The Secret Bride's

The Secret Bride's
Episode 100: Frederic

Frederick waited for hours in front of the house they knew belonged to Doctor Han. From the information provided by his men, the house has been uninhabited for more than 20 years, but about 2 weeks ago the house that is usually empty began to show signs of life.

He couldn't just break through, his goal wanted to talk properly so he had to use the same means anyway.

When they came, the second floor window opened, a few minutes later suddenly the window closed, it was realized Frederick's men.

The man knocked on the door.

“Excuse me!” while knocking on the door.

“Excuse me, Doctor Han?”

His men are attacking. “Master, do we need to break down?”

The man shook his head. “No need, wait until tomorrow morning. If there is no goodwill, I will destroy this house.”

Those behind Frederick nodded in understanding. Realizing how terrible the word was, they prayed that the homeowner would soon be aware of what was about to happen.

The night is getting late, some get in the car to sleep and some must stay awake so that people who are in the house do not run away.

Frederick leaned against his car, his eyes unable to escape from the curtain-covered window. Expect that the homeowner is willing to explain without avoiding.

He just wants to find out what happened to Valerie, the woman who saved his life, who turned a terrible monster into one like Frederick today.

If he was still living life like he used to, how could he meet with his happiness. He must get an answer.

.

Back to exploring the past.

The man holding his shoulder that was hit by the shot walked into the forest, the blood did not stop making him have to press harder.

Be careful not to drop the blood and be the reason he was found quickly. Having experienced many similar things, Frederick was not so worried, he was calmer after many experiences endangering his life*.

On the way, he found two paths. Picking at random, Frederick took the straight path. Knowing that those people would soon find him he kept going. Every now and then look back to make sure no one is following.

30 Minutes walking, his face had turned pale, he had yet to find his way out of the forest and back to the headquarters.

Frederick was tired of him leaning against a large tree, setting his breath to start walking again.

“Same as before?”

The sound from far away made him cautious. The man descended a few meters from his place and hid in the bushes. Fresh blood continued to flow from his shoulder, the pain growing more and more stinging.

“Actually there are still many, there are some doctors and nurses who do not want to ride because the path is steep. Well we understand, because the past is difficult to forget.” said nurse named Kim Hye Na.

“I've been whosoever there!?’ The woman looked down, she felt something move in the bushes.

“What's up?” ask Kim Hye Na.

“It's okay, it looks like I'm sleep deprived."

The two of them decided to continue, but after walking for a few minutes one of the women stopped. His sense of smell sensed a familiar smell.

Tracing his shirt he saw the left sleeve there was a blood patch.

“Why? Oh, you're hurt?”

“No, this..”.

He recalled having stopped when he saw the bushes, his arms resting on a large tree.

“Could it be, it looks like we should go back!” he turned around and walked down the road they had been on.

Kim Hye Na followed him even though she had no idea what was happening.

“What's up?”

“Shttt,”

He descended towards the bushes, opening them slowly. An unconscious man with a wound on his shoulder.

“Gosh!”

Surprised by the two, Kim Hye Na immediately examined him.

With Hye Na's swift help, the two women took her to an empty village 7 meters from where they were.

"You okay?" said Kim Hye Na seeing Valerie massaging her shoulders.

"Yes, I'm good"

The experienced nurse began to take care of her. He had a blood transfusion because the guy had a lot of blood loss. Gunshot wounds are not just one, but there are two different parts.

“Please wake up, hope you're okay!"

After doing help in one of the empty village houses, Kim Hye Na and Valerie called for help to take the man down the mountain.

They waited all night, both taking turns to keep watch.

"He's not conscious?"

Hye Na nodded, there was no movement yet. "Why is he on the mountain? what happened to him."

"We'll know when he wakes up! you'd better get some sleep, tomorrow you'll have to shift in the morning." Valerie added, taking Hye Na's seat.

She will keep the man until tomorrow, then Hye Na will change by chance she is taking a morning shift at the hospital.

The clock has shown at 02:00 AM, this woman is still awake even though her eyes have asked to rest.

Valerie stood up to make coffee. When opening the refrigerator looking for a companion he only saw fruit.

The decision to drink coffee failed. His hands painstakingly peeled the fruit and cut it into small pieces to make it easier to eat.

"Maybe by chewing, I can resist the drowsiness."

Maybe, trying's okay.

The sofa is the most comfortable place to eat than the chair next to the bed. He moved and began to eat the fruit he had prepared.

The longer he chews, the more sleepy he becomes. Realizing that eating did not make her drowsiness less, she patted her cheeks slowly, her eyes closed she opened wide.

"Don't sleep! I don't know when he'll wake up, if falling asleep is likely hard to wake up."

His feet stepped into the bathroom, he soaked his face while being patted thinly. Valerie looked at her face through the mirror, she was tired.

When turning off the tap, the sound warms the senses of the listener. He opened the door and found the man on the bed moving.

"Oh, are you conscious?" said. He pressed a button connected to the nurse room.

A few seconds later, a nurse came and checked. From behind Valerie watched as she prayed for the man to get things back to normal.

"How's sus?"

"Doctor Kim is still on his way after surgery at another hospital. I've checked the wound is not bleeding, there's no indication whatsoever, it's safe."

She breathed a sigh of relief, Valerie thanked him and looked at the man lying down with a pale face, her eyes soft.

"You're in the hospital, sa----"

"Bis.a I ta..hu what is ter.ja..di?" stammered.

Valerie tilted her head. Did he forget? in heart.

"It's okay, you just need to rest well" said Valerie, who received approval from the man.

Slowly his eyes closed.

...🖤...

Frederick realized he was not angry but worried.

“I just want to talk, please.” he said slowly which only heard by himself.
