020 - Rescue Mission (2)

Now, Rian, Victor, and Arya were tracing the long hallway that led them to the center of the mansion. During the trip, not infrequently they met with Herman's men who saw them and intended to attack. However ….

Not yet had they drawn their swords, Victor quickly unleashed his black dagger instantly killing them.

Every time it happened, Arya always shook and always tried to ask him to stop the action, until finally making Victor annoyed and could not bear it anymore.

"Actually what are you doing, huh?! Do you want me to kill you too?" victor snapped while pushing Arya's body away from him violently.

"Your actions are too much! We can take them down instead of having to kill them, right?"

"You kidding? What if they wake up and attack us again when we're off guard?"

Arya was silent, she could not speak anymore because she felt cornered.

"Which way again?" rian asked breaking the silence that occurred.

Instantly they both turned to look at Rian who was now at the end of the hall. Victor, who could not stand Arya, left him and walked towards Rian.

At the end of the hallway, Victor saw a very large room. There are two stairs located on the left and right of the room that both lead to the second floor. 

Under the second floor there are three hallways that lead deep inside.

"Where should we go?" ask Rian again.

"If you want to save your friend you should go to the hallway on the second floor. But it seems .. there is someone who wants to welcome our arrival" Victor replied with a grin.

Arya and Rian did not understand her words. However, suddenly there was a clapping sound coming from a hallway on the second floor that Victor had pointed at.

Shortly after, Herman emerged from the hallway on the second floor and stopped while staring at the three of them with a cynical look.

"We meet again. Especially you, fucking Victor!" greeting Herman with a murderous aura leads to Victor.

"Yes, we're finally reunited. You little witch bajing*n!" reply Victor back.

"You know him?" ask Arya who is surprised.

"Haha! You just shut up."

Herman kept glancing at Victor and then placed his right hand on the sword sheathed at his left waist.

"I can't kill you even though I wanted to do it a long time ago. But now it's different, because you've been interfering with my duties then I'm gonna kill you right now,"

Sriyingg …!!

"First gate: rock guard!" 

Herman drew his sword, after he uttered a series of spell-like words, his spirit energy which had mixed with dark energy shot out from his blade and descended to the lower floor. 

The energy continued to come out and gather which a moment later created two four-meter-high golems with both legs rather short and both long hands that were used as support for his body.

"What are you doing?" said Victor. 

"That should be my question! Didn't you tell you to arrest him? But why did you help her save Bella?" 

"You mean arrest Arya? It is up to me to do what to him, because from now on I don't want to be ruled anymore, I want to live my own way!"

"So you want to die, huh? Then I'll give you."

Suddenly one of the golems attacked Victor with his hand. However, as the attack looked slow, Victor was able to dodge it easily while setting up a black dagger to attack Herman. 

"Too slow! Feel this!" 

The dagger was fastened by Victor.

Doorr …!!

However, Herman quickly shot the dagger to shreds with just one shot from a revolver in his left hand.

"Haha! Now who's slow?" herman replied with a smile towards him.

Duuk …!!

Braak …!!

He bounced himself to hit the wall. He did manage to reduce the direct impact of the golem attack with his velis, but unfortunately not with the back of his body hitting the wall.

"Avictor!" shout Rian.

"Easy! We don't have to worry about him, he's also mus-"

Bruuk …!!

One more golem was near them attacking. They were able to avoid it, but some of the shattered and flying floor fragments managed to slightly injure Arya.

Some of Herman's men emerged from behind the passageway and Herman immediately ordered them to carry out an assault formation.

Some of them jumped down and attacked Arya so Rian was forced to face the golem who attacked him alone. 

"Damn you Herman!" 

Victor threw down some of his black daggers again. But all his daggers were soon destroyed by Herman's gunfire along with some of his men who remained nearby.

"Haha …! You are still at a level far below me! So face my golem who will lead you to death hahahahaha …!" 

Victor tried his best to attack a golem that was his opponent. But of all the attacks, none of them were braving, let alone getting hurt, even Victor's attack felt like it never existed.

Bruock!

The hand of the golem that Rian was fighting landed in front of him and he immediately climbed it towards the head of the golem. 

Duuk!

His punch went perfectly into his head, but had no effect at all. The other hand of the golem moved about to catch him, but it could easily be dodged and jumped near the stairs towards the second floor.

Doorr!

Doorr!

Two bullets were fired by Herman towards Rian who was accompanying him back near the golem he was fighting. 

"Don't run away and keep facing my golem!" herman shouted from the second floor.

Bruock!

Once again the golem attacked and Rian again managed to dodge.

"Damn! This will not end, these golems will not work if attacked at all, even Victor who that night can beat me can not do anything. 

"In addition if I approach the stairs, Herman and his men will shoot me," Rian's inner.

Slashy! 

The sound of slashing was heard, as Rian dodged the attack of the golem that attacked him, he looked towards Arya who was facing several Herman's men at once.

Arya fell sprawled on the floor with her blood flowing from the slash wound she had just received. Some of Herman's men who had been fighting Arya began to surround him up close and point their swords over Arya's head.

"Aryan!" 

Bruock!

He was about to go help, but the golem he was facing didn't give him the slightest chance to leave.

"I thought you were great, but it turns out that only a person who looks great actually does not dare to hurt his opponent in the slightest" said one of Herman's men who surrounded him.

Arya tried to get up, but she was quickly forced to remain sprawled by the tip of their sword aimed at her.

"There is no need to rise again, your life story will end here" said one of them, raising their swords together, preparing to stab Arya.

"Aryan!" yelled Rian again. 

At that very dangerous moment, suddenly a black cat flashed in front of Rian towards where Arya was. As soon as he saw the cat, it immediately raised a great hope in Rian's heart.
