The Secret Bride's

The Secret Bride's
Episode 137: Valerie.

...🖤...

Genesis ver.

Valerie's in pain. In a semi-conscious state he saw Bin's phone sitting next to a dry tissue. He saw Bin who was focused on carrying the car. With the rest of her calm, she tried to muster up the courage to reach out to the phone.

As her hand clasped tightly onto Bin's phone, the lacing from next door left Valerie shocked until she slammed upwards. He held onto anything from his reach and closed his eyes. When he opened his eyes, he was already turned upside down. Bin in front of him was unconscious.

Smoke and blood smelled in Valerie's smell, her eyes blurred in repeated blinks. The dizziness in his head got worse. She's nauseous. Valerie smothered her mouth with her hands free from the crush of the car seat.

But what power, he vomited. His hand held the back of the front seat and realized that Bin was there. Valerie did not really see the state of Bin because he was behind with a position at the bottom, while Bin still wearing seatbelt.

"B-bi-bin!" Call Valerie.

The man did not move. Valerie again called out her name with great difficulty. He hugged slowly behind the man's seat. But like the first time, Bin still hasn't responded.

Breath is heavy, the woman's vision begins to irregular. The car was like it was shaken in his vision. With blood falling on his forehead and also at the base of his thighs pulling his head back screaming in pain. "No!"

He felt tremendous pain. Her tears fell down hard. Realize that there is a beginning and an end. He held his stomach like in a strong squeeze, shaking his head. Valerie tried hard to get out of the car but her body was helpless. He pulled his body but could not move as he wished. Realizing he was still holding Bin's phone.

Before her consciousness was taken away, Valerie called Darren. Her husband's cell phone could not be reached. Then he tried to call Hyuk, warning the man was with the husband. But again, he had to swallow the disappointment.

Not losing hope, he again called Darren and Hyuk. But for the umpteenth time always in a distracted mode. He's resigned, maybe can't say it directly. Valerie could only record what she wanted to say.

Before he was completely unconscious, he saw movement from the front. Bin is starting to wake up. Valerie looked ahead. Memories were turned back in front of his eyes like old tapes spread out under the light of a lamp.

.

The morning light blinded the eyes. At the foot of the mountain. The woman named Valerie was sitting leisurely enjoying the mist that greeted her through the tents in the lodging area where she stayed for 2 weeks.

He has just taken an annual leave and is on holiday in Italy. This holiday is different than usual. He really enjoyed the holidays without thinking about work. The phone that is usually activated is now sleeping fast at the farthest part of the backpack in the tent.

Many of the visitors were drying their clothes, Valerie was ready with dirty laundry in her small basin. His feet stepped towards the washing area. From many places, he chose the very end.

Initially, Valerie did not pay attention to the item above the water tap. After he finished it was then that his eyes caught the black box-shaped figure there. The woman looked around, she saw a foreign purse that was certainly not hers.

"Whose hand?"

He wanted to open it but he was scared. But I'm intact information to find the owner, he said trying to justify. "Bring the innkeeper alone, maybe the person has reported." Valerie kept the wallet in her jacket pocket. He went back to the tent first to store the laundry and went to the office where the registration was.

Enjoying the fresh air while walking, he also hummed. From his place, he could see how crowded this inn was. He walked into the deserted office because everyone had entered looking for a place to set up a tent.

"Hello?"

"Hello!"

"Can I help you?" Receptionist.

"Ah yes, I found the wallet left behind in the washing area, can you make an announcement?"

"really? Wait a minute I'll announce."

He turned on the spikers that were already connected to all corners of the inn, even if he was inside the bathroom the announcement would be clear.

Not so long ago, a man and a woman came asking about the wallet. Valerie noticed them and asked who had the wallet. The man approaches Valerie and confesses that he is the owner of the wallet he found.

Valerie nodded and asked his name, as it happened the man stuttered. "That's right my wallet, it's black." Without mentioning his name.

"Yes, sir if this is really yours I'll give you this wallet, so what's your name?"

"What's? Why do I have to mention names in front of strangers!"

Valerie just smiled. The man is not the owner of the wallet. "Sir, maybe your wallet fell in the tent. Because fot-"

Not yet has he finished his words someone from outside came.

"Sorry did anyone find a wallet? I heard the announcement." Said.

"Your name?"Ask Valerie.

"Lee Seok Hoon, Darren Lee." Said he was firm.

Valerie speechless. He's right but the picture.

The first man and woman disappeared somewhere. Realizing that they are being noticed by people.

It seemed like the man was aware of the strangeness of the expression of the woman in front of him.

"Ah, that's my friend's wallet. Wait, Darren!" Call the second man.

Then when the third man came, Valerie looked at him in silence. She's she?

Because Valerie's expression looked like it was enchanted to the second man earlier. He smiled wickedly. "Can I take miss?" He teased Valerie's expression.

"Ah? Oh, of course." He gave the wallet to the second man who had walked hand in hand with the third man who owned the wallet.

"Thank you for the help." Said the receptionist who surprised Valerie.

"Oh yeah sure." He turned towards his tent.

Valerie looked towards the backs of the two men who were moving away from the office where they met. He never expected to see that man again. It was only a glimpse, but he could remember his face. In this faraway place they met again, could he say this as good destiny?

"I didn't realize that the foreign eyes made me want to meet."

.

Valerie closed her eyes, leaving behind traces of the past in her memory. At the final limits of his consciousness a dramatic scene emerged from a long sleep with iron bars embedded beneath it safely at last exposed. The iron bars melted and let them out greeting every inch on his body.

Trembling Valerie and sleeping. "The most painful thing is when you realize it's too late. I remember it."
