. But if she wants to settle down during her time here, I don't mind feeding one more person. I will not become poor just because I received one girl in the residence." replied King Wei.
"How about the Queen? Wouldn't he feel jealous and hurt if Uncle accepted another girl in this place?" ask Han Ze Xing.
"He wouldn't think like that. The Empress is a very understanding girl, if I banish Zhou Yi Thing it is possible that the Empress will immediately yell and scold me." replied King Wei.
"Right, she is indeed a very kind girl." Inner Han Ze Xing.
"What are your plans for the two women? You're going to let them keep making a fuss in the Palace?" ask King Wei.
"I'll expel the two women when the time comes" Han Ze Xing replied.
